Anyways to add to how much you pay
This company is already pretty scammy. We took a loan from our bank and paid it up and our credit actually jumped up quite a bit. These guys basically nothing. Second they let you have the first loan so easy, then trick you saying you can do it again but make you give them everything for information and then give you diddly worth just to start over your payments. Third they just made it where you pay $3 extra on top of your bill for using this app.
They say your paid up and then send you another letter saying your behind within the same month
I have two letters from the fl/al branch ..Can I pay with just my account # n rout# because I’m not able to have a debit card with my bank for security reasons
I can’t use it.
I have a lot of trouble to open the application. Only once I could get into the application while I was in the local office. Then, a couple of months later I haven’t been able to access and see my account. I have an IPhone and it doesn’t give me any trouble getting through other apps.
App is good, company is trash
The app allows you to make a payment and review multiple loans(used to not be able to) you can make you payment within the app. No redirects to a browser. The company is very rude, they offer a 10 day window for late fees but will call every single day with demands to get it paid immediately. The app is 4 stars, the company is 1 star. I’m reviewing the app, so, 3 stars is fair.

I can make payments still on the old version from the app but the new one I can’t? I can’t even login.

I been a customer of security finance for a year now and they have the best customer service by far, Valeria, Monique, and Nancy are awesome.
App doesn’t work!
Keeps telling me I need to verify my email, but does not send me an email to which I can verify! Very frustrating. Fix this please!!

I’m playin them off early they charge way to much interest I got approved for 550 half to pay them 900 dollars then they don’t accept credit cards only debit cards I’m so ready to pay them off

Pointless App
Not only can you not link accounts if more than one person in the household has an account. For example my wife and I can’t not just log out on her app and log in into mine to make the payment. Also if you can’t log in for whatever system error is on their end you won’t be told why. Even tried registering under a different email of mine but won’t proceed because the number is the same. So to say I’m unimpressed with the over all app and whoever designed it is an understatement. Maybe they will figure it out, maybe they won’t.

Security finance easily approved me for a much needed loan. App is easily navigated! And customer service went above and beyond to assist me in getting approved and helping me cruise through the app.
