The app is designed to transfer money only! As bank app you have account statement that doesn’t work. you wait for it and never loaded.

الوديعه
لماذا الوديعه الشهريه لديكم ما تجدد بنفس تاريخ الانتهاء. لانه اراى انها تزحف كل شهر يوم او يومين ولا تلتزمون بالتوبه المحدد للتجديد
صار أفضل
التطبيق خلال السنتين الماضيات صار أفضل بكثير. شكرًا.

التطبيق سيء جداً و بطيء لدرجة لا توصف و لا يرقى ان يكون تطبيق بنك مش لهدرجة كمية المشاكل يلي في التطبيق كل شوي بقلي في الface id login في مشكلة و الجهاز غير مسجل بعد بيوم بدخل عادي و في كمية lag مش طبيعية يعني بتحسو في مستوى اقل من مشروع تخرج حتى و صدقاً بلش اشعر في عدم الأمان من ناحية تقنية يعني تطبيق بطيء و في اخطاء لا تعد ولا تحصى هذا يعني في كمية مشاكل ضخمة و هذا يوحي بعدم الأمان لهذا التطبيق ولا يمكن ان يُركن عليه صدقاً إذا ما اجى تحديث سريع احس انو التطبيق على مستوى عالي راح اغلق حسابي و حسابات عائلتي خلال شهر إذا ما نحلت المشاكل

التطبيق جيد
التطبيق بشكل عام جيد لكن لدي مشكلة و هي عدم القدرة الى الدخول الى التطبيق من خلال بصمة الوجه و تم تبليغ خدمات المشتركين منذ اكثر من سنة و لم يتم حل المشكلة .

i recently switched iphones and on my new iphone the boj app wasn’t able to register my device correctly each time so if i wanna login into my bank account everytime i have to put the username and password and the otp code this is so annoying

Hello, Thank you for your efforts. After the latest update (the new look) Face ID stopped working and when you try to enable it, you get an error.

Dear app devs, When developing an app targeted for all BOJ clients, you should take into account the issue of some people not owning the newest phones, take my father for instance, he owns an iPhone 6, with IOS version 12.5.7 as it latest, with no newer updates. However, now he can’t use the BOJ app since it requires iOS 14 and newer, so please find a fix for this issue, since not everyone is capable of affording the newest phones. Unbelievable

Extremely Disappointed with Bank of Jordan - Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism
I recently had a terrible experience with Bank of Jordan, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the very beginning, the service was subpar and unprofessional. First, the customer service representatives were unhelpful and dismissive. When I visited the branch to open a new account, the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to answer my questions. They provided vague information and made the entire process unnecessarily complicated. Lastly, the lack of transparency and accountability is shocking. There was no follow-up on my complaints, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. Overall, I would not recommend Bank of Jordan to anyone. There are far better banking options available with better customer service, modern technology, and fair fees. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
