Clean design
Great app
Lame UI
This app is the worst banking app I have ever used. I bank all over the world, and this is consistently behind the times, slow, constantly has bugs and is just unreliable.
Still there is room for improvement

Unreliable
There’s no way to report bugs with the app. What’s the point of having a WhatsApp channel (the only online contact channel) only for the agent to ask you to call them instead? Apps should have proper online channels to report app specific issues!
Bugs
Too many bugs and sudden crashes , must be changed

Worst app ever
Update issues cause constant disruptions. Not ideal if you're using this app internationally."
Helpful
User friendly and convenient
Needs update
In iOS 5 it was working fine. Except that refreshing the accounts needs to be done manually. The app doesn't do instant updates and notifications are not in real time. Otherwise the app is helpful In iOS 6 the app now crashes crashes crashes all the time. Now it's useless. It needs an update. Anyway, ahli bank should be thanked for at least creating a good utility app for their customers. Good step forward.
Excellent
Excellent App, user friendly, all what I need is there.
Stuck in 2010
Very poor UX – was this even user tested? Many options and screens don’t work. No proper way of reporting app issues. Navigation doesn’t make sense, menu button is on the right, menu swipes in from the right. Very unintuitive.
Needs major fixes
Supper buggy application. Was told by the app that I can’t use it unless I update, I update and it won’t even open. Please fix this
