Warning!! Do NOT order Photo Books!
They used to be great. Responsive customer service, intuitive functional app, and now they have basically ghosted. I ordered a photo book 6 weeks ago (for $156) and it never came. Reached out through multiple avenues for solution and nothing. FB page shows multiple customers in the same situation. Do not spend money in this app! If you’re going to use it to store pics that’s one thing … don’t give them any of your money though. (And honestly I wouldn’t trust them with any of my memories)
Good but needs some improvements
I enjoy the moment garden app, however it has stopped working outside of wifi for my husband and I. I also think the notifications are quite unreliable. I need to click in and out of the updates tab multiple times before the notifications disappear.
Frustrating lately, was so good until recently
I’ve used the app for years, before and after becoming a grandparent. I pay for the upgraded experience. But as of late, there are ongoing issues where photos are uploaded but then can’t be viewed. This problem occurs, then goes away for a few days and then occurs yet again. Very frustrating. And yet again MomentGarden is failing. The issue of photos being uploaded successfully and they can’t be viewed by anyone. Just a blank square. This issue is persistent and I really wish you guys would find a fix.

Cannot get ahold of anybody
I have used this app for years and have ordered books for all my girls yearly. I ordered a book a month ago for my daughter’s bday and I haven’t heard anything besides the confirmation that it was paid for and ordered. I have emailed about 6-7 times with no response. I am SO heartbroken to not have the book that I’ve spent an entire year building. 😭 I suggest finding a more reputable app!
Photos are missing
This has been a great app for privately sharing to us grandparents our grandchildren’s “moments”. An odd thing that is happening lately is that the photo shared disappears and leaves a green box with the refresh symbol. What causes that?
Uploads aren’t functioning
Generally we have enjoyed this app but for the past week, even with an update, it’s been impossible to upload any photos or videos. In the past this would occasionally happen, but now not a single photo will upload and no videos can be rendered for viewing.
Pls update
People still use this app - it needs an update. There’s a few annoying bugs. Please!

Great, but stopped giving notifications!
I love getting pictures of my niece every day and the comments. It definitely helps connect our family when we all live in far distant places! It does have trouble loading sometimes, but usually restarting the app seems to fix it. But recently it just stopped giving me notifications when there are new pictures! I didn’t change any settings and confirmed that it has all the permissions to do so, but no notices in the last couple of weeks! It’s very frustrating!
Doesn’t work anymore
We used to love this app, but recently it’s stopped working. Photos and videos appear to load but can’t be viewed—instead it just appears as a green screen. It’s very frustrating especially because we pay for the upgraded app.
Great app, but has many timeouts
We’ve had this app for four years now with mutations kids but in the last four months the app has not worked great. For example - I’ll upload a picture and it’ll show up as green (and no one can see it). Right now in fact, all the moments over the passed few years are showing up as green and I haven’t been able to upload pictures/videos for almost a week. Would love for this to get resolved.
Family connection
This is a fantastic website. We have been enjoying Moment Garden for years. We have a beautiful history for everyone of our 6 grandchildren. All of my siblings use the website for their families as well. We are all connected to each other’s families. Love it and recommended it to all my friends.
Not good anymore
I used this app for over 10 years and in only in maybe 6 months or more I have the same problem like everyone else is commenting. I emailed the company twice and got back to me saying they are working on it but that was months and weeks ago. I can’t believe they can’t fix it. I had the star membership and I just canceled that. I am about to give up on this app and close my account.
I love it, but there's one problem
UPDATE: this one specific thing is still driving me nuts. I literally just had to call my mom to tell her to stop going through the photos and liking them because I was trying to upload new ones and every "Gramma loved a new photo!" pop-up was making uploading impossible I love this app. It's been great for keeping friends and family in the loop about my kids. My only problem is that if I happen to be trying to post it while someone is liking/commenting, it becomes completely unusable. The pop up notification interrupts whatever I'm doing and can't just be ignored- you have to interact with it to clear it to get back to whatever you were doing. And then sometimes, interacting with the pop up notification clears out whatever you were doing so you've got to start again. Unless I want to completely disable notifications, which I don't, or turn them on or off again each time I want to use the app myself just in case anyone else might be reacting to the pictures, I'm just stuck being annoyed I really, really like Moment Garden and I'm gonna keep using it, but that pop up interface is absolutely maddening
Images and videos not loading

I love it I hate it.
I have been using this app for years cuz I do not like to post some pics on social media but want to share pics with multiple family members. Over the last few months not all my pics are coming up !!! Idk what has changed, there are no update available. Please fix !! I have recommend this app to many friends and family !
BEWARE… Not sure they are still in business
Be Careful. I had used this app for several years and loved it. Just recently ordered two books, paid for them and have NOT RECEIVED them. Have emailed them no less than a dozen times with NO RESPONSE. No way to contact them via phone . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Used to be a great app, sad that it’s so glitchy now and not showing so many photos. I’ve used it for years but looks like we will need to find a new memory app for photos & stories.

