I really love the navigation on this IBC Bank app. It is very easy to understand and I’m enjoying getting to know the app.

The personnel is always friendly and very knowledgeable - I always feel welcome and they have always helped me with all my financial needs- highly recommended !!

Not friendly at all, have had to call for them to fix many issues. Lacks Zelle.

App isn’t detailed or easy to toggle. Somethings don’t update quickly and transactions are kinda hard to understand. Could be better

Transfers
This app works 2 out of 10 times I try to transfer money. And I transfer money almost daily. I hate it. Won’t ever bring up the accounts to choose to transfer to and from.
Bank app that does not allow to make wire transfers
It is shocking that you can only make transfers to internal accounts. You can’t make any wire transfers to accounts outside which make the app really deficient.

July 202, the current staff & mgmnt in Sand Springs branch are helpful, informative and real pleasant to deal with. I find the app just as easy to work with as in person banking and I’ve seldom had to call for technical help. :-)
