Never Reserve thru Them
Nonexistent Customer Service. Don’t answer emails. Don’t answer calls nor WhatsApp - no one cares - doubt they even have any humans employed. AI agent sucks.
Still don’t get the point of this app
I connected Face Pass and linked my bank card, but I couldn’t enter any parks using it. Everywhere I went, I still had to show a QR code and use my fingerprint. The only benefit I saw was a discount on meals with Face Pass — but even then, I had to pay at the register using my regular card. Scanning my face didn’t actually charge the linked card in the app. So what’s the point of this feature? Also, why don’t all the island’s parks show up in the app’s search?

Great New Update!
The Yas Island app has had a complete refresh and feels much more modern and easy to use. The new design looks great, navigation is much smoother, and there are a lot more useful features than before. Being able to purchase tickets directly through the app is a really convenient addition and makes planning my visit much easier. Definitely worth downloading if you are visiting Yas Island Theme Parks!
QR Code gets enabled at park entrance
For what reason is the QR code blurry until the park entrance? For what reason must I enable Bluetooth to scan a damn QR code? What does it add? It’s an extra step. An extra point of failure for no added benefit. It did not work for me at Warner Bros and took 5 minutes to unblur at Ferrari World. It slows down the queue, frustrates the user, and provides zero benefit to anyone. Absolute stupidest “feature” I’ve seen. Remove it. Please

Useless app
Downloaded the app, hoping to show me some queue times for the parks, or gove me options to buy fast pass. No such thing… I don’t understand what is the use of this app.

After 5 incredible years in the UAE, I finally reunited my entire family (all 15 of us!) for Christmas. Following a morning filled with love and chaos at home, we decided to spend the day at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi. It was an unforgettable experience! The park's staff went above and beyond, especially in the Boulangerie, where we enjoyed an amazing gathering. The quality of the desserts was exceptional! Special thanks to Chef Stefano, Dolly, and Shaemma for organizing this fantastic event. You've won our hearts!"

This is, by far, the most buggy app on the Apple Store. Register? Error. Login? Error. Enroll Facepass? Error… don’t waste your time.
