I love crane games
I won a prize through tutorial play. This is so fun!
Scam
After 5 plays it will tell you have a failed connection.
Please read this
I love this game so much but I deleted it because I don’t have the money I just a child but when I get more pocket money and I’m older I will play but it is such a fun game you should try
Not worth the time.
Not worth it. The prizes barely move. It’s a complete waste of money and I would like my money back.
Prize Quality
I remember a few years back winning some great quality prizes. Everything looks like dollar store items now.
So much fun!
I consistently win!
?? Lying about ticket expiration date
I got a free play ticket from the login roulette that said it would expire on 6/23 , it’s 6/22 and it expired early, it’s fine if it expires but why lie and make me think I have more time, you have like a few hours to do something with a ticket.
tanjiro plushie
good game!! i got my tanjiro plushie like half a year later but it’s okay he arrived safely :)
SCAM- DO NOT BUY
I downloaded it once, and I didn’t even get any prizes when I played the machine and the claws in the machines were super weak, and I spent a lot of real life money trying to buy coins in the game to play claw machines, but it wasted my money. I deleted this. It is a scam. I don’t recommend Toreba, it’s a just a big cash grab. The prizes look good, though.
It is okay
I played this game when it first came out. It had a huge problem with its lag. I come back this year to see they improved the lag and the connection for the game. When I came back they gave me free tries I actually won a figure. I was so happy and excited. I had to wait for it about 3 months that is about right for shipping. But after winning one prize with my free tries I have not been able to win again as well. The same kind of game that got me to win the prize. Mostly I see the ping pong ball one which you have a much lower chance to win.
Winning for free is totally possible
this is not sponsored/I have no incentive to write this, I just love this app lol. I first discovered it like 10 years ago and after watching others play the machines for awhile, I gave my 5 free spins a try and ended up winning a very silly looking tiger plush. loved it, couldn’t believe i could also get it shipped for free. I still have it! Since then I have let years pass and then randomly remembered and come back to this app numerous times now- and have now officially won 5 prizes all from free tries, including 2 this morning! I just think this app is so much fun and I love that if you make an effort, you can totally win even without spending any money. idk if i’ll ever actually spend money in the app to get more tries, but i just might next time to try for an even cooler prize : ) I think it’s worth a try!
I’m done.
35.99 shipping fee!!!! not worth. If only there was a shipping fee warning. I wouldn’t have tried
!
pretty good a little rigged and my gift came almost a year later but all free!
Uh
It’s just too hard for my kid, so I’ll just give it2
Free shipping was best before change
It was a fun app to play even free shipping for 1 week was s great thing but since they changed now I extremely didn’t want to play it anymore after winning one item even small or large cost $34.99 to ship a item out international out it that is way overpriced it feels like a Scam even they didn’t have add-on listed it cost money to ship out but no longer free shipping request just feel disappointed and I am deleting this app its not worth playing it was fun while it was lasted but it’s official time to say Goodbye Toreba @cyberstep
Awesome
Toreba is so awesome they have a figure of nanachi from my favorite anime and also i won a keychain on my first try its really fun:]
Shipping is expensive
Unless you really want the temu quality item and are willing to spend $30+ for shipping, save yourself the time, frustration, and money and go to another claw app. If I could give it 0 stars I would
Best crane game
Love playing on Toreba but they need to have a toll free number option so people can call customer service. Also shipping needs to be faster.
Longtime Player
I’m pretty vetted in using this app. It is legitimate but the issue is shipping has been terrible compared to what it used to be. I used to get items delivered just weeks after, now it’s months. They also don’t consider cost for users per attempt versus cost of actual prizes being won. Severely favorable to the operator/owner, and not the player. I would call it a scam but it’s not the correct wording.. more like incredibly overpriced and not necessarily worth it. If you see something you like on the app, chances are you can find it much cheaper online.
獎品類型豐富，但有點過貴了
例如一個小鎖匙扣，已需要800tp ，性價比較低
Toreba Claw
Always fun if you pay and win.
Free shipping gone
Before you waste time playing this game, be aware that shipping is $35. It goes down marginally with each additional prize shipped, but you have to have 5 prizes shipping to get free shipping. It used to be free shipping for the first shipment. Absolute waste of time.
Great Entertainment, some cost expected.
Very entertaining and fun catching real figures, plushies and products. Delivery is prompt and app is generally easy to navigate and search for the items u wanna catch. Only issue is the customer feedback loop is practically non-responsive. Have logged 3 reports but still haven’t hear from any Toreba customer service team.
Lag is frustrating
When there is no lag this can be fun. But at times there can be a lot of lag and it can be that bad where by the time the stream catches up you’ve wasted money on a turn as you won’t know until you hit the move button
I use to love Toreba.
It used to be fun. It wasn’t too easy back before 2019 but it was easy enough for me to walk away with at least something. I’ve been playing for years now. Nowadays though nothing is achievable. They’re simply just money grabbers now. If I spend 300$ I should walk away with something. And many many times I haven’t, I’ve gotten one prize in 3 years. That’s it. Haven’t even shipped it yet cause I’ve not gotten anything to go with it. Normally I’d tell people, it’s about skill (& it use to be) now their games are rigged for pure luck and that’s it. Like dropping a box with edges all around it and hoping it bounces and flops off the side. Nudging and pulling stuck plushies with weights in their paws when the cranes don’t fully reach…etc. I’m highly disappointed with Toreba. They got to the point in their career where we blew them up just for them to change things to rip everyone off.
