Be careful when using O Gold. Apart from the charges they mention, I experienced additional losses through their buy/sell rates and currency conversion. I withdrew AED 5,070 to my Qatar bank account but received only around QAR 4,850. The exchange conversion resulted in a significant additional loss on top of the stated charges. With charges when buying, selling, withdrawing, and unfavorable exchange rates, the overall cost can be much higher than expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this app.

Good Design, User Experience Can Be Better
The new app has a visually appealing UI with great design and smooth performance. However, navigation has become less intuitive compared to the old version, making it hard to find important information. Adding onboarding guidance like pop-up tips or banners would help users understand where features are located. Also, the KYC section — especially the tree map layout — is confusing and not user-friendly. Simplifying this would significantly improve the overall experience.

I have been using this app for a while. It is a good platform for buying silver and gold, and they keep improving the app by providing regular updates.
Good to use
Application is good and UI with all required details needed. But the one of the observations I have is regarding login not sure if some one has face same thing but login to app is quite irritating even though face login is enable it need to login by google account.

They’re asking to verify KYC and after verification showing route map without any clickable option. First step completed. More 3 steps to complete and you’re stuck at option 1 even after giving all details. Note : these are just for getting the spin and win. And all the rewards are cut short to give unwanted stupid coupons which are of 0 use to consumers.
App efficiency
I noticed it bit complicated. I could not complete my 4 stage of profile as it’s not giving me any option. By pressing forward button it opens the summary of details with all steps completed and verified already.
