Easy to use on my phone and laptop, love that it's free!
Immediately crashed
Couldn’t even use the app when I downloaded it because it crashed over and over again when I tried to scan a doc and brought me back to my home screen.
Glitch
Please fix the DONE option at the top right of document. It doesn’t stay open so options can be chosen. It is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING.
Signature upload speed
I downloaded this for my business and I am on the free trial. I will not be renewing because it takes SO long to upload a signature. It’s been a full 10 mins and it’s still loading at 94%. I don’t know why anyone would pay for this. It should be free if it’s going to be trifling.

I use this to sign documents and fill out pdf files. It’s easy to use makes life way easier
Horrible. Just use google.
App crashes, signatures don’t work on mobile, can only request 1 signature at a time, and many clients were unable to sign documents. Customer services is AI chat bots. Waste of time and money, just use google don’t make the same mistake I did.

The only improvement needed is to scan as pdf instead of taking a photo.

Deceptive billing trap& FTC VIOLATION
This app uses deceptive dark patterns to process high-dollar charges instantly. I signed up to use it, found it unhelpful, and deleted it immediately. Despite uninstalling the app, they pushed through a massive $119 renewal charge without clear or conspicuous warning. Charging a consumer $119 for an uninstalled, unutilized application directly violates federal ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act) guidelines regarding explicit informed consent for recurring subscriptions. Refusing to issue a refund for a completely abandoned, deleted service is an unfair business practice under Section 5 of the FTC Act. They lock you into billing traps and refuse to cooperate. Avoid this developer completely.

Stealing its front! Don’t add your card info!
They stole 153 dollars from me. I paid for a subscription of 12.99. And I when I logged into my banking app, they took 153.
Great
Very simple and easy to use. Only issue is I Need help with an integration to Trello if possible. 🙃 besides that is the best virtual sign platform.
Not worth paying for
I repeatedly have formatting issues. I add a text box to my page, fill it out, and it appears normally on the document until I download a final copy. Once I download the completed copy of my document, the text will shrink down to a minuscule size. The text also rotates vertically. I cannot use any of the documents I edit on this platform because they become unreadable.
Amazing
DocHub is a much more efficient, affordable, and an overall better alternative to Adobe Acrobat. It took me 10 minutes to achieve what I couldn’t do with Adobe Acrobat in hours
Won’t let me sign in
The DocHub mobile app is currently close to useless for me. I’ve had it downloaded for a while but the app will never sign me in. So I can’t edit and create my own signature requests in the app, I have to use a mobile desktop. However if someone else at my work place sends me a sign request and I open it from my outlook mobile app, I can at least sign the documents in the DocHub app— somehow without signing in…

App works fine but no longer opens
I open the app and it just says “something went wrong” and I am stuck on the logo. This app is helpful but it doesn’t work.

No templates
I thought it came with premade templates.

I’m unable to login to my account. App needs to be fixed, otherwise it’s a useless waste of space.
