They closed my account and im not able to use my money also they are asking for SIN number and while entering it showing error
Balance problem
Money balance statement problem. Recognize a purchase with that Mastercard faster. Very clever idea for an Uber driver to have that card.
Face detection doesn’t work!
Sometimes face detection doesn’t work in the login page. Then have to set face recognition again and after sometimes faces same problem again.

FACE ID ISSUE/INTERAC FEES TOO HIGH
Face ID turns off every time you open the app. Have to keep enabling it every single time. Interac e-transfer fees are high $1.49. Considering not using this

Overall great app but wouldnt let me write down security questions.
Good App but Glitchy
Every 2-3 times opening the app I’m asked to re-setup Face ID by entering my password and accepting the permissions for Face ID. Super annoying especially for an app that I need to use on a daily basis. If ever fixed I’ll change to 5 stars.
Face ID keeps crashing on ios26
On iOS26, the face ID keeps crashing as passkey. It requires to setup every single time. I'm pretty sure it is the app issue as it works fine my other apps. Please fix it thanks.

Face ID login turn off every day, and I should turn on it after fill password again again and again
Wish it updated balance more frequently
The use is great but it can take hours or even days to see my actual balance after a transaction or withdrawal has been made. I don’t know why it takes so long to be posted it can get confusing to see how much money I actually have
Login issues: Face ID and phone number reset frequently
Even though I have enabled Face ID for login, the app constantly asks me to re-enable it after a short period. Worse, sometimes it even requires me to manually re-enter my phone number. I’m not sure if this is a bug or a deliberate security mechanism, but it is very inconvenient. Please fix this so the login settings actually stay saved.

Kept on asking to activate face id
Kept on asking to activate face id. Whats the sense of "remembering this device"? Asking for pin lots of times
Some app authentication glitches.
App needs to fix the glitch in iOS that makes it “forget” the face id authentication and the device used, forcing the user to input basic id information almost every time when the App is open, like it was being used for the first time.

To slow e transfer sometime
I need to send money to my family urgently, but whenever I try to send money, your system is down or extremely slow. It's been an hour and my transfer still hasn't gone through. You're causing me harm with my own money. If you can't handle it, don't do this job! You jerks, there's no live support, no one to talk to, you're a complete mess!
