Alguien me podría asegurar que los billetes de verdad existen, he comprado dos uno de alsa y otro de Renfe, y te metes en las respectivas páginas y esos buses y trenes si salen, pero no me termino de fiar
Pesima app
No vuelvo a comprar a traces de esta app: no hay modo de elegir los asientos en ADO, no de bajar los boletos an Apple Wallet. Tampoco funciona la conexión entre la página y la app. Malisima experiencia a no repetir: pura e inútil pérdida de tiempo

Not a fan
Using this app made me realised you can’t book a seat especially on Flixbus and National Express where most the times seats are double booked. It’s better off to use Flixbus app or National Express app to book for better guarantee. Or use Omio or trainline.

El punto de saluda del bus esta equivocado, han cambiado la estacion de bus de ubicación y en la app consta aun la antigua direccion.
Deberían hacer autobuses más tarde
Está muy bien, pero deberían haber autobuses por la tarde y noche, ya que solo hay muy temprano y cuando más se necesitan los autobuses es por la tarde y por la noche .

Don not use
We used this service once and they did not respond to our messages, gave us no information about how to get the bus. We payed for 2 and they only allocated 1 seat. Then when we messaged them they didn’t respond. They also add on a fee, I recommend using this app to find the bus and the actual bus company’s website and book through there cheaper and you will get more info
Major bug
App won’t let me hit done after I enter my phone number so I cannot buy tickets on the app. Good for checking prices though
Error, DNI
A configurar mis datos para comprar mi billete, da un error en el DNI. Me salta un mensaje en rojo dando error, porque al parecer, y me lo he tenido que imaginar, hay que poner un cero delante. Que el DNI mío original, no lleva. esto debería indicarlo la aplicación y no volvernos loco.

Half the time it ‘can’t load results’ and doesn’t tell you how many stops on route. Useful but temperamental.
Good service
I used this app a lot while travelling in Argentina. Very simple and easy to use. It was especially good when plans changed and I was able to get partially refunded 80% of the ticket value, which I appreciated.
No support and problem with refund
Transportation company has cancelled all the buses for few days, because there was land sliding on the road. Busbud weren't gave any information about that and also doing problems with a refund... Still waiting for any feedback after rising the case... Avoid if you don't want a trouble
Take a 10% cut
Great app and all but take to large of a fee. Better to search for busses here and buy on the official website

So annoying
I’m trying to change my bus ticket but no idea how. It’s like 1 million loopholes to find out how to change a ticket? I have been redirected to a terribly designed webpage with just a list of numbers to call.

QR CODE Issue
Busbud didn’t have QR code in the ticket. And I faced problems several days. Some Bus drivers didn’t accept that tickets. They want a ticket with QR code to scan. Then I pay extra money another ticket. I mailed for support team of Busbud. Only two response and that’s it. No more support. If you buy a ticket with QR code it is more convenient for your journey.

Problems boarding
Your bar codes aren’t working in Mexico. Two trips, and both times I had to persuade the driver that I really had a ticket (doesn’t help that you emailed me a ticket in English and not Spanish). Fortunately, they were really helpful - taking me to colleagues who issued a new ticket/bar code and I didn’t miss the bus. Deleting the app, as next time, I don’t want the hassle or lose money
The best app for booking a coach in Bulgaria and the UK
Collect credits every time you book through them. I’ve never had that with any other company
No refund despite not receiving the tickets and contacting them the same day to resolve it
We were in Colombia for Holidays and on Saturday 8/4/2023, I booked 4 tickets through busbud app to travel from Cartagena to Santa Marta on 10/4/2023 in the morning. The confirmation never arrived so I contacted busbud with two different ways a few hours after, via email and messenger on their facebook page. They answered me, two days later on Monday afternoon. Since they didn't respond and we had to leave the hotel and move to the next destination, we had to book new tickets with another provider to travel. I sent them all the details with the issue, it was quite clear what happened and that they failed to communicate with me on time but still refused to refund me.
