The app is better than the service itself.
The WE network is not very strong in my area and they were not very clear when I signed up for the WE Gold to satisfy my need of the cell number in my vacation. But though they were easy to deal with.

The app works well and I manage my several landlines and Internet lines from it. I can easily pay and buy add-on. In short it fulfills its purpose. The UI/UX can improve but over all it’s ok.

Not bad, gets the job done
Straight forward, one improvement would be to get rid of that silly spam of multiple ad/promo screens that pop up when launching the app.. otherwise it’s good

Since last week cannot login after I have been update the we app , so please do the needful to fix the issue

Not bad It’s easy once you understand how to use it I would recommend adding a tutorial for how to simple top up or renew your internet
No static ip
They don’t provide static IP for residential says enough.. speeds not real and fiber was not an upgrade

Better than WE Internet
Pros: better than “we internet”. I like the changes happened to the UI and how fast it is comparing to the old app. Cons: its logging me out or ask me to login EVERY TIME I OPEN IT. (i will give 5 stars if solved).

Good internet, good price, it takes 10 GB per day, and 5-6 GB is on my phone, the company is deceiving customers, I believe that this may become a big court case in the future..

Complaint
Lately this app can’t be opened normally. It always shows a “No internet connection” notification, even though I still have plenty of data. I don’t know why this notification keeps appearing every time I open it.

شركه محترمه و فعلا ربنا يارب يلهمنا الالتزام و نعمل شغلنا باتقان زيهم كده ماشاء الله ١. وجهه مشرفه للبرنامج ٢. التزام بالالوان ٣. الاشكال شكلها حلو ٤. وطبعا اهم حاجه الوظائف في محلها الصحيح يارب كل البرامج تبقي شبه MY We مصري ١٠٠ في ال ١٠٠

Please upgrade your service
Maybe at the beginning of the purchase you will be told the price and active period. Or maybe you can provide more varied choices, such as 5 GB for 7 days at varying prices. Because maybe there are some people who only need internet for a few days

I use only to renew my landline WE DSL, and my Mi Fi box and after I pay for the packages I have to call them on the phone most of the times to renew or activate my services. The DSL service is good but this app needs to be more useful
