Push Geht teilweise nicht
Nach dem neusten Update 06/2025 kommst es zeitweise zu keiner Push Benachrichtigung... Da muss wohl nochmal nachgearbeitet werden. Ging ja die ganze Zeit problemlos.

Neuerdings braucht man nur noch "Approved" antippen und nicht mehr die Zahlen abtippen. Das macht es super einfach! 👍🏼 So macht Security Spaß!

Latest update completely broke the app. Crashes as soon as it’s launched. Absolutely awful. Forced on me by work and I can’t change it. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
Works, but users „lost“ their token
The only thing that I would request for change: It is possible that someone can accidentally delete the token by swiping to the left. There is no asking for confirmation. It would be great if you could add a confirmation message prior the final deletion. We had several users who deleted their tokens by accident. Thanks

Teilweise lässt sich die App einfach nicht öffnen, obwohl alles auf dem aktuellen Stand ist. Das ist natürlich sehr schlecht, da sie abhängig ist von dieser App

Kein Backup?
Ich nutze Forti Token für die Zwei Faktor Autorisierung verschiedener Webseiten (z. b. Banken) und es funktioniert einwandfrei und sehr zuverlässig. Also sehr zu empfehlen. Leider vermisse ich eine Backupfunktion um nach einem Telefonwechsel wieder alles herstellen zu können. Aber ansonsten sehr gute App!

Push notifications do nothing when accepted, forcing manual entry of the token. Why have push notifications at all?

But some of us have iPhone's with higher resolution displays, how about an update to sort it? And while your at it Touch ID support would be nice.
Meh
Who writes a review for a product that's been forced on them by work? Why would that be valuable? It works. Could I stop using it? Not without changing jobs. Could I use a competitor? Not without my company completely changing its infrastructure. Without choice, reviews have no value. Please don't ask again.
Japanisch für alle?
Die Sprache innerhalb der App ist mit dem Update auf die aktuelle Version zu japanisch gewechselt. Leider lässt sich die Sprache auch nicht umschalten. Immerhin lässt sich der Token erzeugen und lesen. Bitte beheben!

Awful
Keeps loosing sync with our VPN, requiring regular re-pairing. Also requires repairing after most iOS updates, really annoying. Doesn't support the finger print reader for authentication, you have to type in a PIN each time. I guess it's still better than carrying a keyfob, but then those do tend to be more reliable.

Automatically switches interface language to Japanese!
During the last app update (5.2.0) the interface language automatically switched to Japanese! My iPhone 7 (iOS 13.5.1) is set to German, so I can’t understand why this happens. There’s no option to select another language and it persists when you re-install the app. Everything’s in Japanese right from the start. The last time I installed the app a couple of months ago the app was automatically set to French. Apart from that the app works fine.
