Hidden Tower & Wooden Wheel Gone
The hidden ancient tower has disappeared (week 2) and the wooden wheel rarely appears. I sent a message in chat in early September and received a response 7 weeks later that was generic and there was no way to respond back. It appears the app is being slowly shut down. Would appreciate a communication to that, if they could spare a moment.

This game is fun and pretty strategic but I feel like there’s a lot of luck involved, like having no control over the jellies that come next and the splash time. It’s hard to get 3 stars on some levels without relying on the items or rng, and it takes away some of the skill. Fun overall, I just don’t like the star system relying on rng.

Long lasting favourite
Been playing this since God knows when. Level 1275. Some levels are very very hard to pass and I barely make it to the final level of the Ancient Towers but it is sure relaxing and challenging at the same time. Still on the daily list of my apps visits.
Wooden Wheel BROKEN
I sent several messages about the wooden wheel feature. It took them over a month to respond. And their support team said update the app and restart your device. However, there is no update. Guess I’ll try restarting my device and see what happens.

Game crashes and then take a life when it does. I can’t even quickly send a text without it crashing. Tried support and everytime it just say can’t connect.

When I would get three stars in this game it would say I got 1 star I am very mad about this and will never play this game again it is so bad do not play this game .There are also too many glitches in this game and I hate so much I will never make the same mistake of playing this game

Can’t get 3 stars
I’ve played this game for a while now. No matter how much I play a level I can’t get 3 stars, even using power ups. I’ve played level 16 close to 250 times and still only have 2 stars on it. It’s frustrating to the point of losing interest.
Problem.....
This has been my go-to game for several years on my now outdated iPad. The current update cannot be applied on this older iPad. It gives me the option to “download an older version” - which meant I had to delete the game and download it again. I did that.....now it still defaults to the “Update Available” and will not allow me to get to the game. This is annoying insomuch that I now can no longer play Jelly Splash because I cannot get to the play screen. I guess I must find a new go-to game. 🤷♀️

It was good knowing you could get bonuses playing longer but they've disappeared 😢😢 Bring them back. Love the game. I lose hours 😝 The extra bonuses some weekends were something to look forward to and helped with harder rounds - bring them back

I played this game for 15+ years and they were always responsive when I had a game issue. I waited 4 weeks when my wooden wheel bonus disappeared. I tried to delete the app, then reload it, but lost my progress in the process. It is a fun game, but players either need to save up bonus items or buy them to achieve the next level. If it was a game issue, they should have sent out a system wide notice. They lost a paying customer.

I have also not been able to spin the big wooden wheel for a while now. Not only that,I look forward to the tree climb every weekend, even make sure I have $ on my cash app!! No tree climb this past weekend! Don’t understand why? Tried getting a hold of customer support several times and no response except for A.I. !! PLEASE FIX so we can keep playing, if the other reviews are anything to go by I’m not the only having these issues & I will up my stars!! Do LOVE THIS GAME!! Not enough ways to get ahead
The games last too long sometimes I go through them fairly quickly but other times it takes me a week or two to get through one that makes it less exciting don’t get me wrong I like to work to beat the game but it seems like it cheats all the time?

The game is so boring without the weekend ancient tower. I’ve just been playing other games because I’m so bored. The upper levels are too hard too so also not fun nor worth my time.

Ancient Tower not appearing.
For the past several weeks the Ancient Tower had not appeared as usual at noon on Fridays. At first it was not appearing on my iPad but now it is not on either my iPhone or iPad. It is quite annoying, please fix.
Addictive!
This game saves me from boredom and also helps me doze off to sleep. One suggestion I have is for there to be some type of confirmation before you spend coins on a power up jelly. Too many times I’ve miss-clicked and accidentally spent 90 coins on something I didn’t mean to press. There should be a confirmation screen before it spends your coins.

No wooden wheel for 6+wks. Today no ancient tower. This is not a user issue- have deleted and reinstalled apps. Done all fixed recommended when the same issues happened 18+months ago. I guess we have to wait for someone to notice.

I’ve been playing this game for several years with my niece and nephew. I actually just spent 2 hours playing it on a flight from DC to TX😆
Doesn’t ever respond to support requests.
Really enjoyed this games for years, but after inadvertently entering the wrong birth date, it deems me too young to play. I have sent dozens of support requests to correct it and to restore my game app. I’m certain no one ever looks at these requests. I wonder how many of me they ignore? Very disappointing. Not the end of the world, but WOOGA could be great rather than disinterested.

Too hard at higher levels
I am on level 1564 and it takes around two weeks to pass each level, there are nowhere near enough lives to complete it without having to spend cash on extra boosts and extra lives. It used to feel doable after a few attempts and now it feels impossible unless you throw loads of money at it.
Love the game what’s with the age
The app says 4+ so why do you have to enter 18+ in the app? So annoying. Other than that I love the graphics and its a nice calming game!