Love it
I’ve won 40+ prizes in the last 5 years playing on Toreba. Majority of them from free plays. Loveeeee the claw
Free plays didn’t work
I tired several different machines from those with high value to the cheapest one available and none of them worked
Great but slow shipping
Great game, lots of varieties (in claw machine design and prizes). Only downside is the long wait for processing of prize won and subsequent shipping time.
Only TP now
I used to love this app. I was playing everyday with the tickets they give us. Now they changed the machines and even if they give tickets, most of them are TP only, and they don't even write it on the prize image anymore... Also I've been waiting since April to receive some prizes, they haven't shipped them yet...
*NEW* Review 🇨🇦
So I have been up and down with my thoughts on Toreba - I won’t prize on free play (so that was awesome) but after 6 months they didn’t ship it still and I was beginning to wonder. April 2022 they shipped my prize, and the tracking said it was in California (I’m in Canada 🇨🇦) and it’s been there for months - anyway, it’s now February 2023, and my prize just arrived. I was honestly shocked, had given up hope it would ever come. So I will say this - you can win, it IS hard, and if you win, expect to wait a year before getting your prize. They have the cheap “membership” that’s like $5 (?) so that seems worthwhile knowing the risks/wait.
Great casual fun and cute prizes!
I set a limit with how much I spend on tickets and play only over WiFi to avoid lag. I almost play everyday especially with the free play promotions. Takes a while to receive prizes due to international shipment but overall that’s not uncommon plus it’s free shipping every 7 Days and you can ship multiple prizes for free. The UI could use some organizing. Would be nice to find games by crane type (ping pong ball game, traditional crane, etc). Great fun app!
Scam
It’s not worth money. Ive won a total of 2 prizes of years of this game. It’s a complete waste of and the games aren’t fair. Like the ball games for example they land in the corner not even a slot and it counts or sometimes it doesn’t even pick up a ball. It’s just a scam.
Not bad
I wun say good or bad its abit expensive but worth when u catch it
Unable to open app/ not loading at all
After I update my app to latest ver. It cannot load at all. White screen!
good however
games are pretty hard to win and it needs more than one free play a day, if u mess up accidentally that’s it. TWO OR MORE PER DAY PLEASE. THANKS.
Great fun
Love playing and winning! Yes it cost money but you can win!
Scam
Just spent over $100 and didn’t win a single prize what a ripoff.
Fun if you are patient
Toreba is a fun game if your patient with and use your free plays. Things are taped down and the claws are week but if you do get lucky you can win. Not really worth it to invest to much money unless your good at claw games.
Unfair
It was fun … won once haven’t since. noticing “easy” items are tapped down, weak grips or weighed down. This is more like a carnival game I wouldn’t waste money
It’s great....ish
It’s amazing I love the whole idea and everything no one has thought of this it’s mind blowing get 5 free goes and you get a free go every day you log in but the problem is like every other claw game it only picks up after a certain amount of times have been played and it’s sorta ruins it because you want the prize but someone else gets it after using all you’re goes to get it still love it tho.
Most fun I ever had!
I love this game! It's an authentic crane game with quality prizes. I played a while ago and won a black & purple dragon plush and a Legoshi plush keychain! It's very fun. Try it out! :3
Offerwall games
Spent hours playing a game from the offerwall to earn TP. Now they won’t give me the rewards I earned. With proof at that. Uninstalling because that is just ridiculously unfair. What a waste of time.
Fun Game
It’s is fun, you do get free tickets and the games are hard but you can win. I won 3 prize so far. shipping is slow but it is free and the prizes are great. I have tried other crane games and I like this one the best.
Customer Service
Game play was ok. Reasonable and allows you to watch back video if u have any dispute. However, their customer service is literally bad or I should say is useless. They do not reply your email at all even if u email them. If u do not have any issue then I believe you will enjoy it. But if u do have. Good luck to you because their customer service is useless. Pray to god and hope they will reply your email.
Slow delivery
The game is fun but it takes them forever to ship the prizes. I won some prizes back in November and they are still “ready for delivery”. If you want to get the prizes right away this is not the game...
Super fun and super addicting.
Tip for winning, study the prize you want to win.
Toreba customer for over a year or so, there is no quality. Only greed.
Over the year the quality of Toreba has been going downhill, and they are seriously twisting the win rate for any user. They used to be more lenient with assist and actual had a chance to win prizes without it. Nowadays, it takes approximately 75-80 dollars without Prime to win a prize. Not to mention the machine I played on recently had extremely latency and just straight up stopped working. Which caused me to lose a few tries without even touching the item itself. Don’t do it, it’s not worth it. Find other claw machine services if you need your fix.
Legitimate claw machine app
I have played this app for a little less than 2 months and have received 3 boxes of shipment till date. While the app is not perfect (buggy at times where the claw hangs and credits are not refunded) and can be a tad pricey, it’s a mixture of skills and luck to win prizes. Shipment takes awhile but delivery is fast once the items are mailed out (within 3 days). They have to work on their customer-support though. Recommended if you have resilience to NOT spam buy credits.
Haven't received my prize
it's been over a month now and no one is updating me. I never had problems with the app and deliveries until now
Please fix the lagging
Lagging please
