Issue Resolved Best Jigsaw Game Available
I could not figure out how to delete a previous review I made, so I’m writing another. The big glitch was fixed once I was able to get in touch with app support. I love this game. I think it is by far the best jigsaw app out there. I have played it for years. All of my games and coins have been restored.
Update erase all of my puzzles and coins
Your most recent update erased everything from my account, and reset it to the original system. Not happy!! It will be awhile before I download this app again.
Pretty good
The prices are extremely high but the jigsaws are good.
Giving up this app
This was one of my favorite games, but now that I have to link it to Facebook, I’m not going to play anymore. It was fine the way it was, why does it have to be linked to anything?
Sorting tray broken
I’ve always like this app, but some update a while back (app or iPadOS, don’t know) broke the sorting tray. If I drag a piece to it, it drops through the tray and onto the workspace underneath. Has anyone else noticed this? If so, why hasn’t been fixed. If it’s just me, what should I do?
Lost everything but Jigsaw World restored it.
I have been using this app for several years. I started on my desktop, then switched to laptop, and now I am using this on my iPad. I’ve never had to login when playing because all purchases and puzzles automatically saved on my iPad and I could continue where I left off. Then all of a sudden logging into the game using Facebook or apple was required. I selected apple and ALL of my progress was immediately lost. Instead of the system combining my current profile on my iPad to my Apple login, it was deleted, and created me a new profile. I contacted Jigsaw World and they found my previous profile from Facebook and they transferred my Facebook profile to my new Apple profile. Now I have all of my puzzles.
Using My iPad Jigsaw World I have worked active for 5 years or so. I accidentally deleted the APP.

Fun to play
Game starts over. Log on yesterday and everything I bought and did is gone. Gonna delete. ( love playing this game but can’t afford to start over) really upsetting
Need to fix to background
I love this but it needs the completed pieces to be locked to the background so you’re not chasing it around the screen all the time. Other than that it’s great 😊 will upgrade to 5 stars if the puzzle can be locked into the background 👍🏼
Zigzags
I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t have this app. Love all the puzzles. I’m a handicap person, so this is my go to.
Freezes all the time
Since the last update it freezes all of the time. Help please.

I love the game! I play it every day. I just wish there was an in progress section, like you have it in Cross-Stitch World. So I can know which ones I’ve started
What happened? Puzzle piece outlines not showing up
Opened Jigsaw world today and the outlines of puzzle pieces are no longer there. It’s not possible to work the puzzles without being able to see the outlines of the pieces. PLEASE FIX! Otherwise this app is useless and I have purchased hundreds of puzzles over the years that are still not done!
Clear “TOUCH” Bit
Done over 1000 on iPad. When the game goes to an AD you need to clear the “TOUCH” bit. The program thinks it is being touched when returning from AD. Have to reboot to clear. It would be nice if I could lock the screen.
Many choices
I’ve had this app for many years when you had to buy books of puzzles. Now there are more choices from easy to hard giving you a pick whether you want a challenge or just a quick game. I’ve had no issues with crashing or anything else. My one suggestion is the option to do just the edges without the other pieces visible and then you could use them next. Recommended
Can’t connect to account
I loved this game on my Facebook account, and I have a lot of progress saved on that account. Unfortunately, I can’t log into my account without it crashing the app and making it unusable
Keeps freezing up all of a sudden
Love this app but lately it keeps freeezing up on my tablet and phone and laptop
Weird
I don’t know if I am blind or there are no free puzzles here? It allows you to create your own puzzles for free (up to 192 pcs) so I suppose that’s a great perk to some people. I am unsure if I see any value in this app. It forces you into landscape mode, controls are clunky, interface overwhelming. I did not like this one.
Too easy
I was hoping for the iPad version of Jigsaws Galore on the Mac. Please add piece rotation and the ability to choose the number of pieces. Your interface is visually good.
Awesome game, needs a few tweaks
I have been playing this puzzle app for a few years now and I really love it. It is the only jigsaw puzzle app that has puzzles that are over 1,000 pieces. It would be so much better if they had better rewards for its paying customers, like increasing the coin rewards earned when completed the puzzle, right now they are so minimal that it never makes an impact on your coin cache. Also a few more options for its players, like choosing a puzzle they like and supersize it by paying for it with the coins we earn or purchase. Adding more puzzle packs with larger amount of puzzle pieces that are 500 to 800 pieces. These additions to the game would make it so much better than a 5 star..
Forced Ads now?
This app was fun until I started getting interrupted by ads I can’t skip. That’s never acceptable. As fun as this app is, I have no problem uninstalling until that feature is removed, if ever.

