Many levels of challenge
These jigsaw puzzles are so much fun and can be very challenging. I used the free puzzles for a long time before I purchased any sets. The sets I purchased have provided endless hours of entertainment and I much prefer a one time purchase to ads all the time. I’d love to see new sets of close-ups of roses as the shading means the 192-piece puzzle can be very challenging and fun to do over and over.
Was great, until it wasn't
Loved this app, bought many puzzle packages. Then bought another one and it failed to download, tried another puzzle package and it also failed to download. Deleted the app to reset it, then reinstalled it. All the puzzles I already purchased will not restore and the 2 puzzles I attempted to purchase just say error 0. I have requested technical support 2 times with zero response. Loved this puzzle app. But disappointed that in the end, it is a rip off.
I really like having a puzzle with me wherever I go
The only problem I’ve had is, I purchased some puzzles but have not been able to open them. I wish it was a little bit easier to get help from customer service. There doesn’t seem to be an option for customer service anywhere. I have one now that won’t open. It makes me hesitant to buy more than one at a time & only when I’m ready to open the next puzzle.
Expensive after you do the free ones.
Easy and fun, but once you’ve completed the free puzzles it can be pretty expensive to buy more. Average is about $5 a set, but some are $20!
Where are my purchased puzzles?
I have been using this app for years and have had hours of fun. However, like the previous reviewer I can no longer access my purchased puzzles. I can’t restore my purchases. I would apparently be able to repurchase them but why should I? I have emailed app support but no reply. This is not good enough!!

I love these puzzles but lately many of the puzzles that I ordered and paid for tell me to restore purchase. When I do it shows failure!
Was great when it worked
I’ve played all of the puzzles offered by this game. But when I try to replay them, I get a “restore error.” What’s up with that?

Hi! First things first, I've always enjoyed this app & have renewed it with each new apple device I get, err...each iPad. But the present version has a very very annoying feature which seems to have no option to disable. Please consider making it optional. What is it? That pesky, poorly placed points repository in the lower left corner. It is extremely vexing to tap it accidentally & suddenly discover the puzzle is filling itself in! Really irritating!!!! & then it's even more vexing to discover that it accumulates points as time goes on. I assume, since you sell points that you consider it a positive quality. But those of us how enjoy the idle challenge of difficult puzzles, & who have chosen your app for the varied rather than regimented puzzle pieces, really never want any clues. I seems more like a punishment to get nearly done with a puzzle only to be intruded on by the automation. Please consider giving it an off switch in the settings.

Only issue is can’t zoom in and when you’re doing 300 piece puzzle this would be very helpful
Poor support
Have used this app for several years & enjoyed it. Have found the new addition of some pieces being put in for you irritating as it’s easy to touch accidentally, can’t find away to remove it. I have recently upgraded my iPad & purchased puzzles are no longer there, restore purchases not working. Email sent to app support with no response.

Une fois les séries gratuites terminées, obligé de payer pour en débloquer de nouvelles. Et ce n'est pas donné. Ou vous faites une version payante pour débloquer automatiquement les nouvelles séries, ou vous installez la pub pour vous financer. Certaines pièces sont difficiles à voir sur ce fond bois.

No adds fun and challenging
5.5 ruined app
The dial on the left of the piece-holding tray destroyed my investment in the puzzles. As a left-handed person, I cannot avoid hitting this device. Its sole purpose is to generate money. I’ve already paid for the puzzles. Now the app is useless and deserves NO stars.
Problem
Enjoy app but unable to use now. One piece of puzzle missing. Unable to move to another one. Unable to locate puzzle piece.
No way to restore purchases
This is a really nice app with some cool puzzles, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to restore or transfer purchases. I purchased a set of puzzles on my iPad, but my previously completed puzzles and the pack of new puzzles I purchased don’t seem to transfer to my iPhone.

Why change a winner?
Have enjoyed this puzzle collection for years and have bought a number of additional puzzles. It was 5 stars. It’s one of my favorite stress relievers. Why change the shape of the pieces? The “rounded” shape of the pieces has ruined it. Yuck!

Voortgang wordt bij het onderbreken niet geheel opgeslagen. Gesorteerde stukjes op vorm en kleur zijn bij hervatting in willekeurige volgorde in de voorraadbalk geplaatst. Kunnen inzoomen zou handig zijn. Er zijn ongetwijfeld betere alternatieven voor deze app.

Problem with game.
I have had this app for a long time love doing the puzzles only do the 300 pieces. Last 5 jigsaws attempting finish the puzzle and will not come ups with the rosette but when tap to continue rosette disappears so looks like puzzle not achieved. Have e mailed app support but never get a reply. Please help because losing interest at the moment and I do spend money on the app.

Have you ever seen a game that seems to good to be true. This one is WAY to good to be true. I mean no game has no adds but this one does. No game is totally free but this game is so I suggest you get it. If you are a puzzler, this is made special for you. There is unlimited puzzles you can do and you get to choose if they are 12 pieces,48 pieces 108 pieces, or 300 something pieces. It is just amazing. I don’t know who made this game but I know that that person is just as amazing as this game. Puzzle on!!!!! 👁 ❤️ 🧩 !!!!!!!!!!!!

I just downloaded this game recently. I do not like noise when I play any game, however the music on this game is great. It’s so relaxing for me. I do these puzzles to help me relax and this game just did it for me. Thank you!
Why can’t I reset?
Love this game & have purchased extra puzzles. I’m sure I’ve reset in past when all complete but not available any more. Is this to enforce more purchases? If so... fail. I’ll go find another app.
Pièces trop petites
Les pièces positionnées ne ressortent pas sur le fond marron! Sorties du râtelier on les distingue avec difficulté sur le fond marron. Il faudrait prévoir un changement de fonds à la demande! Sinon le grand nombre de pièces le rend intéressant.

I have been working your puzzles for about four or five years. I thoroughly enjoy them, but what did you do to them? I get all the outside pieces done, and when I go back to work on it, some more one of the end pieces is gone. Then when I go to put another piece of the puzzle in, a piece of the puzzle from another side moves! The only way I can stop it from moving is to put it back at the bottom! And that little target circle you have at the bottom left-hand corner is a pain. I touch it and I get pieces all over and I do not play that type of game. Please tell me what I can do to stop this! If I can’t stop it, I’m gonna have to delete it. I really don’t want to delete it because I love it. I hope to hear from you soon. Just wanted to add this to my review. Your puzzles are a pain in the *** to work! So, this is GOOD BYE! As soon as I finish the puzzle I’m on, I’m deleting this one and finding a new group of puzzles! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!?
