I have to delete the app and reload it every time I use it!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Needs work
I have been banking with GTFCU for 5 years and I use the app. Always and I mean ALWAYS it’s down then I need to use it the most.
Can’t use Face ID to open
Not sure why I can’t login to my bank with face recognition anymore. I shouldn’t get errors when the app and phone are up to date. Latest update worked great for 1 maybe 2 months. Back to entering my data every time I use app.
Years of excellent service
Been with this CU since 1984. They have always come through for me.
Fix the login!
Why even ask if I want to enable biometric login when it never works anyway.
Updated App NO GOOD!!
This new updated app is no good. I liked and was use to the old one. This new one has to many glitches very annoying when you cannot log in to your bank accounts! Not a happy camper!!!
Face ID
Every since I’ve updated this app the face recognition doesn’t work. I have to login every time. That’s annoying.3/2026 same problem.
This app needs help
This app has a problem with Face ID and when you use your user name and password it gives an error. I have to delete the app and start over with user ID and new password and this happens frequently.
Still can’t log in with saved credentials
Still can’t log in with saved credentials. Expect to type in your username and password every time you open the app or switch back. Update: Still not fixed! They don’t care. Update several months later: Guess what? Still not fixed.
Face biometric
The face biometric will work for a couple of logins if you are lucky.. but generally end up needing to manually log in within 24 hours. It’s kind of frustrating when just wanting to check your account
The app is simply bad
UPDATE 2/23/26 -the app just hasn’t been updated in 6 months even with a known issue. _______________________ Doesn’t matter if you save login info or set face scan id to login. You will have to enter your login information every login. Latest update is terrible
Always have to sign in…
The app is nicer than the one before but I don’t understand how I must be required to re sign in EVERY time I use the app. I mean it asks is you want to save username and if you want to turn on biometrics for signing in but doesn’t use it at all…. I download an app for ease of use. If I wanted to sign in every time I would use a website…
New update is terrible
The app never remembers my user name, or that I’ve allowed bio-metrics for sign on. Every time I use it it’s like it’s the first time I opened it. Please patch this issue ASAP!
Log in settings don’t stay set
I’m having to re enter texted codes and set my login settings to use biometrics on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day. It doesn’t save my username when I’ve set it either. Getting frustrating having to get a text code every time I log in. Fix this please.
Ridiculously inconvenient
Six months ago or more this app was great. The Face ID worked flawlessly. Since multiple updates, the Face ID sporadically works, the username doesn’t save half the time and being required to use a third authentication is super time-consuming and inconvenient. Currently, I’m not even able to login at all. Each update seems to get consistently worse. Please fix this. I shouldn’t have to call during banking hours to find out my balance because your app is inadequate.
Hate the new app
There’s always a problem logging in since they “upgraded” the app. I was also hoping there would be an option to Zelle people money since the Zelle app isn’t an option anymore but no such luck.
Horrid update
Ever scythe new update biometrics has NOT worked ONCE! All the phone calls & resetting PWs, etc, no help! I will be looking for a new institution!
Credit card
i updated the app a while ago and recently got my new credit card and I couldn't activate it till april 27. that day came around and i activated it. with the new update to the app and website you now have to access a separate portal to view credit card info and make payments on it. i'm not a fan of that but fine. i go to check my credit card on the new portal and i have to put the new card number in to view transactions and everything, after i do that i see 4 transactions already on this card. 3 from the 24th of april and one from the 28th. this can't be right because i hadn't activated the card until the 27th. so i try to report the transactions and it says there's no transactions shown for that date. i go through with the report anyway, and remove the card from my account. i then get an email saying they've added a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CARD NUMBER that i do not even have to my account and that my replacement card is on the way. what is going on?????

This app used to be great until recently. Starting up the app it always clears my username, password and biometric log in access. It’s become a nuisance to log in every time knowing that the features to save your log in info doesn’t work.

difficult to use. not letting me transfer $ apparently i already wrote a review. whoever updated this app must not use it. because it is terrible & not working. it worked perfectly fine before the update
