Bad user experience
One of the worst bank applications. Many issues using this app. I wasn’t able to use CliQ feature for 2 years because of the technical issues. V Card or prepaid is the worst card to use for shopping because you can’t use it anymore +they charge you 5 JD every time you recharge and 2% when cancel card! Unbelievable. Very bad user experience 0/10, user interface 3/10 very old and boring colors. Update: please hire a professional user experience team, I mean Iskan coin and Russian roulette! Give me a break. Where is accountability!

بنك غير شفاف، بيفرض فتح حساب توفير وإيداع 100 دينار، وما بخبرك إنه في خصم شهري (0.5 دينار) من الحساب. لما سألت ليش، طلع في “رسوم صيانة” ما حد حكا عنها وقت فتح الحساب. ولما حاولت أودع أكثر لتفادي الخصم، رفضوا! سحبت فلوسي بعد أول خصم، والحمد لله إني انتبهت بدري. نصيحة: اسأل عن كل التفاصيل قبل ما تفتح حساب معهم.
Saved bills malfunction

Helpful, but hard to find info
Helpful for basic tasks, but I have trouble finding some options like managing notifications. I can’t seem to find a way to manage which notifications I receive. Help articles are limited, and the organization of the info under settings would be helpful if it was categorized and organized.

التطبيق جداً سيّء و غير عملي و كثير بعلّق يعني احسن الواحد يعمل حساب ببنك التطبيق الخاص فيه يكون استخدامه سهل و بوفّر وقت للعميل! عندكم الوقت بضيع و الواحد يعمل كل ثانية تسجيل دخول لانه التطبيق بعمل خروج لحاله!
Useful and smooth most of the time
The app is great most of the time and has plenty of functions. I’m confused as to why you reverted the new update with the more modern design and smoother interface, it’s a loss! Hope you continue to grow.

The Iskan mobile app is one of the most frustrating digital banking experiences I’ve had. It rarely works when abroad—verification codes arrive after timeouts, forcing constant restarts. Password errors are vague, offering no guidance to fix the issue. The app requires a Jordanian number and physical presence in Jordan just to function, which defeats the purpose of online banking. Updating personal info while overseas? Forget it—you're trapped in a loop between the unhelpful app, a call center that leads nowhere, and an unreachable branch. The design is outdated, the font clunky, and the “contact us” feature is a dead end—no one replies. Face ID is unreliable, and updates break more than they fix. This app urgently needs a complete overhaul.

Worst bank application ever
Needs a minor improvement
All bank services are included which is great, EXCEPT a minor improvement for the font size for the application interface which is too small and difficult for me to navigate properly.
User Interface / login issues
User interface outdated compared to competitors (eg Arab & Etihad banks). You need to contact customer support if you do not frequently login to the application which is inconvenient to say the least.

(1)It is a very basic application (2)transaction details are very limited (3)internal cheque deposit transaction doesn’t include cheque number or reference (4) no transactions sorting feature (5)internal transfer transactions description doesn’t include source and destination accounts detail, and a lot more issues to be improved

بعد اتمام عملية التسجيل وبأخر خطوة لارسال الكود الى الهاتف المسجل للتأكيد .. لا يصل الكود ولا يتم ارسال اي مسج لاحقا >> تم حذف البرنامج وتحميله من جديد وتم إغلاق الهاتف واعادة تشغيلو وبعد محاولة التسجيل تمت الامور بنجاح والان يعمل بشكل ممتاز والتطبيق أنيق وجميل 👍🏻

Unable to login
The login process is too lengthy. At the end, it tells me wrong date of birth!! Now the old version is disabled, I am stuck with no access to my account. It would have been better if you had given us a grace period before forcing us to update to an app that doesn’t work.

Poorly executed.
Once again the banks of jordan have decided the population are not worth standards set internationally for the way UX/UI is designed internationally. The future is the way that you run your businesses online. If you make my life difficult on your app. I will leave. Problems faced in the last 5 minutes of being on the app: - repeatedly being asked to put in a OTP after most actions I take on the app. - poorly positioned advertisement pop up upon signing in. - a non voluntary sign out of my account (mid my activities and using the app) because my “my session has expired”. Please housing bank, expect greater of yourselves.

Easy to use I couldn't rename my old bills which transferred from the old application. Font size is small can you add an option to increase font size. Thanks

Needs for an improvement
The application’s interface needs for more simplification, the total amount summary for the accounts calculations is wrong “ especially if you have accounts with different currencies” it adds up the amounts as it it was all Jordanian diners. I hope this issue will be fixed and hopefully the application be more simple and user friendly.
