Restored and still cannot log in
I’ve purchased this for a year and every time I select a show to watch it prompts me to subscribe. When I logout and back in again, it says my purchase was restored and yet again prompts me to subscribe.
App cool on phone but not Roku
When I am looking at certain shows on my cell it’s fine but if I try and look at them on my tv it cuts off and returns to Home Screen.

The app doesn’t continuously play, the videos keep talking and not playing. It’s not seemly worth it
Can’t access shows
Since I can’t email them directly. I will put my concern here in hopes for a solution . App has been working fine for months untill this month monthly has been paid but all the shows are still locked .. I need a fix to this problem as well as a free month of subscription!!

I hate this app
The display is unattractive in the app for one for two there isn’t any comment section on there which often a lot of streaming apps have for three I hate that while I’m streaming it from my phone to the TV the app, glitches and disconnects and restart the whole episode I hate it. I wish that the TV shows that I wanted to watch was not on this stupid app.
I love it
It’s actually some good movies and tv shows worth watching! The ideal of showing things of our culture with a mixture of different genres minus the tradition of just drama tv shows is a plus in my book!
Scam
I. Signed up for a free trial and they took money from my account and gave me a free trial. Usually atrial comes before taking someone’s payment. Then afterwards, nothing will play until I select a free trial again. I’m not doing that so they can charge me. I will contact apple regarding this!
Mediocre app with horrendous customer support
They always post shows late. Sometimes hours and sometimes days. No one can every tell you when it will be up or help in anyway. The CS will constantly close out emails and chats when you ask questions about why things aren’t working and won’t help with any resolution.

I would give it a zero because they just robbed my uncle Micheal and all he wanted to do was reset his phone number they took his money and he couldn’t login to watch the shows he wanted to watch. Now they trying to charge my uncle again through this app but he got lawyers and we just screenshot this too so we can prove his case
Charged Twice
I was charged twice but still have no access. Every time I got into the app or online I’m asked to pick a plan each time and each time I did I was charged but still have no access. I use to love this site but not anymore since it took my money but won’t let me watch.
Service
The service getting better. However , I can not see growing up love and hip hop.
Billing
This streaming service is bananas. They charge but then you can’t gain access to your account. You send proof after proof and still no response. You try to cancel but yet they still charge you. Unbelievable times are hard and if we still choose to support your business at least make things right in a decent amount of time.
Subscription
Good content but not enough. My issue is bill pay I’ll pay my monthly & still can’t view content, this has happened far too many times. My sub ends June 12th but when going to watch a show it says I have to pay first.
Enjoying the classic cultural that made most of days movies what they are
These classics are what make these everyday shows backndrop what they are. These movies inspire, encourage, excite, stimulate and motivate us as a people. These are feel good films that we are fortunate enough to enjoy thanks to this channel. It is a pleasure to see people that look like me feel like me and understand me at the tip of my fingers in a world that doesn’t appreciate us. Thank you for this wonderful gift

There is a new episodes that aired yesterday and comes on every Thursday the episode isn’t there it says on line it supposed to be a next episode worrisome please fix this

I purchased this app to watch one show. I was able to watch the 1st episode but after that no other videos will play. Not able to get any help.
Unethical and shady!
I have tried to delete the ENTIRE ACCOUNT to no avail! You have to email them. Can you believe that?! I have already canceled my subscription, and 2 weeks after I canceled they are STILL trying to charge me. I will NEVER subscribe to allblk again! Unethical and shady business practices!
Keeps doubling audio track in app
Disappointing to try to watch shows when the audio track keeps looping on itself. The only way to fix the issue is to close the app and then reopen often losing the spot in the show.
