🤩
guys this is the funniest jigsaw puzzle game i’ve ever played 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩but it kicks me, that might just be my ipad though lol🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Used to love it
This one of my go to jigsaw puzzle game. Until the past four or five months when it started lagging and you try to move pieces and nothing happens then maybe 30 seconds later it happens. I clicked on the help link and it takes me to a website not found. I have actually spent money on these puzzles and I’m very frustrated. Does the company support its product? I’ve done my research and tried to do everything to people are saying to do to fix the issue with no luck. I’m using an iPad.
Best Jigsaw App but issues
Love this Jigsaw App. The shapes of the pieces are easy to work with and the layout and flexibility when doing the puzzles are way superior to other apps. However, I have lost my Jigsaws twice now and ended up with nothing with all the extra coins I have purchased lost. Tried to get help but have had no response.
My favorite puzzle app! Until...
Idk what happened, but all of my progress was erased, I hate it when apps do that. It was fine a couple of days ago. They also started using AI images. I'm sorry, some of the artwork, especially the fairy ones looked like they came from a bad Barbie fantasy movie, and others were straight up horrendous, but at least they were made by a human. Do better.
MORE COINS
If you love relaxing gameplay and beautiful puzzles, then just jigsaws is the game for you! My only complaint is that the game does not give you nearly enough coins to buy more puzzles and I personally think that it should at least have a steak count to earn more instead of only having the payment options. Other than that it is a really good game and it really helps relax my mind. I recommend playing it daily!!!
Fixed! It’s great again
The latest update fixed the overheating problem and now it’s back to being the best puzzle app out there!
Freezing
Used to love playing, but now every time I zoom to enlarge puzzle, it keeps freezing.so annoying deleted game.
Great for iphone, but battery drain
This is one of the best jigsaws to work on an iPhone. Zoom in capabilities and movement sensitivity are excellent. My only complaint is lately. It seems me draining the battery very quickly.
Royal match ads fail
Royal match ads stick and you can’t get past them. Have to shut down game and go back in and never get you points or puzzle you created. Please fix this!
Nice, but…..
I love this game, but it sometimes takes 3 times for me to get into the app as it keeps kicking me out. have unloaded and re-loaded the app several times and still it does it.
Fantastic!
I’m so happy they fixed this app and Cross Stitch World. This is the best jigsaw app I’ve ever used and I’ve used them all… it’s so great to have it back!
No customer support
This app overheats both my iPhone 16 and my new iPad Air. Impossible to get any kind of explanation or how to fix this from the Developer.
Just Jigsaws
I’d give you 5 stars but there wouldn’t be any room for improvement
Won’t open
I love this, but I can no longer open the app. This started shortly after I paid for some coins to get extra puzzles. I can open the app on my phone and on my husband’s iPad.
Royal Match and Royal Kingdom ads won’t end
Your app is only playing those ads, but they get stuck and they only thing to be done is to close the app. This is the puzzle app I like most, but those ads have ruined it. Please fix this.
Hours of enjoyment
Lots of fun, and as challenging as you want to make it.
app crashing
i love this game but every time i try to open it it crashes
Best jigsaw puzzle game ever.
This is quite literally, the BEST puzzle game out there, you got weird puzzle piece shapes and custom images, I LOVE IT. My only complaint with this game is that custom puzzles can’t be bigger than 250 pieces! Why isn’t it possible? Why not!
Crashes
Great puzzles, no ads, but the app keeps crashing.
Best Jigsaw App but Drains Battery
Thoroughly enjoy this app, HOWEVER, it is such a HUGE battery drain. I’ve been hoping for an update to reduce battery consumption but no luck after 2 years now. 10% in 5 or so minutes.
Great App!
I started using this app after Ravensberger went away and I really like it. Nice puzzle selection and it’s easy to use.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work
Good
It’s good but recently every time I try to create a jigsaw the app just crashes.
good for young children or beginners
There are only 11 background colors that are mostly dark and muddy. Forget it if you have dark pieces and need a bright contrast color behind them. Why isn’t just plain white available? The 4 sorting trays are kinda useless. They are dark navy and you are stuck with that color. It’s good to drag a bunch of similar pieces to a tray but they will only stack on top of each other even if there’s room to put a piece next to another. If you want to search for or pull a piece out of the tray, you have to move ALL the pieces onto the board. Not thought out well. Without hearing a click or feeling a snap, it’s hard to tell when the pieces connect to each other. You have to drag the piece away to see if the other moves with it. After doing this the first 20-30 times, you’re about done with the app. The fact that you can’t rotate the pieces is the nail in the coffin. There’s little challenge when all the pieces are already in the correct orientation.
