great magazine
Have been subscribing to Inside Soap on line for some time. Was finding it very difficult to find a copy in the stores. On line has been very good and I love the articles, very informative. Very good value compared to some other brands. Look forward to Tuesdays and the next instalment.
Still being charged despite subscription
I set up a subscription for 5.99 a month but it’s still charging me 1.99 for each individual issue
Inside soap
It would be very helpful if you could have a index menu to go directly to what you want instead of endless scrolling to find things
Really
There’s no free reading!! At least other magazines have free readings!!! Yall need to add free subscription!!

Re:- Soapland Spy Why?, oh why? Is the last line of the word search missing ? It’s been missing for the last few weeks! My disabled wife enjoys doing this but, is very very disappointed by the last line being missing ! PLEASE Sort it out !
Convenience in ya hands
I’m finding this harder to purchase. Having a digital copy ready every Tuesday works brilliantly for me. It’s cost effective and good for the environment. 👍🏻
No magazines
This is so annoying that this keeps on happening that the new download is not available. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling as previously advised but no luck. Why charge so much and take our money if you’re not able to provide the service promised. Customer service is pretty much non existent as nobody wants to take responsibility.
Inside soap digital
Great colours and good size test. Very convenient on my I pad.Having bought the weekly mag for years this improves the enjoyment. Excellent
No response from company about puzzles
Why can't we access the puzzles to do them online.Waste of money think I'll go back to buying a copy. Grrrr
asking for money for latest issue when i subscribe
Asking for payment for latest issue when I have a subscription date 22/12/2021 usually have no issue with app
No download
It’s Friday and there is still no inside soap to download even though my money has been taken. Appalling service
Inside soap
Take your money, still want you to pay again for same thing
Good
You may have to pay to get the weekly magazine but its easier to get hold of. I like soaps!!!!
Disappointing
Double page spreads now displayed as single pages, with no apparent option to change this. Very irritating.
Issues disappearing
I can’t fault the app as such I download issues weekly and read them however each week they disappear and I can’t read previous issues I’ve paid for?
Layout frustration
This magazine frequently splashes an article's headline across 2 pages, but this app will only display one page at a time. A little annoying.
Download delays
This app is a joke magazine released on Tuesday still no digital version on Thursday despite paying in advance cancelling subscription today will try another soap app
It's good
It's very handy to be able to buy my weekly magazine to read on my iPad rather than having to go to the shop to buy it. I think it should be a few pence cheaper though.
Review
Good magazine but often new issues don't appear in the app so I often can't read the latest issue on a Tuesday.
Disappointing
Really not happy with this as every time I go to read it, I have to log in again. Says I'm logged in but won't let me access the magazine. Very disappointing
Excellent and crossword
Great mag and if your struggling to do the crossword tap the bottom of the screen where the pages are listed and go onto the blank page before the crossword this is the interactive bit.
Ripoff
I’ve been using this app for over a year and everything was going ok until now. Suddenly despite paying my £5.99 a month subscription I’m now being charged to download each issue on top. I’ve been in contact with the developers but they refuse to help saying contact ITunes and iTunes say contact the developers. In short they are ripping me off and don’t care. Subscription cancelled and back to good old paper I go. Seriously avoid!
Buy the mag through the app ......
Upload the app but instead of finding stores about ya fav soaps they ask u to subscribe to the actual magazine .....nah thanks
Missing
I love reading my inside soap in bed, no longer having to go to the shop. However, I haven't been able to get the new issue out today (1/11/2016) and it's. it showing up in the app. I've checked my subscription and it's up to date. Missing my weekly soap mag.
Great works fine.
Works fine on my ipad mini IOS7. No issues. You dont have to buy a subscription you can also buy individual issues as they are released. £1.60 in the shops, (cover price), but £1.49 via the app so you still saving.
Not available 2 weeks running
Majorly annoying.
Forever waiting
It's good one of my fave magazines but the new issue takes forever to load on the app so you can actually download it, it used to be available to download at midnight of the tuesday but now a days it takes a good 3/4 hours or even not until the next day for it to be available to download they need to sort this out.
A great read
Love the interactive TV guide. Cheap too!
Slow to update new downloads
Magazine is out every Tuesday but digital downloads on app are very often unavailable until the following day. May aswell purchase paper version ........
Love it BUT.....
I love that I can have my favourite magazine on my iPad to read when I want! But funny how as soon a so buy a 3 month subscription it has started to freeze and I need to do all sorts just to try and get the page to turn! Please sort it out
Inside soap
Very handy to read on here very easy to use and is cheaper than the shops xxxx
Why try to fix what isn't broken!
Don't like the new download at all. Relieved I haven't subscribed for the future.
Tv addicted
Love this totally, tv soaps are amazing especially coronation street
The issues I've paid for DON'T appear!
I've just paid my £5.99 & no new issues appear to download. I've been a subscriber for nearly a year with no problems until now.. I've paid to get my issues on a Tuesday and I expect to get what I've paid for. It asks for a log in username but I never was given a user name as I subscribed through my apple id. Fix it or lose customers
Charged for what?????
I have never subscribed to this app and they are charging me. Dear people who are taking my money, I am taking this matter further and you will be paying every penny back, over £5 a month for goodness knows how long... DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, YOU WILL BE CHARGED
