After the app was updated 5 days ago, I am not able to login and I receive (maximum allowed devices is one” I am outside the country and cannot contact customer support. How to solve this?

After updating to the latest version, The face ID it’s not working any more.
many simple enhancements can be added
1- why there is no save for prepaid e-fawateercom? 2- why each time when recharging a card i get thrown back to the main page? should get back to the card i was on 3- why when i go to a card not directly see the balance and last 10 transactions? i have to navigate between many screens to do so, should be on landing page 4- why there is no one page for all cards like how i can see my accounts on one page? and i can swipe left and right to do actions on them or click info icon to see more details? and under each card the type and balance if it is a prepaid? 5- why i cannot hide or close sub accounts with 0 balance? i have to walk with my flesh into a branch to do so? 6- why there is no secure email on the app to request for service instead of having to go to branches? or where i can check the stage at of anything submitted and in processing from app of branch? 7- why on beneficiaries i have to surf between the different types to find a name? it can be one page with beneficiaries names, types, and edit, delete for each, and an add button, when clicked a can choose in bank, in Jordan or external then add the info? 8- why there is no more analytics, graphs on my transactions as a whole? to be able to see my debits and credits from everything, on cards, current, savings, fixed, clicq, etc like my cash flows or so at pie chart, showing in and out flow by type and as a total in a selected period and selected filters 9- why the financing accounts dont show a timeline graph on what was paid and what will be paid and the split of principal and interest? same for fixed accounts i can’t see in one click how much i made from an account in past year or in certain period? 10- why i have to go and choose ATMs and no branches instead of from app based on my location to show on a map the ATMs, if they have cash deposits and the branches around me?

Very outdated banking mobile app and the latest update is so buggy
Unfortunately Safwa bank is way behind other bank in the mobile banking space ….very limited functionality ….unpleasant user experience….outdated UI…..and to add on top after the latest update, the app became buggy to the degree that one can’t access any account related data ….Safwa bank has a long way to go in this space ….they are good for fixed deposits and certificates of deposits but for current day to day banking activity, other bank provide much more powerful banking apps that allow you to do much more in a great user experience.

Please update your app so it could be compatible with the iPhone X, it really looks ugly. Kindly focus on user interference too.
Cant save bills in the app
It gives me success saved and it do nothing When you go back you cant see any bills from the one you saved

Finally now we can pay our electricity & water bills through e-fawateer on your updated app, unfortunately we can’t saved our water & Ele account which we need to inter every time we need to pay, hope new updates to solve this issue. Need an urgent action from your concern, Waiting your action !!!! Thanks for prompt action & follows up.

البرنامج لا يعمل على جهازي مع اني عملت كل الاحتمالات من حذف التطبيق و إعادة التحميل مع العلم اني مع ايفون8بلص. لا يعمل البرنامج على جهازي يخرج من التطبيق بمجرد لمس الايقونه
So many bugs
After the last update, the fingerprint while login is not working anymore, and Efawateercom is not retrieving the already registered bills, and I can’t even find some of the billing categories that was available before

Multiple issues in the last release
You have a lot of issues need to fixed asap: 1- If I logged in and kill the app, then logging in again, a validation appears that im already logged in 2- After the update a testing bills are added to my account 3- I cant add new bills to be saved I cant use the app anymore

Can’t login due to biometric restrictions
What does this message mean? I’m not in Jordan and I have the app on my old android phone which works fine, I tried logging in using my iPhone and it says that weird message 🤔🤔 Is this elevated security or simply a bug 😓
Unreliable, Bad user experience
I’m in the states and I can’t log in my account anymore from the app, shows an error message “you can’t login due to bio metrics restrictions” even if i try to login in with the password i face the same issue. Thankfully I’m not relying on my safwa account otherwise I would’ve been stuck. This kind of issue doesn’t happen in any other banking apps, not sure how it can still be so bad after all these years.