A bit disappointing
I’ve used this app for about 3 weeks, I do the jigsaws on my iPad whilst listening to Audible. That has worked up until today when it started playing background music. I don’t know where it came from but it needs to go away. I can’t even turn it off in settings. It’s also a shame that you can’t rotate the pieces. Sadly I won’t be using it anymore
Totally addicted
I have this app on 3 of my devices. The more you play the more points you collect to get more puzzles. Oh NO ADs! I play for hours on end❤️
Loved this app... then the update happened...
After the latest update, the app would just crash.. Truly enjoyed this game, until, the update happened. Never had a problem with it before..
i found it difficult to get into. pieces are very difficult to pick up and move.
up and move about
Now has adds
Used the app for a long time and bought jigsaws, but now shows a 30 second advert each time the app is opened. I’ve deleted it due to this. Previously it was a 5 star program.
Add option to pay to be ad free, PLEASE
I have loved this app, partially for the lack of ads, but mostly for how well it functions to do puzzles. Nice pictures, easy interface, the ability to upload pictures to create puzzles, which is fantastic for grandmas! However, the recent addition of ubiquitous ads is driving me crazy and I am using the app less and less. 😑 Please, please provide an option to pay to remove ads. I would pay it in a heartbeat. Without a no ad option, I’ll soon delete the app.
Wd
This is a very relaxing and fun game.the pictures are fantastic
Problems
I used to love this app. Since the update that includes having to watch ads for the coins that belong to me, ie. have completed puzzle, this has become the worst app. If I put together a puzzle and leave, even saving said puzzle 5 times, the puzzle will not save. If I go back, the puzzle has not been saved where I left it. Just had a puzzle completed except 3 pieces. The completed puzzle is gone and it gives me a completely disassembled puzzle. Very disappointing.
Tech issues!
In the last couple of days my app isn’t working right. Takes multiple times to open it; then once loaded as soon as I touch the screen it freezes. Please fix! This is a great relaxer and I enjoy it very much!
No replies to Questions
Have a jigsaw with 3 pieces that do not fit. First time it’s happened . But they don’t reply to any questions you raise. So left with jigsaws can’t complete.now has happened a third time and still no reply from messages sent. Or any way to fix. Deleting if no reply and wasted so much money on this. When they feel it’s ok to ignore questions being asked.
Ads destroy the game
This game was at first terrific. After about a month ads began and that is fair enough. However, that’s when it went bad. Screen freezes, impossible to use any features, no refresh capacities, and this lasts for hours. I plan to remove the ASAP.
Best Jigsaw App I have found
I love that I can import images to create my own jigsaws. The user interface is very coherent as well.
Annoying missing pieces
Used to be a decent app, now I can’t get a single puzzle done without loading from a save due to pieces disappearing. Some times it’s a few other times it’s half the puzzle. No response from devs and clear cashe/reinstall doesn’t work. It needs to be fixed or I’m going to delete it soon.
Pretty Good
I enjoy this app and it works well offline too. The new adds are lame, mainly because they take over the sound too. So if you’re listening to a podcast it will stop it. I have one puzzle that is over 400 pieces which I like but I have no idea how I got that one. All other puzzles max out at 250 pieces.
It was great
Hi this was a great app when I got it. I love doing jigsaws, playing games, drawing and colouring , especially at night when I’m laying in bed and can’t sleep.🥱😴 But I don’t like it when you get distracted by adverts 😤which is why I picked this jigsaw app it’s was great No adds so I could play without any interruptions. 🙂 But not anymore 😥all of a sudden adverts have started popping up every so many minutes, they are only on for a few seconds but that’s not the point I’m still getting interrupted when I just want to lay here and do my jigsaw. I hope they get enough people saying please take the adverts off we get enough of them on other apps and games. I used to rate you all the 5 stars ⭐️ now it’s down to 3 adverts spoil everything. If they stay I will have to find another jigsaw app sorry 😞
Best jigsaw
Jigsaw puzzles with lots of choices. Puzzle pieces, number of pieces and great selection.
Battery drain and makes device hot
This app is great but it’s draining the battery on my iPhone 14 and makes it hot
Favorite Jigsaw Game
This is by far my favorite jigsaw game, I’ve downloaded quite a few other puzzle apps but I always come back to this one. I only have one problem though, every time I play it lowers my screen brightness after a couple minutes despite my phone saying it’s still at full brightness, and me having auto brightness be turned off. I think it’s because it overheats my phone, but I don’t have this experience on any other apps in my phone, even the gaming ones.
Would’ve been a 4 but…
Why the adverts? I know why(more £££ for the maker) but this was a perfectly good app. Add a buy out option to stop adverts. I’d be willing to pay an extra £5 but the adverts now spoil this app.
Just jigsaws
Keeps me entertained for hours
App freezes
The app freezes after the add pops up! 😞😢😞😢
Not enough coins and not enough free jigsaw
Not happy because can’t buy jigsaw because too much money to buy puzzle and please put more free jigsaw puzzle
