Scam
Account got banned after spending $3000+ on the app since someone else in my house used the same address and none of my prizes were shipped. I won the dispute case but the company tried to scam by sending a fake tracking number to prove they shipped it, but my credit card caught it and resolved the case in my favor

I would give this a zero stars if I could. When you try to play a game will the free plays and press the button to move sideways it will only move slightly and will change the camera angle. After that the button goes grey and you have no choice but to press the down button. YOU DONT WILL ANYTHING!!!

The only Claw Machine App I use
I’ve used many of claw machines, and this one is really fair in a lot of their games. Shipping has been superb through them as well, I’ve had about 10 shipments from them and only had 1 issue, which they resolved, fixed, and compensated me for the inconvenience! Highly recommend!
No fair and not worth it
Just had to delete the app since I was not awarded a points game that was so small. I play on a few platforms and they request the customer to send a video to validate a win even though it clearly shows in the example play video how to get the win. Anyways no a good company and there are other that are better.

Could use work?
I was excited to try another crane game app but immediately had so many issues. First the practice machines say don’t take more than three turns to let other players use it but seems like that rule isn’t followed. Then you get three free points but every machine is 300 or so points per play, I didn’t see any way to get points without buying. And the controls are very small this didn’t do it for me but it might for someone else?

Don’t waste your money and time
I created an account for my family member and put the money for a delivery ticket. However, they claimed it’s a violation of their terms, so they refuses to deliver all my prizes. Their action is more fraudulent likely and now I have disputed the transaction to get my money back.

not enough points
this game is pretty fun, at least for the first 3 tries you receive. you only get 3 points a day when most items cost around 150-200 points. at that point it’s telling you to spend money. and once again its a claw machine, youre never guaranteed anything, but the points we receive and the amount for ONE try is not a good ratio. i dont know if its just me with this problem or if theres other ways to get points. not sure
It’s an average game
I love it but it takes so long to wait for the free games and I can’t get many points every day so I would appreciate if we are able to get at least 50 points a day or less it would be helpful

First of all, this game is amazing, and the prizes are amazing as well. But hear me out, it costs money to play, and it’s really expensive! Completely rigged when I first played the game I used the first free tries and it should be easy but the claw lets go when I move it

I love play claw machines. Free points every day and free play tokens every day for a while after buying tokens. I’ve won 6 figures for around 100 dollars worth of tokens. Lag is the only problem I ever have but I’m on the other side of the world so what can you do.
Can’t change shipping address

Fraud
Beware, the machine isn’t very responsive to the controls. The app is extremely buggy. Also once you win something it won’t let you ship them unless you win multiple one.
I won, but…
I won 1st try, but I guess I set my country wrong, because when I went to shipping, it wouldn’t let me change the country at all. I’m not sure what to do, but overall it seems a lot less rigged then a lot of other claw machine apps.
No points left
Yesterday, I downloaded this app I didn’t know it got points I played three games then no more points and I thought tomorrow I will get more points yes I did but.... I ONLY GOT THREE POINTS. There were soo many things that are 99 points 150 points and more. HOW TO PLAY GAMES THAT I ONLY GET THREE POINTS???? Bad👎👎👎👎👎👎 no good.☹️

I get huge boxes sent biweekly with 10+ figures in them on a regular basis now. I’m running out of space due to all the prizes. It ships faster than any other app even though it ships from japan I get items faster than when they’re shipped from within the states. Good customer support, very very fast replies I’ve never waited over two minutes literally. The cranes are easy to maneuver and you can get better skilled the more familiar you get with them. I do recommend getting a few down instead of playing randomly then after you’re used to those move on to others. It also has a lot of luck based ones too if you don’t feel like developing skills but still want to play and win and believe me you can still win often. The ball drop games are great for players who want to play more luck based. Buy the 40 dollar package so you get a delivery ticket and you’ll also get about 3/4 free plays a day. I often wil with just my free plays. I buy the 40 pack and save the delivery ticket for 13 days and accumulate all the wins I can and then ship them. If I want to add more pt after I bought the 40 I buy the 23 dollar pack bc you can only hold one delivery ticket at a time. Then after I ship I buy another 40 pack and do it all over again. It’s way easier and more fair than toreba, easy to get accustomed to and luck is usually on the players side. They do events to make play fun and staff will jump in to help and assist at times too. It makes no sense this only has a 3’star rating and clawee is so much more rigged and has a higher rating.
Annoying
Before when you spent around 4000 points they do staff assist but now i have to spent 5000-5500 before they assist.
Rewarding experience
Don’t be fooled by the spectator,wait for the right time ,reserve a slot and watch as they play,you can tell how to win by watching a lot of pro players . Daily logins points can be increased if you purchase one time of their TP ,I would not recommend using Apple Pay as their choice given is limited and you had to pay an extra fee due to convenience access. Oh, and yes you can earn a free ticket after purchasing their TP (if you refer to their Japan Standard Time ) Only complains that I had is sometimes the video camera is frozen, so keep refreshing every few plays to prevent it from encountering it
No free shipping
Free shipping isnt a thing. Had to spend 5000¥ which is $84AUD!!! To get a “free shipping ticket” found this out after i had already bought 3000¥ worth of points to get the prizes.. i do like that they help people out with machines after a bit but $84 dollars for shipping is disgusting.

Fun to play!
I enjoy playing claw machines both in person and online…I may not be good at it, but I have fun playing! I heard about the app from the YouTuber Minori, so I had to give it a try! I really liked all the selections they offer, from plushies, figures l, snacks and random things that I would never think of trying to play for! They offer the different types of claw machines too, like the traditional claw one, or the ping pong ball where it drops in a takoyaki, or ones with hooks…so many! The only thing I would like for them to have, is a search bar so I can look it up by anime series or type…but I have won prizes either on the free tickets they can give daily or my own funds. I do recommend if your a fan of these, the closes I get is Round1 and it’s nice not having to drive all the way to their, just to play claw machine games!
So Many Notifications
I know you can turn off notifications but I get at least 30+ notifications from this app alone. There’s no need for that. The camera quality is terrible and the machine timing is off from the input to move in a direction. There are far better claw machine apps out there. This is not it.

You get items delivered after 30 normally and the interface works, just a little bit pricy
Ticket Prices are too high
I would perhaps buy ticket by ticket, or enough for 1 play at a time, but I wouldn’t spend as a minimum ¥3000, it disguises the high price of individual plays. The reason I still have given 2 stars is because their internet server isn’t too bad, there are many nice items to select and they offer a free play/no win practice area.
“Free Shipping” isn’t really for Free
First thing’s first - I really did like the arrangement of prizes available and managed fairly well on the app considering that most parts aren’t in English, up until it came to the part where I wanted a prize delivered to me. TURNS OUT you have to purchase a “Free Shipping” ticket. And while it might be cheaper than paying the price of shipping the original item online, ALL PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS were very dodgy and/or not in English. No, this app is not catered towards English people but if it were I’d honestly use it, for whatever reason I still found it somewhat better than other claw app games. TLDR; I think if things were translated to English and the game wasn’t marketed to Asian audiences alone, it’d actually be more manageable. Otherwise.. learn Japanese, I guess.
