What people like
- Customer service is very patient and helpful.
- You can earn free coins daily.
- It feels like a real arcade machine.
- They actually deliver the physical prizes you win.
What they complain about
- Support emails often go unanswered.
- Prizes sometimes fail to ship properly.
- App crashes or won’t load correctly.
- Registration emails arrive completely blank.
One of the best claw games!
I love this app! The customer service is great and patient with all my questions. I want to give a shout out to all the employees and the consideration with packing all the prizes! The interface is great and it is easy to see when you can get an assist instead of guessing! Some improvement requests: -they get some of the new stuff but, would love to get the same access as other apps when it comes to new prizes -they don’t currently allow United States phone number registrations. Would appreciate being able to register - the play tickets could be available for more of the figure prizes.
Losing points
I’m losing points automatically when I’m login there’s no expiration at all and machine cost over 199 or more to play

So fun!
This game is great to play! There are a few easy ways to get coins with no money, and is an overall blast!
Just really
Why does literally everything have to be 200 points?
運ゲー
たこ焼きとか運ゲー要素が強い台で遊ぶことが多いです。
チケットOKのプレイ台が全く取れない
無理ゲー。課金しない人はダウンロードしない方がいいくらい。
Amazing
First of all there is a way to get free coins and you can play some games for free! Love your game
can’t even create an account
so i downloaded this app because i was bored and getlive sounded fun. but when i entered and submitted my email address, the email that supposedly had a url in it was BLANK. nothing at all!! so i close the app and try again. STILL blank! i can’t even get past the second step to create an account!!
GetLive why you not responding to my inquiries
I understand Shipping can you ship them or can you change countries I try contacting you all I haven’t got no response
I love it!
This game is always so fair!
No response
Fun to play. But I couldn‘t register even after sending email request. No one response. I won the prizes and paid the shipping fee. No shipping is updated after almost two weeks.
慣れれば
オンクレはラグが気になるってよく聞くけど、自分はそこまで気になったことはないです。慣れれば普通に狙った場所を攻められます♪
Won’t open/can’t ship
App only opens sometimes and I’m having trouble getting the item to ship. Can someone help me with that? Thanks!
I love this 💕
I think im addicted! I love crane machines and playing one from the comfort of my bed is top tier. Be warned though, it is AUTHENTIC. You either win, or ya dont!
Ok
Cool
So much fun
This claw machine game is so much fun. I can’t put it down. I find myself p,aging and winning.
So good game
Game so good
😡😡😡😡😡
It doesn’t work don’t get this game it’s a big scam
Claw machine
These claw machine app is amazing it’s free to play and you get free coins when you log in everyday
Gran app
Descárguenlo
Straight up trash.
This is stupid because every time I try to get something it’s always the same old thing “you don’t have enough points”that’s hilarious because I don’t have any points to start with!!! And the other thing is that they are just trying to make money 💵! And just to be clear I would’ve gave this game ZERO STARS!!!
Cute game, but…
I love this concept with the many prizes, but I want to see more variety in different franchises like Black Butler, Higurashi, or Kakegurui for example. Plus I would like to have more range of where the claw goes. That’s just my opinion, but it’s a fun app overall
The best claw machine ever it was so much fun to play is just the best.
😄😄😄
A Total Scam
I had a free try just like everyone who downloads the app for the first time. I used it on a figurine and luckily I got it on my first try. After cashing out, I didn’t get the prize nor the game scanning that I got the prize. I checked the support system and it says that they will update it. Now for a full day. My prize is still not registered in my account
Amazing game
It’s kind of laggy but it’s probaly because of my internet but as soon as I got in the game won 2 plushis for my girlfriend
Very good
I like it
Bootleg Prizes
I wish I could show you the pictures because it’s laughable. I was promised Pokémon figures, but baby those weren’t Pokémon lol.
I’m enjoying playing Get Live
GetLive is a good beginner Japan’s ufo catcher game. I feel like the GetLive’s catcher is better than toreba’s catcher since you make more progress with GetLive’s catcher. The only issue is shipping since it can get a bit expensive when you accumulate a lot prizes. If the app acts funky during a game play it’s most likely your wifi connection which will cause you to mess up. But definitely give them a try if you have the time, patience, and money lol GetLiveは楽しい~ ありがとうございます(*´ω｀*)
Super fun!
I really enjoy playing this app!! 😊 it’s such a nice way to spend time 🥰
Uh
It doesent work it won’t move 1 star
I can’t read anything
I’m not sure why i got an ad for this if I can’t read anything. Looks fun though, i have played similar games. You not likely to win just like any crane game as well as if it is like the others i have played the connectivity can be funky