Tons of glitches.
This could be a decent app except for the glitches it has. It freezes, shuts down, and doesn't move tiles at times. The last irritation was it didn't take the last puzzle I finished so its on that page and I can't do another puzzle unless I scrap the one I finished. I'm ready to move on.
CAN’T MAKE ANY PUZZLE
I cannot make a single puzzle at all!! It keeps saying an error have happen and to try again which I do. I have perfect internet, there’s nothing wrong and no reason for it to be having this many issues just to make a custom puzzle
Where’s the competition scores?
I love jigsaw World and have been playing it for years! The only issue I have is since the latest update I no longer get the scoring on the Wednesday Competition puzzles nor the announcement about the free puzzles on Monday. What happened???
Love the app but...
Been playing for years and it won’t let me log into my account to link with Facebook...lost all my progress! Very frustrating!
Jigsaw world.
Much preferred the version I had on my laptop, which was reached through Facebook. Also had a lot of unplayed puzzles which I don't have now. Not many puzzles available to start you off! Had to buy coins to get more to play.
How many pieces?
I’ve been playing this games for weeks, diligently saving my 10 daily coins to “purchase” a new set to put together. All of the puzzles I “purchased” have very few pieces. Before it would take me a few hours to do a puzzle, now it’s about five minutes. There’s no challenge in that! I am very disappointed in this game.
Good App but Broken
App been fine till recently. Playing music constantly and I can’t remember how to turn it off! App also crashing. No changes to my iPad that could cause this that I know of. I really wish you’d find a way to enable jigsaw to be locked into place as it is so so annoying when it moves around, hence 3 stars. Could have been 5 stars.

Why does it say can not connect to the your internet when I am.
Wont create personal photo puzzles
This program used to let me create puzzles from my own pictures and now it says problem creating, try again, on every picture i try and every possible number of pieces…UGH. Does anyone know a jigsaw puzzle program that works?

Jigsaw world review
It is a good game, adding the ability to create your own puzzle is very attractive. But I don’t think it is ready for release, the game typically crashes 2-3 times before it opens. How it interacts with my iPhone is a problem, it tends to move the main puzzle when moving just one piece, or it won’t move the piece your finger is on, it rather one or more pieces surrounding the piece you want to move, or the puzzle itself. I don’t believe that the designers made it compatible with Apple software. They got it sorta close and kinda usable but it is clunky. I have to also admonish Apple for allowing this into their games. Apparently they don’t spend enough, if any time testing the apps they allow. Also, I reread the privacy policy a little more in depth and I wonder why this game is monitoring my browser history? And why has Apple allowed this. I am also concerned that I have turned off all sounds in my preferences and yet this and other games are able to bypass my preferences and allow sounds. Apple apparently let that pass also, when I asked an Apple representative they could not give me an answer as to why that happens but they promised someone would get back to me soon. That was about a year ago.

You strain your eyes trying to focus on something that can’t be focused on.
Relaxing
Really enjoy doing the puzzles to switch off and just relax. Seems to release tensions. Have been trying to improve times, and doing quite well!
Used to be Ad Free and Great
App updated and now there are annoying ads. Looking for a different jigsaw puzzle app that is ad free. This app used to be so great—-sadly, that is no longer true. Very disappointed!
Hot?!
I love the puzzles in this app but for some reason this app and the cross stitch world app both make my phone get really hot!! They’re the only 2 apps that do this and i don’t know why!! Otherwise a great app.

Disappointed
downloaded this while on the hunt for a good puzzle app. i never got to play since it lags a few moments after opening the app. i have an up to date iphone 13 mini, with really good connection to wifi. why this is happeneing, i have no clue. very disappointing. While reading other reviews, i’ve noticed this is problem that mentioned a lot. Hopefully this issue is resolved.
Great app
Has kept me occupied in lockdown for two weeks. I can’t find out how to share a completed puzzle once you go past the “share to” screen and want to go back to share it later, nor what your completion time was if you don’t record it immediately, but its no biggie. Really enjoy it.
Ad closes puzzle
Puzzle won’t work after ad is closed out. Hangs up in the cloud. Have to delete app to clear out the cloud. WAS the BEST around, timer is wrong plus ad freezes game.
Coins
Daily coins are a little low coins when completing jigsaws are too low takes ages to get coins to get other higher priced jigsaws :( please make it like the (cross stitch world)

Puzzle locks up & freezes
Deleted the app & after a couple months I went back & Gave it a second try….. worked great for awhile & now we are back to the same issues! Seems like every time you start adding more ads in the middle of “play” it becomes unplayable!!! “I’ve had this for a few months & fully enjoyed it!! Puzzle was a lot of fun and working great….💖👍🏻 Till you added pop-up ads! Now every time an ad pops up (very annoying in it’s self !!!) & it returns to the game it freezes up and is completely unplayable! 😳 Sorry to say that I’m going to just have to delete it & find something else 😡”
Not keen on new interface
It was not far of perfect before with the interface, adding new jigsaws is nice, but why move the pinch and zoom feature to a button? The whole iPad pinch and zoom feature was great, but now it’s like uuurgghhh .... please bring back the old way as an option.... Edit - found the setting 🤗 cheers guys
Can’t play on IPhone X
First time trying to play and it gets stuck on zooming in all the way as instructions tell you to do. And won’t let you bypass it. Have reinstalled the game twice now. Really disappointing.
Ok but needs to connect to Facebook app
The game is great I will admit but if your basing the game of the Facebook version it would be best to try and connect it and make it work better and easier so it’s like the cross stitch world and pixel tap from the Facebook app that way our work is there and we don’t need to buy pictures on the phone app version
