Some nice features and some terrible ones
The daily summaries are miserable details that need not be provided to every client. For individuals who only need to manage allocations to different numbers the previous balance statement was just perfect. For those who need the details for their internal accounting they would be much better served by an Excel sheet that can be downloaded. Please dump the daily summary as the default for managing balances. No one needs that for as simple a task as shifting balance from one number to the other. Otherwise make the other version available on the App Store

Etisalat service in Alexandria
We have been told that Etisalat service in Alexandria is not the best why do you claim that it’s the fastest internet in Egypt!!
Etisalat
Meilleur opérateur en egypt
المرج ش عبدلله رفاعي
الشبكه ضعيفه وبتعطي مغلق
Poor
It act as a scamming app too much notification gambling, but useless offer
Internet service
The internet service is very slow and frustrating!! The company has stolen 15 EGP from my balance after I’ve already joined the internet package and their reason is that I didn’t wait for a confirmation message!
Good but...
It’s a good app, that keeps getting better. However, it randomly logs you out and then freezes. Please fix that ( 2 years later still does the same thing ) fix it please oh and your signal is very patchy in most of Egypt.

Good app
Good app
Lacking
It is not possible to pay your ADSL (home line) Internet bill using this app - why? That's just stupid! The only Internet it allows you to pay is your mobile. And, when I tried to top-up my mobile 'dial' credit using Visa, the app crashed half way through the payment verification process. Very disappointing.
Painful login
Would have expected better from Etisalat. Painful login, long time before you get the code to login. Crashes repeatedly. Nevertheless, an improvement on previous versions. Hope some some work in process.
Mr /Magdy
Very good customer service.

مشكلة
مساء الخير كل ما اخرج من ماي اتصلات ارجع ادخل تاني يحتاج تنزيل رقم الهاتف ورسالة برقم سري للغاية هل هذا طبيعي ؟؟؟
Useless app
It doesnt show me my balance ir credit,it is slways showing zero balance
Recharge Failure
Tried to use it to recharge my mobile account using my credit card to no avail. After entering all required information the process didn’t go through (failed) due to “Unknown bank error,” whereas the bank has no problem with the transaction!!! That was a previous review. The problem STILL EXISTS!!! No one from Etisalat cared to contact and investigate! Poor customer service. Otherwise, the new improvements concerning the Call History are good and commendable.

Hegazy
Like it as I am abroad but it's so boring to top up your phone Why I buy a card & go to the app then type the card no. Then top it up !!!!!!!!!!! If I want to buy a top up card just directly top it up in my phone screen !!!!!! But impressive service from Etisalat Egypt. Hope to see a web developer to add top up by your credit or debit cards this will be great Thanks
