Says need update but it’s updated
I went to Verizon they said the problem is with the app. I’m changing banks using the browser with all their updates is ridiculous
WTB Online app
I would give it another star if they would upgrade their mobile deposit section, especially their use of the camera to take photos of checks. The STCU mobile deposit system is much superior.
Not reliable
App does not update account information consistently.
Loading error
I love this app’s layout since it got revamped a while ago. My only issue is that 50% of the time the app won’t load which means my balance won’t update and I can’t check any messages. Extremely frustrating. I try the app on the phone and iPad but they simply won’t refresh. Sometimes I have to wait a day just to be able to see my balance because the app won’t refresh.

Crashing
This app is ok but it always crashing on me every month it’s so annoying because I have to see how much I have and want to spend. But it always crashing on me. I’m annoyed!
Size problem
I am visually impaired and with the new update it is very difficult to see what account what because my size option setting makes the font very large and I can’t differentiate the account now because it does say the whole account name like previous update.

I worked for WTB for 26 years then retired. I moved over to the other side of Washington and I still have my accounts. They have always treated me very well! I love the mobile banking system; doing deposits of checks is so sweet! I don’t have another account over here; I’m very loyal to WTB. I have everything I need!
Can’t get the new update
Al will not update on my iPad. I can’t open anything even to the main page.
Missing features
The mobile app used to show you pending transactions the moment you swiped your card through any machine. Now it doesn’t even show atm withdrawals for two days. Thought this was supposed to be an update. We went backwards

Since I’ve started using this way to bank, I’ve found it perfect! So easy, fast & secure!
Can’t access now
Now that they have me update, I’m unable to access on my iPad. Maybe I’ll pull my account & go to my credit union for all my banking needs!

Can No Longer Use The App!
Rate: 0-10 everyone I know is having issues including myself with this new update you guys are trying to do. I have the iPhone 13 and it will not let me update on my phone or the app when I click on update. Also my phone automatically updates when needed and I’ve never had this issue untill now. Please fix this. We need to be able to log into our accounts :(

The update made it impossible to use the app on my phone because it’s an older model. I don’t have the money to get a new phone and need a to access my banking app. I don’t know what to do

Update locking me out of mobile ap
Since the newest update: when I open the ap it tells me it needs to update and to go to the store for the update. When I’m at the store it says it requires the newest iOS on my phone. Which I have on my iPhone 8 I can no longer use the mobile ap because of a built in requirement for a iOS that my phone can’t use. Stupid.

Love this app, and love this bank. I have been with them for quite a while and have had very few complaints in that time. The app makes it so all my banking can be done at my fingertips at any time. Out of all the banks this is the best!
