سيء في التسجيل وانشاء الحساب بعلق وما بكمل بنص العملية
الرجاء جعل التطبيق يقبل ادخال الباسورد من محفظة باسوردات الآيفون
آخر تحديثات جعلت التطبيق لا يقبل ال Autofill من محفظة الآيكلاود للباسورد. يعني مش معقول إني كل ما أجي ادخل للتطبيق لازم ادخل باسورد طوله ٢٣ حرف وأرقام ورموز. ثانيا ليش كل فتره يحكيلي تم تعطيل الface id ولازم ارجع ادخل الباسورد. الرجاء نقل هذه الملاحظات لفريق تطوير التطبيق وتصحيح هذه المشاكل.
Physical gold purchase
Best App to deal with , it’s a very sophisticated App comparing to other banks , i just wish you can add an option of physical gold buying within the app it self .
Keeps crushing
It’s keeps crashing and when you try to contact anyone you just wait sometimes for over an hour it’s really shameful

I would like to suggest that when the user is asking for nearby locations that he would have the option to open it as a list by default as the net is sometimes slow and opening the map needs a lot of data
Barely ever works
Whenever I need it the most it does not work, doesn’t even let me in the app. An issue Arab bank customers have been struggling with for a while, it makes me consider switching banks, yes, its that inconvenient

Cant believe that this user experience exists in 2026... very bad , cliq u need to insert a whole country code and u cant paste a number ... verification code if u dont type it manually no way you can fix that ... STUPID

Performance issue
I am using many banks applications, so I can confidently say that this app is noticeably slow, especially when logging in or moving between screens. It works, but the delays make the experience frustrating. Performance could definitely use some improvement to make everyday use smoother.

Extremely Slow
This must be the SLOWEST application I have ever used, every button takes many seconds to load, login is slow, even with face ID. EVERYTHING NEEDS SECONDS OF LOADING TIME.

التطبيق في حالة تردٍّ منذ سنوات، والآن أصبح استخدامه مزعجًا جدًا جدًا. بطيء، مشكلات مستمرة في الدخول، قلب العربية منفذ بطريقة حجرية متخلفة حيث أنهم قلبوا كل الواجهة بشكل أفقي وأحيانًا ترى نوافذ معكوسة نتيجة لهذا (إذا حاولت إظهار البالون الذي يسمح لك بنسخ نص في أي حقل نصي مثلاً)، والمشكلة الأكثر إزعاجًا على الإطلاق هي منع النسخ واللصق،؛وهي عادة بائدة وعقيمة يعتقد بعض "الخبراء" أنها تزيد الأمان وهي في الحقيقة تنقصه؛ فكتابة رقم حساب يدويًا أكثر عرضة للخطأ بكثير من احتمالية اختراق جهازك ووضع برمجية خبيثة تزيف الحافظة على نظام التشغيل (وهو احتمال يقترب من الصفر على هواتف أپل)، ناهيك عن أحكام الخصوصية التي تتغير كل أسبوع وتعيق دخولك إلى التطبيق. استخدام التطبيق أصبح عذابًا لدرجة أني بت أفكر في فتح حساب ببنك آخر لأنعم بتجربة أفضل من هذا العقم.
Update
Each time I tap on the update button, then redirecting me to App Store, it shows up an open button without making me update the app! I end up with an endless loop and not authorizing me to open the app and it gets stuck!

Frustratingly Slow App Performance

Slow & Half Baked
I love the new clean interface but the app is extremely slow compared to the Android version. - It needs to be more fluid and quick. - It’s also missing a few things: - When you need proof of a transaction, you are not able to print a receipt (similar to Bank El Etihad), such a feature is very useful and is needed by many. - Another problem with the app is that it does not allow you to paste content such as efawateercom payment numbers, or a beneficiary IBAN number. Being allowed to copy/paste (or at least to paste content) is more accurate than copying long numbers for payment. A bank with such high standards needs an app of the same standard. Looking forward to more feature rich updates.

تطبيق رائع جدا
awful design, information update still not fixed so years after reporting the issue
very poorly designed. 1. personal info update feature has been broken for many years and the issue is still unhandled forcing me to needlessly go to the bank in person (barbaric). Customer service closed the ticket reporting the issue without resolution just saying since it happens to everyone no need to leave the issue open, so basically no concern for quality whatsoever. 2. Rather than log you out of other devices on login it tells you to wait until your other session times out which is extremely lazy. 3. Constant spam. 4. Worst customer service in the country I am paying for premium level service but never get a response. complaints were filed both online through the app and in person. They just don't care indicating very poor management.

Not easy to change passwords
This app is not accepting paste to manage adding a phone number or invoice data or changing the password and it’s very difficult retyping the long password Please make it easy for us to manage paste into the app to avoid typing errors and mistakes.

Since I get this version , I keep getting a message that says ( Sorry service is currently not available,Please try again later) despite my numerous tries to login again , I still keep getting this I tried reinstalling it several time but nothing changed. The app keeps telling me there’s a newer version of Arabi-Mobile application available and I have to download it to login!!! taking into consideration that I have the latest updated version!!! So because of this; it doesn’t allow me to login!!!!!
Great app, crashes a lot though.

Bad experience
The app cannot be used if there is a newer version of the app in the App Store. This is a HUGE PROBLEM. Many times I was in a hurry, want to do something quick and I wasn’t allowed to continue until I update the app. So if someone stole my card and I’m getting notified about the transactions, I can’t cancel my card until I update the app. What a great app!
Copy - Paste
Typing in IBANs manually leave a lot of room for mistakes, why is there no option of copying and pasting inside the app!??
