Buffer after opening
The app worked for a total of 2 days and now when I open it it just endlessly buffers. Cant even do anything
Inaccessible App
This app worked fine for quite some time, but for the last 3 weeks it will not load, just a white screen and spinning wheel. Deleted and reinstalled but to no avail. Too bad, it was actually pretty handy.
Login Issues
I've been using this app for a few years now. It's much more convenient than going to the website but recently I haven't been able to login at all. I got an iPhone 17 with the newest IOS and whenever I open the app it just infinitely loads on a white screen. Please fix if possible!

iOS needs more stability
seems like the android version of the app is always up and running but when it comes to iOS it’s always in development and never lets me login during the times i need the most to check my balance. let’s do better please.

Unable to use app
I can’t log into the app to use it. I just get a continuous loading screen.
App doesn’t work half the time
When it works it’s good for moving money around but they have too many issues and they never seem to get them fixed. The app just freezes or there’s login issues. Like for a bank there should not have this many issues.
Won’t load
I’ve been using this app to do my finances and I go to move money from my savings to my checking account and it wouldn’t open just a spinning loading wheel I’ve waited hours and yet it hasn’t loaded, fix your app I beg of you.
App Won’t Load?
Normally the MSUFCU app is pretty good! I haven’t been able to open the app for two days now, the FaceID check opens and says it’s good, but then I get a white loading screen with a throbber.
Nothing but stress and annoyance
This app is an absolute nightmare to use. The UI is completely broken, trying to manage your debit card or reset a simple PIN is a guessing game because options just don't appear where they are supposed to. To make it worse, the built-in AI assistant gives completely inaccurate, generic information that doesn't actually work on the real interface. Good luck trying to log into the mobile website as a backup, because it constantly rejects working credentials and makes it impossible to access your own stuff outside of the glitched app. On top of all that, trying to add their cards to Apple Wallet on an iPhone is an uphill battle that constantly fails. Genuinely terrible user experience. Fix your tech, because this is unusable and I dislike dealing with this institution very much.

The app crashes occasionally which is frustrating. It also just seems outdated and clunky looking compared to other banking apps I have used.
Useless
For the last 2 weeks the app won’t let you log in, when you change password and try to log back in it tells you that information doesn’t match their records. Unusable app at the moment.
good when it works
this app is convenient, it's very nice to be able to see my bank account and control it remotely. the user interface is very friendly and intuitive, and there is nothing i have trouble with while navigating the app. however, this convenience goes out the window with the downsides of the app. sometimes when i'm trying to log into my bank account, it deletes my saved username and i have to close out of the app and reopen it to make the glitch go away. there have been so many times where i have tried logging into my bank account, only to never get past the password screen loading. multiple times i have been out of money and needed to transfer money to my checking from savings so i didn't overdraft, and multiple times i have been softlocked out of the app and i had no choice but to buy my necessities anyway. and multiple times i have over drafted my account because the app is constantly down. it is extremely frustrating. this app works great when you can get into it. the problem is that it constantly has system wide crashes, and you cannot get into the app at all. when you consistently turn off app servers for maintenance, i would hope there would be some incentive towards fixing these constant crashes? but i guess not.

What’s going on lately?
I’ve used this app for years and it’s always been great. However, the last 2-3 months it feels like it’s always down, we receive errors when trying to log in, etc. What the heck is going on with this app lately??
Worst experience in banking
I got an auto loan through them and every time i need to make a payment the app is down or just not letting me login. When you do get in the union wants you to make a bank account with them but i dont want that had to go through the process of connecting my bank account to them THREE TIMES before it saved my information. The app has an option to automatically take payment from your bank i enabled that and it took TWO payments at the same time so it was just taking payment after payment on the same day. Glad i got a car thats well with in my price range because for someone thats struggling that would’ve been devastating. NEVER USE MSUFCU FOR LOANS UNHELPFUL AND SO COMPLICATED. I WILL NEVER use msu for loans again.
Used to be good
This used to be a decent app, now it’s becoming a slightly less frustrating alternative to the website, which I find ridiculously unusable. The last redeeming feature was the quick balance check and of course that’s gone, because why would you leave useful features in the app?
Is the app even working?
The app has not been working for me for over a month. It won’t even let me log in, just a buffer circle on an endless loop. Please fix asap!!
