This is the worst app ever. Apple should take down. It doesn’t work when you need it.
Fix my problem
In iPhone 6 the default sim can’t be change before it was work but with last two updates this issue take place.
Added credit and subscribed money lost and they couldn’t figure it out what’s happened!!!
Added credit and subscribed to one of their monthly bundles. After they took money subtraction doesn’t show in my profile!!! Went to their main office they couldn’t find out what happened!!! Scam!!!

Great but needs improvements
I’ve been using the app for almost a month for now on iPhone Xs Max (iOS 13.3.1) and iPad Pro. I had a mixture of experience – happy for that it’s great having such an app and noticed a few bugs as follows: 1. Customer Care > Live Chat with Customer Agent: a) Hardly get an online agent. It takes ages to get the live chat/message delivered or to get a response. b) Agents’ responses are incomplete, not-to-the-point, or that not understanding at all what the Customer wants to say. c) Similarly, I notice weird thing with the Chat Date and Time. For the first chat message I sent at 02:50 pm, shows 10:18 pm, and agent’s reply with a delay of twenty minutes shows at 7:50 pm. 2. Etisalat Afghanistan Service Center > a) Has names for 12 provinces or major cities only. Don’t you have SCs across all provinces or significant cities? If yes, you may add them. b) Typo errors & corrections required in names of provinces and major cities where Etisalat has a Service Center. For example, ‘Puili Khumri’. c) The given contact details aren’t working, i.e. I needed to speak to a Service Center in PD22 /Ahmad Shah Baba Mina, but my call couldn’t go through. Not sure if other contacts details are accurate. 3. Emergency Contact Number > It’s excellent to see Firefighter, Police and Ambulance are reachable via the app but want to see more Emergency Contacts, i.e. list of police stations and phone number in specific province – if not all provinces, you may consider significant cities, i.e. Kabul, Mazar, Kandahar, Herat and Jalal Abad for instance. 4. Report Network Issues > is a great feature. I have not tried it yet but hoping that it works well. Thanks for that. 5. Contact Etisalat Afghanistan > a) Calling on 0786 786 786 using another operation, i.e. Roshan, is not answering or the call is not going through. b) I didn’t try the given number for WhatsApp & Viber users. Again, hoping that your agents are responsive. 6. Build your Bundle: Please allow that customers can create more than one bundle at a time. Having an active bundle doesn’t allow to purchase new unless deactivated. And, funny that one loses the unused data if current bundle gets deactivated for to get a new bundle.
