Mad as hell
I have had humm for years now I missed 1 payment that I called almost every day with up dates as to when payment would be , as I had time off work due to physiological injury. Iv called 3 times to have card unlocked have to do credit check declined however im a customer was told the card would just be unlocked nooo you have stuffed my credit score you send me statements available $5010 available credit but its not available credit

Patchy app with poor information
Half the time I can’t log in. Supper only available in the app. Takes a very long time for purchases to show. Really poor information on managing repayments.

The whole setup of how you guys lend money that’s pretty good idea and only $10 a month interest. There are a few things that need tweaking like the pending transactions take way too long. The app needs to be refreshed and deleted and re-downloaded the phone to update transactions. Service is absolutely terrible via phone chat. I think if there was like an Apple Pay feature, you could just click and Pay that would be good too.

Mid experience, have to open pdfs to see statement details. I just want to know how much to pay when. But the financial product is good. Its not the worst finance Ui, not the best, just mid.
Rubbish App
When it works it is great, but every time an update is done I have to delete it and start again as it doesn’t work.
Payment options
The payment options should be easier to navigate. Presently, have to enter the card details each time which is more of an annoyance than anything else.

Worst app I have ever used
Everytime I try to use this app it does not work, I cannot setup a payment plan whatsoever it’s like they are trying to get us to not pay to charge us with interest.
Errors
Getting annoyed as the last to months I’ve had to delete the app completely and re-set it up for it to work. Partway through the month it just starts saying sorry we are having issues error after error it’s so annoying. Only fix is delete and reinstall. I’ve sent feedback. Not fixed.
App issues
The app has so manys issues. I constantly have to delete the app and reinstall to fix the errors that keep coming up. At least every week. But the service is good to use.
Updates crash the app
Every time they roll out an upgrade, my app stops working effectively. It won’t recognise my face and when I log in using my details it asks me to accept the terms ands conditions…EVERY LOGIN. It also won’t update amount owing or repayments I’ve made after an update unless I uninstall the app completely and set it all up again.

The new update has created a glitch with my app and now I can’t use it. It just keeps telling me an error has occurred. I’m going to try deleting and reinstalling the app but I shouldn’t have to do that with an update.

So Difficult to Deal with
The support from Humm is horrid. The support people on the end of the line just full of apologies and roadblocks because they are incapable of increasing a Bpay amount. Citing they have no idea or control on how to do it. Very apologetic, but not what you would expect from a company that charges you $10 a month for you to use their service that they don’t let you use. Also getting charged 95 cents each time you make a payment. It took a further 15 minutes to get a complaint raised To take to the ombudsman. Don’t expect support if you need help with your credit card, will get nothing except frustrating repeated apologies from their off shore call centre. The card DOESNT work when you need it the most, when you use the card for something like a service on the car or for glasses at a place where you don’t do daily, HUMM decline and lock your card and you have to sit there like a pleb waiting for them to call you or waste 30 mins dealing with their AI Bot

Latest developer update??
The account is great to use but the last app update has frozen the app itself. I can no longer see any account activity or transactions. I’ve been trying to use it to see my account status while out but have to keep logging in via the website not the app. Not happy Jan.

Fantastic credit card. Having the 110 days interest free plus the ability to switch some purchases to payment plans is so helpful. Their fees and reasonable compared to big banks.
Terrible
I don’t what has changed but ever since the agree & accept thing has been added the app is clunky, difficult to log into and always says there is a problem. I can’t see my statements and does not update with current information unless I delete and reload the app every. Single. Time. Not good enough
Some major bugs
Lately… or for the last couple of months…. The app never works and the details are not updated. Still says the same balance from over 3 months ago and that I have paid my account for the month which I used to rely on to know if it was actually paid but now I know it’s false information and I have no idea what my account balance is.

Such a non-fuss process in applying for this card. Wish I’d done it long ago.
Faulty app
The app breaks and needs to be reinstalled every time it’s updated. I won’t be renewing my card for sure, this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Update ruined it
The app worked fine because but since the update it now makes you fully sign in and accept the terms at every login. It also won’t update my balance at all, which is the main reason I use it so it’s basically useless until this is fixed.

The app is really outdated. The features are not ones that the bank itself advertises. All the instructions on how to set up your digital card are missing and the bank does nothing to help.
