App is aweful
This app is so bad. Doent keep where i left off unless i remember to hit the X on top of screen. If i swipe up to look at another app the video just goes away while audio continues. Have to close down entire app and because i wasnt able to X out i now have to go and fast forward to where i left off. Just partner with netflix or something and put everything in there
iOS app is hard to use
Playback hides on the slightest swipe of the screen with no way to get it back unless you select previously watched, which takes you back to old episodes and makes you rewatch adds
Tv app
Every single I pause the episode and come back or if you exit the app for the night and come back the next day yall restart the episode over again. Every time and it’s getting on my nerves.

Like every 4 months or so I’ll turn on stars and see what’s there … I close it shortly after .. like where is your content ? What even is the point of starts .. so boring
I keeping starting from the beginning
It would be nice to have an update that addresses the issue of having to start an episode from the beginning when I press continue.
One thing that’s vital
I like this app, it’s straightforward and easy to manage. In fact it’s better than some other platforms I’ve had. There’s one thing I don’t like about it though, and it’s a big problem. When I pause a movie or series, it doesn’t hold your spot!! WTH? Everyone has to pause, and when we go back, we expect to be in the same place we left it, but this app brings you back to the very beginning every single time! That’s a huge red flag that once my promotion wears off I’m not staying Because who wants to start over? Not me. My pauses mean I’m going to come back and continue, not having to search through where we left off… so please fix this problem. Thank you

Do they even use their app?
There are always weird bugs in the Ui. Most recently the stupid advertisement overlays in the previews won’t go away and you can’t dismiss them. Imagine, a production team blew a bunch of money on a season finale and the ad team wrecks the viewing experience to recommend other shows and movies on the same platform. The design team makes that banner so big it overlays the close captions. It’s like they fired the qa team and just wing it. So glad I don’t pay full price for this janky content.
App defaults
Great content but the app itself is flawed, it doesn’t save your place, it doesn’t save shows or movies under recently watched, it doesn’t remove preview titles at the bottom of screen once show/movie starts.
Fix the app and do QA
The new app introduced issues. Since the most recent update, a horizontal bar stays across the bottom of the screen while I’m watching shows on my iPad. The bar says options on the left and previewing [insert name of preview] in the middle, even though the preview has ended and the actual show is playing. Tapping the screen does not make it disappear like it used to. I completely deleted and reinstalled the STARZ app, log back in, and the problem is exactly the same. This was not happening before the recent update a week ago. Please fix this, as the bar remains on screen throughout the show and is very distracting and covers up part of the show.

Bugs
The app needs an update bad or just make a new app. Bugs big time. Lags, force closes, audio plays and no video. Close and restart app and the movie/ series your watching doesn’t leave off where you were. Have to start all over again and find where you left off
Great content. Bad app
Love the content, I could watch for hours on end. The app isn’t good though. It needs a lot of work. You can’t pause. When you pause it starts to play again within seconds. Also, every time you close the app, whatever episode you were watching starts over from the beginning. The continue watching section disappears sometimes as well.
Annoying
It is very annoying that 1. It doesn’t keep track of whatever I am watching, 2. Whenever it loads it doesn’t even completely load so I can’t even fastforward or pause because it will start from the beginning. They have all the best shows and the app is so terrible .
Not a user friendly app
I have been trying to watch Outlander, and I’ve learned that I cannot simply pause and expect to pick up where I left off. The episode ends up starting from the beginning again. Knowing this, I’ve paused when I was taking a break from the episode and would take a screenshot with the time displayed. Now, another situation has occurred. I’m watching season two, episode one, and the episode pauses on its own, then the screen goes black. I tried moving the timer so it would be where I left off, but nothing happens. I closed out the app and tried watching the episode, but instead the app has chosen to start me on the next episode. This is absolutely frustrating.
Trash app
This app is so horrible to navigate , works super slow, and when it forces you to preview new series the bar that tells you what ur previewing doesn’t leave, horrible app, 50 fix this, I canceled my subscription and watched ep8 of kannan on an illegal streaming site , fix these problems . Horrible mobile app
