Super convenient!
Convenient app. Enables me to check mail on the go and respond as needed. It’s slightly less user friendly than Outlook for iPhone but it works sufficiently well for me to keep and eye on mail when I can’t be in front of my PC.
Works partially
App starts regularly with a blue screen. Calendar shows 3 days and not a week as indicated. Synchronisation of contacts does not work.

Emails don't always sync
Emails don't always sync and push notifications aren't coming through. I've tried to delete and reinstall the app, toggle background refresh on/off, toggle notification settings on/off, reset my network settings - none of it is resolving the problem.

week-view of cakendar could be improved: smooth scrolling (currently very jumpy), use colors from exchange/outlook

Manipalcigna is so much losing its reputation due to this App. It stopped working at any moment and we need to reinstall everytime. If ask for support they will say to change the device!!
Gets the job done
Basic features seem to work well.

This app is almost unusable. Constantly kicks you out the the secure hub login. Can't even read or send emails. Extremely frustrating.
Good for what it is
Really really really wish it supported keyboard shortcuts! Ability to use on iPads with connected keyboards is severely hampered in usability due to this missing capability …
Kinda great!
The application doing great except 2 issues, 1st- the unread e-mail indicator shows there are unread emails while all are read! 2nd- every time i log in it asks me to renew my session and verify through token! On the other hand, it fulfils my needs but it's a bit slow.
Incompatible app while install Citrix secure mail
I followed the the steps to install the Citrix secure hub and open it to install Citrix secure mail from its Store. But errors occurred and said something like “incompatible app please remove the app and reinstall again “. I remove the Citrix Secure Mail and reinstalled again. However, the same errors appeared again. What’s the problem? My iPhone is iPhone XS with 17.2.1 iOS version.

It’s great knowing that when I log into my email from home that it’s secure, especially in the time where cybercrime is on the rise. I wish that it could do facial recognition as well. That would be some added security.

Tried opening on its own and also via Secure Hub. It just immediately crashes and closes down. Please help!!!

Seit dem Update auf IOS 16 erscheinen die Mails nicht mehr in der Mitteilungszentrale. Kalendereinträge werde dort noch angezeigt, Mails aber nicht mehr. Auch eine Neuinstallation der App hat das Problem nicht behoben. Bitte ändern Sie dies schnellstmöglich.

Secure, but unfriendly
This app maintains its own email, calendar and contacts which means that they are not available to other apps (which is the point) Unfortunately, search does not work, you have to scroll all the way back to the top before you can enter search criteria and switching between calendar/ email / contacts requires backing out to the start every time. App crashes frequently when composing emails. If I didn’t have to use it, I would uninstall. Definitely a case of security over productivity

Even though it signs the user off often, it is a very convenient app.

Frequently fails to update for half a day or more. Have even reloaded the app in an effort to unstick it no avail.
