Why can’t I modify the size, shape and number of pieces of the Calendar puzzles like I can for My Puzzles and Treasury
Loses saved and paid for puzzles
Keeps losing my saved puzzles. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, which was one of the suggested solutions, but it just lost everything including my credits, very disappointing!
A Colorful Collection
There are a lot of puzzles if you subscribe. But there are still some fun pieces. It is a little hard to play on my iPhone because I have a bigger than average hands and I have imperfect eyesight. But still fun and a lot of puzzles.
Hummm
I’ve used this app for years. My favorite. However it’s almost useless now the way it loads on my iPad. It cuts off portions of the puzzle. Doesn’t fit the screen etc. any fixes for it?
Better b4 recent upgrade
From 5 star to 3.5. Touch the bottom of the puzzle and it minimizes causing difficulty moving pieces from the bottom
Challenges your patience
Many subtleties in the patterns and colors. I thought about giving up several times, but I was rewarded by finishing. A great view.
No Support
I have submitted three separate tech support requests and have not received a response. Not acceptable. Why have Tech Support if they aren’t going to address your issues?
Great Puzzle App
I have had this app for five or six years. I have over seven hundred puzzles. I frequently modify puzzles after completion to make them a little different when I do them again. I do wish the sliders for adjusting the number of pieces and shape were full height to make them more sensitive. As they are now a tiny movement can change the puzzle by hundreds of pieces. Also it would be nice if my puzzles were sorted by categories like the ones you can buy.
Two expensive
Used this for many years paid monthly then they changed things so works out very expensive now don’t use it like I used too perhaps once a week we’re I used everyday
Addicted
I’ve Used this app for several years and do like it but I wish there was a way to tell what shape the puzzle pieces are before selecting. I HATE the jagged ones and waste so many of my paid subscription because you can’t tell. Please add a way to see what type of pieces they are.

Subscriber service totally unsatisfactory
I have been subscribing to this puzzle app for years! Recently I have stopped receiving my puzzle credits. Two messages to subscriber service in the past 2 weeks with no resolution or even acknowledgement. I’m canceling my subscription, which makes me sad as I have enjoyed working these puzzles but I will not pay for something I do not receive!
Update problem
I have always loved this app but I can’t get it to load after last month’s update Version 1.8.1211 : o(
Credits waste money have to repurchase if app crashes
I do like the variety, I have purchased lots of puzzle credits and the monthly subscription then when the number of puzzles grew in my puzzle bank I had to redownload the app because it crashes and I lost all my puzzles. Only way to get again is to repay.
Everyday Jigsaw
I’ve had this game for a long time. The last year I couldn’t get into the puzzle. It would kick me out. I just undid it and reentered it . It seems to work but I lost everything. I have been paying extra for a while. If I can’t get the games back I’ll get rid of it. Thank you, Linda Rea.
Odd Shaped pieces
I enjoy each days puzzles but do not like the odd shaped pieces. Prefer the original shaped pieces. Some may like doing either. How about adding to the menu “piece type” for users to select their preferences.
Missing puzzles

I have been buying puzzles from this app for quite a few years now and I have a good collection built up of which I peruse and play all the time. I do wish the maker of this app would put the code in the app to keep the page your located on locked in such as the ability of putting a box around the preview picture to make it easier to find.

Internal error
I keep getting a message “internal error” when trying to play a puzzle. This just started today. I tried rebooting but that did not help!
Love this app but...
Has anyone else discovered the very aggravating feature of the puzzle “starting over” or disassembling itself after reaching 80 to 90% complete? This has happened many times to me. I am working on a puzzle and it is 85 or 90% done. I close it, because I have a life, but when I come back to it later - it is all in pieces again! I have even tested it and closed and opened a 90% completed puzzle and found it in pieces - so it’s not my imagination. Try it yourself but only on a small puzzle because it’s too disappointingly debilitating to have to restart a huge puzzle again. Can you fix this big problem?
Not enough pieces
Too simple. Pieces too large. Not challenging for an adult.
Wasting my time.
Started acting up. Pieces wouldn’t always move into position or move independently or wouldn’t move at all, and the screen become staticky. I wish the frame would stay stationary.
Compliment
I got away from your Fine Art puzzle category because they all seemed to be drab and colorless. But I have noticed recently the fine art puzzle are more colorful and not as dull Thank for that.
Frustrating
I have had this game for 6 or 7 years, but it crashes every time I play it. It never lasts longer than 10 minutes and usually about half that time. VERY FRUSTRATING
Lock to Grid
WHY CAN’T YOU LOCK THE PUZZLES TO THE GRID?? Even the simplest puzzle products are able to do it. If your software developers are unable to handle the coding task, perhaps the disgruntled customers could band together & encode a few lines that would perform the job. Why are you unwilling to do this???
Terrible background interference
Since I paid for another set of puzzles every one I have tried to do has weird electric light effects that zoom across the page with the puzzle pieces, as if lit from behind. I cannot see the pieces properly so cannot do anymore puzzles. A complete waste of my money. Using IPad Air 2.

