Play it
You play, with a few coins. Fair game!
Feels real scammy
I won 13 of the mystery keys and didn’t win a single thing when I got them delivered now I got 13 pieces of metal and the machines are always lagging or aren’t tight enough to grip any of the items
Good
Good app but some of the machines are rigged and drop it regardless but still a fun app
Limit on shipping
For the price you pay to unlock shipping and cost of machines. You shouldn’t be able to checkout prices once every week!
Lost all the games
When I won lots of games I was happy but now I can’t play games cause there are no more anymore
Super fun!
Super fun and love the nostalgia feeling! Love it!!
Terrible shipping rules
You can only ship 1 prize per week. If you win a single prize you might as well stop playing for a week. There is a paid subscription which includes free shipping for 1 week. Guess what? You get 1 single prize shipped for the week. If you win more than once you pay for the second shipping even though you’re paying a subscription with free shipping benefits. Funny that the pictures on the App Store show a woman holding a box of 3 prizes when you’ll never even be able to get a box of 2

Surprisingly fun
It was quite hard to get one prize, but it keeps you quiet for a little while. It’s good for kids. I don’t know if you get the prizes or not though if you do that’s an extra star.
Fun
Very fun game to play
Ehh
You have to pay to ship them to ship prizes. No fun

I had the free games now I don’t. My husband has the same game but his has free games and many more games. Why can’t I play the free games anymore?? Player name: snackzzz2
Awesome
I just got my prizes they are so awesome 😊
This app is terrible
This is terrible, all of the camera cameras are too laggy to make it even remotely fair to play it, And getting in line from a machine randomly took 20 tokens from me, and then took an additional 20 tokens when I started the game, so I took 40 tokens for a 20 token game, and on top of all of that I won one time out of pure luck, and it didn’t even register, and has no recollection of me winning Really glad it didn’t spend real money on this
Fun
Fun and easy to play 5*

Had app over a week and every time I open app it says none are available. How you going to have an app you can’t do ANYTHING on. Not worth the download
Toys furby

Stole money
Literally so glitchy, horrible service response, and zero place to redeem promo codes, seems like a huge scam. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY (update, still ZERO response from anyone regarding my claims)
um
So when you first get the game you get a lot of games but after little bit, it’s all VIP VIP I want you to buy it
Kpop
Love all games! Daughter is so happy about the kpop dolls! All we need left is Mira! So close too winning the whole collection! Hoping too win all by her birthday.
Can’t play
Not receiving verification email but cannot contact support because my options are to resend the email or logout. When I click contact support on the App Store page, it takes me to the app to go through the same thing again. No matter how many times I resend I still do not receive the email.
Fun
Fun so far!
:/
Je sais pas
Mid
It’s a little bit laggy and I can’t go on any other machines
Really fun
It’s fun to win things on the go or when bored
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM
Spent alot of money on this app as i enjoyed it. Redeemed my tokens for Apple AirPods in September 2025. Tracking provided showed the item was never received or shipped. Since then I’ve sent about 25 emails to the company, including from another email address, and have been ignored when asking for an update on when i will receive the AirPods i redeemed with tokens earned by paying for claw game purchases. It’s been over 6 months with no reply from this company and no AirPods. This is fraud and I’ve requested a refund for my Apple in app purchases and will escalate this to my credit card provider if necessary. Beware- they are happy to send out $3 stuffed animals won but when it comes to high priced items that they apparently offer for redemption they do not send the product so this is fraud and a scam
Good
Je vais essayer et voir si on reçoit bien les chose mais à date les vidéo sont bonne
Needs better account recovery
Hello I love the game! But I’ve lost my account and it does not send the recovery code the game is so fun and actually gives the prizes you win. Even the shipping is free. Update: there account recovery is so bad I’ve messaged so much times and they don’t get back to you this is super frustrating!!!
Won
Got real prizes they just have to ship
Cute
Very relaxing lol
Worst app ever cheap money grab
I will never play this app again prizes are cheap and cost you an arm and a leg to win. The app is not skill based like advertised. Each machine has a payout or is a ball drop game. Some prizes cost $5 to play. On top of that I tried to get support in the discord and Trevor blocked me with no explanation as to why. Then banned my account and stole nearly 10k tickets on his so called “app” I have been a loyal user since the founding of claw crazy and safe to say I am not sure what this new claw crazy is. Everything worked great up until October of 2025.when they had decent technical support and staff,
Fun!
It’s a cool app, I like that you get prizes. I think it would be better if they had more stuffys personally. But the selection is pretty cool.
Buggy and false games
The game doesn’t work sometimes while I still spend points on the game and the beginner games don’t give you what they say.
No beginner games?
I really enjoyed this game, I’ve just been racking up the prizes until I can get them shipped lol. But for the past few days there’s no beginner games? I’m not sure why I’m quite confused. I’ve updated it and nothing. I keep clicking on the games that are in the beginner games and I keep getting an unlock all games pop up. I don’t know why.
Great fun
I really enjoy playing, I play from Arizona
V.I.P issues
whenever i try to get in line for a claw machine, or play one that can give tickets, it prompts me to buy vip. How am i supposed to play the machine if there’s a line and i can’t get in? it’s ridiculous you need to pay MONEY to get into a lineup. and with the ones with tickets, i don’t see any gem in the corner indicating its vip only, so why can’t i play them? so far super disappointed, i love your channel but this app just seems like a filthy cashgrab. also, can the quality be any better? half the time i can’t even make out the prizes in the machines because of how lousy the quality is. also pls could you make key master free? its my favourite game.
Updated Review
I received my second shipment today and I am pleasantly surprised that these plushies are sized more like I was expecting and they are very well made. The only thing is that I am missing one item. However, I emailed support to let them know. Overall, it is a great app. Just be mindful of what prizes you pick because some do look a bit bigger in the machine than what they are.
Not free Anymore?
What happened , I have more than enough tokens to play some of the game but now have to pay to play any of them? What happened to the free games?
Clawee SUCKS! CLAW CRAZY RULES!!!!
One of these claw game apps ever!!!!
Can’t login
I can log into my account on my computer with no issues, but the mobile app will not let me in at all. It keeps saying “Account already exists on this device” even when I’m trying to log in. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and clearing the cache, but nothing works. Very frustrating experience on mobile.
cool
love it
Won two prizes but it didn’t accept my shipping address when I claimed it
Very fun game but didn’t let me even put my shipping address in
