هناك خلل في برمجية التطبيق. مؤخرا يعطي التطبيق رسالة فشل الدفع بينما تم خصم المبلغ من رصيد البنك فوراً.

I try many visa and master card to reload my wallet but you didnt accept it

Updated today, 2.0.38, it crashes, no login, deleted app, reinstall same crash, under iOS apps, it shows as app 2.0.46. Please ck and advise. iPhone 15 pro max with iOS 17.6.1

There is some extra security controls to be added to avoid the data leackage such as : MFA technology during accessing the app using an OTP or face recognition or fingerprint recognition

فشل في دفع قيمة مخالفات السير بعد الخصم على بطاقة الفيزا
قمت مساء الخميس بعمل تسديد لمخالفات مرور عبر التطبيق باستخدام بطاقة فيزا دوليه تم الخصم على البطاقه ولكن لم يتم تسديد المخالفات للاسف. وبعد الاتصال دوليا برقم الدعم افادو بان القيمة تم استلامها ولكن لا يمكن عمل شيء الا ليوم الاحد القادم برأيي كانت تجربة سيئة ولن اقوم باستخدام التطبيق مستقبلا. الافضل استخدام اي تطيبق بنكي
Works but!
App on iphone is not fully working, buttons for “submit”, “close”, or “back” are not clickable at times which can only be resolved by killing the app and opening it again. Would love to be able to see the bill, maybe it is there but I cannot easily find it. Also, it needs a Face ID as I cannot always remember my password. Lastly, not sure if PayPal is no longer accepted but it doesn’t work anymore despite it being there as a payment method

As a Software Engineer that understands literally every piece of the application, I can say that this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on any application Countless amount of bugs and super bad user experience

التطبيق لا يدعم بطاقات اعتماد مصدرها كندا
أنا مقيم في كندا وكنت استخدم بطاقة MasterCard كندية المصدر ومن بنك مشهور وكانت البطاقة تعمل جيدا وقمت بسداد عدة فواتير أردنية (مياهنا وضريبة مسقفات) ولم أواجه أي مشكل من استخدامها اطلاقا منذ مدة ٤-٥ اشهر ، حاولت سداد فواتير جديدة وأيضا ل مياهنا ولكن تم رفض البطاقة ولم تنجح عملية السداد علما بأن البطاقة صالحة ولا يوجد أي تغيير بها حاولت استخدام بطاقة VISA صالحة ومصدرها أيضا من بنك كندي معروف ولكن لم تتم عملية السداد بنجاح حيث كان السبب "Not supported”. حاولت استخدام بطاقة MasterCard أخرى وأيضا صالحة ولكن تم رفضها لنفس السبب المذكور أعلاه. لا أعلم ماذا حدث للتطبيق وهل تم تحديثه مؤخرا وتسبب في خلق هذه المشكلة؟ نرجوا التحري بهذا الموضوع بأسرع وقت ممكن وعلاج هذا العطل. كنت قد أرسلت شكاوى عدة بهذا الخصوص عند طريق إرسال Ticket وكان الرد بأن تم إبلاغ الجهة المختصة ولم يتم علاج المشكلة إلى الآن. نرغب بسداد الفواتير المترتبة علينا دون تأخير . ملاحظة: لا يوجد لدينا حساب بنكي لدى أي من فروع المملكة حيث إقامتنا دائمة في كندا