Just stopped working
I do you not know what happened to this app. I have been using it for several years and really like it. I just used it within the last day or two. Today I opened it up, and there was nothing in the Treasury and nothing on the calendar. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it still isn’t working and now all of my puzzles have vanished. I tried to contact the developer, but the link from the App Store says that the web page cannot be opened any longer. I’m really sad. I hope they can work out whatever bugs happened. If I ran out of puzzles and owe money, they have not contacted me and there is not a pending subscription on my iPad settings. Developer if you’re out there, please respond. Thanks. :(
Accidentally deleted the App and now all of my years of puzzles can’t be retrieved.
I Accidentally delegated my app on my IPad. I reinstalled the app but all of my past puzzels are gone. This has happened to me twice. Is there any way to retrieve my unused puzzels?
No credit, no refund
This is frustrating: I purchased in-app credit for more puzzles. I have the receipt from Apple. The app does not recognize that the credits were paid. The developer, Kraisoft, was unable to resolve the issue and recommended a refund from Apple. Apple responded "ineligible for refund". Don't buy the in-app credits!!!
Only one thing is keeping me from a 5 star rating
I’ve have had this app for a few years and have completely enjoyed it. The one thing I find terribly annoying is the puzzle moving while placing pieces; I would love if there were a way to lock the puzzle edges in place. Sometimes trying to move a puzzle piece is impossible as my finger is unable to grab it to move and the entire puzzle moves instead. Very annoying! I often find photos I like,as well as family photos and make my own puzzles. I also like that I can change the shape and amount of puzzle pieces once it’s saved. Thank you for hours of fun.

I was checking if I need to update & when I searched for it, noticed it doesn't show up in the App Store. I hope you never delete it as it's the best puzzle game I've downloaded! Love the ability to make my own puzzle.
No longer works
I used to love everyday jigsaw. Then I started to pay a monthly subscription and now as soon as I select a jigsaw and click on "play" the app just closes. Needless to say I'm now going to cancel my subscription!
Please put a lock on it!!!
I love this app but it’s aggravating when it slides around when I think a piece is loose and I try to move it and the whole puzzle moves. Also it’s crazy when the whole puzzle disappears and I have to hunt it down. I am paying for this app ever month. Please fix this problem.

Oct.24, 2019: The latest "Fix" really has fowled up the works! Unable to see a full screen of any page. Game does not function at all now as it does not allow loading of existing puzzles in progress. My oh my! 2018: This app has all the options that I want. Over the years I have solved hundreds of puzzles and never deleted any of them. Perhaps the recent crashing when a puzzle is chosen is due to memory...? I would appreciate a way to know which puzzles had been solved without having every pic repeated on my home screen. Please: Number the offerings and give us some way to recognize they are completed puzzles.

I have played several jigsaw puzzles and enjoyed most of them, but this is the best of all of them.

This WAS my favourite all time jigsaw app and have hundreds of my own photos converted, now I can't get into it, as soon as I click on a puzzle it takes me right back to the app. VERY disappointed as I can't play anymore😟😟😟😟😟
I MOSTLY like it...
Sometimes when the edges are finished, and the rest of the puzzle is dumped, the mess is such that you don’t have any room to move stuff around !! But, mostly, awesome!!

The app is good. It is free to download. But I'm not going to pay money to buy credits to download more puzzles. Pretty slimy to make more money.
Love but Slow!!
I love this app, have been playing for years. My main issue is that it takes forever to load, and then scroll through my puzzles to find my current ones. Do I need to delete my old ones to speed it up? That would not be good since I paid for most of them. Please help, I don’t want to switch puzzle apps.
