Lost All My Stuff in the Update
When they switched to no Facebook login, they required everyone to go over to Apple ID of Google. I switched to Apple ID, I lost the ad free that I paid for, and had to buy it again. No restore for free, like there usually is. I lost all my games and Wordox friends. I had one friend that I’d been playing constantly with for about 2-3 years. I now have no way of finding them again. I lost my stats. I lost all the jokers I had bought, and all my coins. I’ve repeatedly contacted support and not gotten a single response.
Mieux que le Scrabble !
J’aime beaucoup Wordox et j’y reviens régulièrement. Les publlicités sont effectivement dérangeantes et le prix pour les enlever est sans doute un frein à l’augmentation du nombre de joueurs. Il est fâchant de perdre une partie en mise express quand le serveur n’a pas trouvé d’adversaire après plus d’une heure et nous n’avons pas la possibilité de nous retirer advenant que nous ne sommes plus disponibles. Après 5 minutes le serveur devrait simplement annuler la partie. Je me rappelle les serveurs pleins dans lesquels nous pouvions ajuster le niveau de jeu (par exemple interdiction d’ajouter seulement un s à un mot, partie express à 1 minute par tour…). Ça serait à ré développer !
Unknown words
Playing against AI, the computer uses words that I’ve never heard before and are not in any Scrabble dictionary. I know it’s not Scrabble and I can often win with the right strategy, but when a majority of words used have no use in everyday life the game is no fun and makes no sense, not even to a person who loves words. I’m deleting it from my phone.
The scores are not working
Why aren't the scores working in the Wordox Cup now that it's the Venice Cup? I've beaten several players and have no points in the standings. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

This game used to be fun
I am uninstalling this game tonight because it keeps going blank and I have to restart it all the time. It’s not fun to do that. I also agree that there are words that are not words but the computer uses. The premise of this game is good but crappy maintenance makes it not worth the hassle.
Good Game
So I like the concept of this game I like it a lot but the only way you can play is with AI as all my random players don’t show up so I don’t think there’s anyone out there to play with and I don’t wanna play with AI the whole time I like this game enough to where I would pay to remove the ads. But can’t play against other people so I had to delete the app. Otherwise I would’ve given it five stars.
Wordox best Word Game
Yes, I absolutely mean it! Wordox is the best word game in my opinion, and I’ve played so many of them for about 8 years now. It’s a fun and challenging game in so many ways, and the game developers and maintainers are always updating and maintaining the game to run smoothly. I am definitely addicted to Wordox but find it’s a good addiction that helps keep my mind fresh. Great game! Come on let’s play!!! Fred

Downloaded the game. The letter tiles wouldn’t move no matter what I did to them.

Way to many ads. And long ads. I put my iPad down til ads are done. Ad way to long. When they are that long it takes away from game

Fun game but the amount of ads is insulting. Plus they just added a new pop up ad while you’re playing on top of each ad between turns. Pathetic…

Customer service is terrible, you are not getting Any answers from Humans! I don’t know how many $$$ they have taken from me! If you don’t play within they say 24 hr period they delete your game and the other player wins the Coins and o play 3000 and 6000 coin games which are Probably their Robots! I play every day and more then once, this is so unfair and shouldn’t be allowed to do this... Say if a person was sick or could not play for some reason especially now what’s gonna on! I don’t think this is legal either that that steal your Coins 😡 Just happened to me again today, I started 2 3000 coin games and they deleted them and the Probably their Robots got my Coins 😡 I played yesterday and last night and never any proof what time the game started or ended 😡

You can’t change crap letters. The other player always gets the S. Seems like this game is rigged. And words accepted aren’t words sometimes. What dictionary do they use? It’s a crap shoot on the letters you get and no way to change them. Then the opponent gets beautiful letters. It’s a good game concept and lets you think a lot but when I see my opponent get the “S” I almost want to resign because they usually win and not by skill. Just luck.

challlenge assuré avec ce jeu, on n’est jamais sûr de gagner car l’adversaire peut toujours reprendre nos points, il faut donc réfléchir à la meilleur stratégie avant de jouer. Mais parfois le jeu n’accepte un mot qui existe dans le dictionnaire.
Too many ads that come frequently
I know the game is free, but the amount of ads and the length of time they run frustrated me and ticked me off to the point I uninstalled the game. It was fun to play, but unfortunately the above issue spoiled it for me. Too bad.
Frustrating
I’m constantly getting kicked out of this game, losing jokers and games. Now it says I need to download the updated version of the game, but it won’t let me update. Frustrating!

