I was using the app since last 2 months, the performance of the app and buying/selling of metals/commodities was fast. The disadvantage was that every time you come out of the app and go back we need to login with user name / password ( there was no facial recognition ) which makes it tedious and with the new update the App is not available in India. A follow up to the review given before. I had contacted customer service who was very prompt on reply and query resolution. Within 48 hours they have replied back. Now I am able to access the app from India and more we we have facial recognition to enter the app ( no password typing every time ). Impressed by the customer service. Thank You

The most terrible trading company
They claimed to have transferred the money to my count while it wasn’t , when l called the employee claimed that the back is responsible for the delay although it wasn’t convincing for me , they didn’t transfer the money until l wrote an email asking for a full refund regardless of the success or failure of the transfer process, be careful since the employees tend to manipulate customers especially when it comes to money transfer issues.

Once u purchase multiple trader stop working
I m using this app almost 4-5 month and lost lots of money because once u purchase multiple trade when u want to stop on profit its stuck or hang and while u need to load some money when ur account going below margin stop accepting money in Apple Pay … today lost almost 3500 Aed what useless platform… company shall work on glitch.. recommend to people stop using platform or u will loss more than u earn and nobody will return back ur money
