Very good like usual

Feedback
We have just had 10 days in Abu Dhabi and the app unfortunately doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t show you being in house you can’t book or see any dining bookings. I told the staff and they said it’s an ongoing fault. Not good enough in this day and age . Old app was better .

App Crashing After Update
Since the latest update, the app crashes immediately when you try to open it. It’s useless.
Rotana beach resort
Love the stay here
Style over function
I am a long term guest of the Rotana group. The previous rewards app was cumbersome, not easy to navigate, and booking a room and redeeming earned points even more frustrating to accomplish. The current version of the app Rotana Discovery prioritizes flashiness over functionality even more so without addressing the functionality faults…still can’t book using points. Additionally the app is only optimized for mobile phones and not tablets.
Nice hotel but needs some renovations
The hotel is nice with very cooperative staff, the food also is nice with multiple varieties. The issue that the rooms and the swimming pool area needs some renovations with better cleaning and decoration. Some facilities in the room were broken and the balcony was not clean.

This version closes abruptly when I attempt to perform searches. It used to work but now it’s broken. iPhone Xs

Very unreliable
Very often delays and errors while booking for dining
Rewards Scheme
It is still “ hit and miss” as to whether the points are recorded. Mine weren’t this morning and this is frequently the case. Seems to have been a system error again! Another day, another fault on the system so points cannot be claimed.

Weak app
I don’t see a place to find a current booking even though I’m staying in a Rotana hotel.

.
Great service and rewards
Strong service culture across their hotels
Bug
The new update didn’t let me complete my reservation. It logged me out when i submit my reservation in final phase. I cannot complete reservation.
Excellent service
Nice place with great service and good prices. Will come tomorrow for lunch
Amazingly bad experience
Almost everything in this app is done to make the experience worse. Signing up for the program is more or less ok, but booking is simply awful. It’s a waste of time and patience. It shows you rooms then tells you not available. Then you search once again and they are available. You enter all your details and credit card info (!) after which it asks you to verify you’re human (never seen such outrageous thing ever) and then!! It just deletes all your data and makes you redo it. If it weren’t a necessity I would’ve cancelled the hotel booking altogether just for this insulting experience.
Just started
Just joined the scheme having stayed with Rotana twice in Abu Dhabi.

Bugs
I can not reserves two rooms to gather application freezes. I have to do one by one. Please fix it.
Please DONT force updates
Yes we get it that updated apps are better but sometimes I want to access the app right now and don’t have the WiFi to update. Make it like a notification but don’t make it compulsory. 4 starts as a starting point. -1 star for forcing updates. To be revisited soon. Thanks