Great game but
I love the game and would’ve given 5 stars but for the fact once your friends you can only get 300 coins. Which seems unfair to me.

Vous refusez souvent des mots même s’ils sont acceptés dans le dictionnaire. Ex: vaquées que vous m’avez refusé. Ajustez vous, vous êtes arriérés. Quel dictionnaire utilisez-vous? Très déçu.
Frustrated
When I had to change to google or Apple, I lost all my coins and jokers!! And now I get a message to update the game and when I do, it says open! Doesn’t give me the option to update! 😡

Boutons INDICE et AUTO trop proches
Pourriez-vous échanger le bouton AUTO avec FAQ. Souvent, en voulant presser le bouton PASSER, ça va mal. Il m’arrive de presser le bouton AUTO par erreur car le bouton AUTO est presque collé au bouton PASSER. Résultat: j’ai perdu plusieurs fois des 5 jokers pour rien Merci. Autrement le jeu est de fantastique ! J’adore !

It’s good, but boy, when it’s not, it’s maddening. I need some help currently but know it’s useless.
Best Word Game
Ive really enjoyed playing this game, for several years now! More challenging than most & I like the “give & take” of points, it can really make the game swing in a different direction, if placed in tactically proper placements!
Most fake and pathetic word game out there
DO NOT waste your coins, your time and your effort to play the Cup Challenges or any bets higher than 2000 coins, your chance of winning there is nearly zero. First of all they words or letter combinations that do not exist and than refer to a dictionary that does not exist. Their dictionary is misleading, fake and just a make up of random BS that does not make any sense. All they do is cheating you of your coins and pairing you with robots or at the last minute you have mysterious people popping up with insane amounts of winnings that weren’t even in the initial group of players that play the tournament. Nearly every opponent with an “S” rating and who's identity shows “This account is private” is a robot !!! They just use pictures from people that probably don’t even know their pictures are displayed in this game. Using someone else’s identity, I curious if that is even legal practice? If I could you would not even get one star.

Since this update my games continually freeze. I haven’t played in 5 days. Multiple messages to support have gone unanswered. What gives?

Been playing this game for a long time and I enjoy it. There are a whole lot of cheaters unfortunately. Yesterday it froze, I tried everything to get it going again and could not and today the same thing. I am losing my open games because I can’t play them. Please fix it.

The game is rigged. Your opponents are robots 90% of the time, and they get the letters they need to make words which no other word game would accept. Anytime you complain, you get an automated message. Very deceptive and no customer support.

Wordox is freezing up
This is been going on for over a week. Not sure why it keeps freezing up and I have to constantly delete the app and then reinstall the app at least once a day if not more. Please get this fixed. It’s annoying and people are leaving because of it. It’s a great game but when this continues it’s hard to figure out whether I’ll even keep playing?
Bad customer response
It takes support five days to respond and then it doesn’t even answer your question just sends a support answer which I can look up myself. Had a question about a word that was denied and is in the dictionary and they send me a list of 3 letter words which is great but then It isn’t even a complete list. I love this game but this is ridiculous and don’t get me started on the game pairing. I keep getting stars and super stars I the pairing needs to be more fair. Not just whoever starts a game.
New version has game locked. Cannot do anything. Have to uninstall and reinstall to play.
If you like scrabble you will love this game. It is more challenging and fun.
Unresponsive support
Played this for 3 years. Same players. Game locked up and deleted. All my coins, tokens, players, no ads, username ALL DELETED!! Contacted support. Takes them DAYS to respond. Response is always no help and some canned generic response that doesn’t answer my questions or solve my problem.

Game keeps freezing up
I’ve been playing this game for a long time. It’s been one of my favorites. However, over the last week, it keeps freezing on me mid-game. Then I lose because I’m unable to move in the allotted time. I’ve deleted the game several times from my phone and reinstalled but to no avail. Please have this problem fixed.
Don't pay for ad free
I paid the $7 for no ads. Now I'm getting not just little quick ads but 30 second ads and it forces you to play them. The ad pauses if you try leaving it playing it in the background.
