The size of the pieces in table are way to small, and there is no way to in large them… great puzzle subjects,
Needs a few key improvements
Generally I love this app, although there are a couple of improvements that would make it a five-star app! First, the pros: 1. There are a large number of pieces you have available (ranges from 20 to 1400 so it is suitable for people of any age). 2. You can use your own images! This is fantastic! 3. You can choose to either have the pieces rotate, or orient them to the way they belong in the puzzle. 4. You can pop up a small preview of the puzzle or a larger background image that fits the scale of the puzzle. 5. You can zoom in pretty far if your puzzle has a large number of pieces. Now, the cons from my point of view: 1. The small preview image should be available in larger sizes. My eyesight isn’t the best (which is why I enjoy puzzle apps because I can zoom in). I don’t like using the background preview even though it is larger. 2. There should be a button you can click to pop all the “unset” pieces from the puzzle area back into the side area. Sometimes (especially once the puzzle is nearly completed and there is little “free” space in the puzzle area) it is difficult to find the “unset” pieces if they are on part of the puzzle that is already completed. 3. On the side area where the unused puzzle pieces are kept, it would be nice to have both an “up” arrow and a “down” arrow so I can quickly move to the top or bottom. Otherwise I have to scroll and if I am doing a puzzle with a lot of pieces, this can take a while. This is mainly because sometimes I want to look for certain types of pieces and I like starting at the top and going to the bottom (or vice versa).
Older version better
A few things I don’t like about this newer version—pieces difficult to move, the puzzle takes up the whole screen so no place to put pieces except into puzzle so you can’t put aside pieces with eyes, etc., doesn’t change to clear image at end of puzzle, I lost all my old favorite puzzle collections.
Just ok.
I like the puzzles and the choices but not the way they interlock. Other puzzle games lock the correct puzzle in place once situated.

Wonderful puzzles and I love seeing different cities all over the world.
Not user friendly
I played this for years until today when it made me update. The update doesn’t work well at all. I click on rotate, choose a puzzle and it won’t allow rotation of pieces. The pieces are much smaller than I was used to and I don’t like it. I loved doing the puzzles with no preview at all so the picture was a surprise. This new version has none of those. I hate it!

My son found this for me, and it has been a God-Send for me! I’m bedridden, and the other one thing is that I read my Bible! I just wanted to say thanks so very much for providing this information for me….If you need anything to do during the day look into the puzzles, they have help me. Please continue to help us out here…..
Review
Like the puzzles, but hate the updated version. Older version much mire user friendly. Barely touch pieces to move and it scrolls too fast. Also, majority of time very difficult to pick up a piece to use. Multiple attempts needed to pick up a piece to use. Theres no longer a border to set a few pieces aside. Timer is gone. Menu in previous update much easier to use. Epic fail as an update.
Puzzle game update.
I love the selection of puzzles. I do NOT love the rotation option. I have to tap it so many times to get it to work, not worth my time. I hope you can correct this feature. Heidi C.

New software
I was required to update magic puzzles. It no longer works for me. I guess I will have to delete it and go to a different app
Excellent but...
The only real issue is that the preview image is (or seems to be) unzoomable. You need a magnifying glass to see the detail for a 1000 piece jigsaw. Hence the four stars. Other than that, just like a real jigsaw without hassle of the lost pieces!
Quit. Have to start over.
The last time I tried to do an 80-pc puzzle from one of my own abstract designs. I just got the edges done. It quit and I had to start over. Tried it again. Got the edges and maybe 15 more pieces in place. Quit again. To restart, have to start over. I used it several times before and it was OK. Now, don’t want to waste my time if it is going to keep quitting.
Too hard to maneuver
I like 1400 pieces being the maximum but when pinching and moving doesn’t work and you can’t see the exegesis of your worktop it’s just too hard to use.

Upgrade
I hate the upgrade. You have changed the whole game. I have done over 300 puzzles on your app. I have tried many different puzzle apps but I always deleted them because yours was my favorite. You have totally changed the entire format. It doesn’t even resemble the old site. Please make it like it was!
Better than most
Too easy to inadvertently hit the ad panel on right edge. This is probably because it is sometimes maddeningly difficult to scroll the pieces next to it. Great variety of images mostly makes up for the glitches.

Update is not an improvement
I really loved this app before it was updated. Now, sadly, I’m no longer a fan. The new look doesn’t bother me - it’s clean and modern, and I think it needed a refresh. But with the refresh are some irritations, and the loss of some functionality. First, when you start a puzzle there are far too many options presented to you. In reality you’ll probably pick the same puzzle type every time, so you should be able to set this as default once, and then after that you’d just pick a puzzle and go. Next, to come back to an incomplete puzzle you don’t just pick up where you left off, but instead you have to select the puzzle options again. Pieces no longer snap into lock so easily making it much harder to place them properly. And the option to put all unplaced pieces back in the list has now gone. Lastly, whilst there’s a wider range of background colours available, the variation between light and dark for each colour isn’t as good as it was. Why not add a colour picker with an alpha slider, which would give players unlimited choice and customisation. Hopefully this update is just the start, and some of the above is in the works. At the moment I just don’t enjoy using the app, so if it doesn’t get fixed soon then I’ll be looking for an alternative.

My only criticism is how slow it is compared to some other free jigsaws that I have tried.
Ruined by update
There was nothing wrong with the app until the last update. The sizing is now all wrong, the pieces float around and it is very hard now to site the pieces correctly. Please put it back to what it was.

What a find! After using several apps that require watching an ad before being able to access a puzzle, I find this app. Loads of free, great puzzles. Can't wait to dive right in and assemble a few.
Why is the puzzle solve area smaller than the screen?
Loved the puzzle selection. Hated the screen layout; no option for landscape mode, sections of completed puzzle need to be fully or partially off the screen. Uninstalled within hours.

The pictures are very nice, but please fix this bug...it’s VERY hard to grasp puzzle pieces from side..very frustrating!!
New Puzzles not available and unsorted
What annoys me is that are no categories nor that the newest puzzles appear first. There is no category for unfinished puzzles nor the ones done once you dont preserve them in my puzzles. Lots of puzzles show 'coming soon' even so after two months.

Was great... now annoying
Pieces all cut the same so easy to cheat, but fun. Until they put commercial bar on same side as the column with pieces in it. Commercial bar is now annoying and i take note of the items so i ensure i dont purchase them!!!

First Rate Entertainment
I work the puzzles for hours and find them very relaxing. I love to do in different ways, such as doing the border last or row by vertical row just to change things up a bit. My favorite game of all.
Poor design beautiful pictures
Really loved the version before this. While the pictures are beautiful there is no working space to do the puzzle. I finally had to move the connected pieces off the screen. Loose puzzle pieces ended up under the completed sections. Will be deleting this puzzle app.
Super app
This is a very good and versatile app. The puzzles give you a lot of options and the pictures are beautiful. My only problem is that in the tray tiles are quite small so it’s hard to figure out their shape without putting them on the puzzle space. Is there an enlarging function?

I get near the end of the puzzle and it kicks me out and when I log back in its only half done again grrrrr
