They keep you money for no reason
Wanted to try an App to make my invoicing process easier. After long setting up I send my first one, get paid and seller never gave me my money. Still invoicing and now stuck with the delayed customer service. Useless
Quite handy could use some tweaks
Really useful for invoicing on the go in a mobile job, could use a few small tweaks though-for eg the ability to include partial hours when invoicing, not just even number hours!
App doesn’t show real time information
Zeller has been great so far, but i rely on using my phone heavily, and for things like checking balances and transferring out money. The balances of your account don’t work live. So if you’ve transferred money from your account, sometimes it weirdly shows your balance being negative, or some random amount. When I rang Zeller tech support, I was told not to use the app, because it’s not live. And whenever there is any issue with the app, we should just use the Dashboard from a computer. What’s the point of having an app if your account balances don’t update correctly?

Unreliable
Payments that show as having gone through at the time of purchase are sometimes declined after the fact, or just straight up disappear, leaving you with lost income and making your business look bad. Do not recommend.