Great app - poor service
Love this app, have been using the paid version for over two years. However recently I’ve had issues accessing my paid account and have reached out to customer service 5 times now - without any reply. Disappointing as I have been a long time subscriber. The app itself is lovely.
Great app. Needs updating.
Long time user of MG and always paid for the premium their, but it has a number of bugs which have been acknowledged and confirmed by the developer, but in 6 months has not been fixed. HD videos not uploading in HD is the main problem. No updates in 5 months! Hopefully the new owners intend on continuing to develop the app, but I am actively looking at other options to spend my money. Love the app and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it- but the bugs need fixing.
Is something wrong?
We have been using this app dutifully for 6 years chronicling our children’s lives, and have recommended it countless times. We have also used it to order many memory books as gifts. Over the last several months the pictures no longer load on mobile devices and our family and friends complain that they can’t “see” what we are uploading, and neither can we. Does the team have any idea what is causing this? When will it be resolved? Is it possible to download what we have uploaded, as we are afraid we have lost access to the only source of these photos. Thanks in advance!
No longer working :(
My family loved this app but recently the majority of uploaded photos will not display. It is sad but I feel like I need to look into finding a different platform to share my family photos on.
Great idea!
I love this app and use it to create photo books of my son’s achievements and experiences. Really easy to add pictures and stories as they happen, and I was happy with the first book I ordered. Can’t wait to order another book for the next instalment of his life. Recently, after an update, there was a problem editing moments. I emailed the app creators and they responded immediately to correct the problem and sent out a new update - great service. A possible improvement would be a way to back up all the info I’ve put into the app as losing it all would be a disaster! Overall I am really happy though and I often recommend this app to others.
Hangs a lot without loading
Great concept & service overall, but the app has always had a problem where it sometimes just hangs when you open it, & won’t load pictures. Not sure why, but in last 2-3 weeks this has happened nearly every time I open it (try several times a day), and it’s only been able to load pix once or twice. Sometimes gives message that server timed out, other times it doesn’t - but very frustrating. Have to login to the website now just to see the new pictures. It’d be wonderful if this could be fixed? Many thanks!
i love everything except the glitches
I love this app and so does my family. We’ve been using is consistently for over a year. The only problem is when I go to post sometimes it doesn’t load the image on the app. It just shows a green tile and I have to wait a day or two and try again.

My brother- and sister-in-law created a Memory Garden account for us all to keep up with my niece and her progress. You know how quick kids grow, and we're a few hundred miles away, as are both sets of grandparents. It's a beautiful way to share photos and updates, and allows all of us to collectively coo over little Smushyface (not her real name). Brilliant, and I check it every day. Looking forward to seeing what else can be done with it.
Features don’t work
I have paid for the annual subscription and can not take advantage of any of the video, multiple upload, or book advantages as the system is convinced I don’t have the paid for membership. I have reported this and the programmers did not fix the issue or find a way to make it right. I have years of images in here and I would like the continuity of continuing this membership but the glitches need to be made right. The App Store wouldn’t refund my attempt.

I found this app the day my husband and I gave birth to our first baby girl. Neither of us have social media so this is such a great way to share our beautiful baby with her whole family. Moment garden is super easy to use and we all absolutely love it!!! I 100% recommend this app it is absolutely fantastic! ❤️
Stopped working
Won’t upload photos anymore; it “says” they are uploaded but just has a blank screen. No one else can see the pics either. PLEASE FIX THIS developers, or we will switch to a different platform. Thanks!
Greater but could be greater...
Best photo journal for your family that I've used & I've tried a few. That said, there are a few things that could make it greater, like the ability to upload multiple photos at once.
Lovely concept, buggy app
I love the Moment Garden concept, but usually use the website rather than the app. The app can be a bit unstable and buggy, even after its recent update. Read what another user said about no backups - if it's true there isn't a backup I'd love to see one, even as a chargeable optional feature. I too would be devastated if all this history was lost. The team behind Moment Garden seem like great people, and MG is fantastic for sharing snaps & stories of my daughter with her relatives who are literally all over the world. The whole service could be flawless with just the odd tweak - and I'd happily re-rate when it is.

Such a great platform for sharing photos with loved ones. I love getting the memory emails too. I had a book printed and that was great and easy.
Constantly having issues uploading photos
We used to absolutely love this app. However recently we constantly have issues uploading new photos and our family just sees black images.
Great to keep track of your baby's key moments
Easy to use, great to keep track of key moments but also to share them with family members. You can decide who gets to see your "garden". Can be viewed and edited via phone app and via web. Only problem is that the photo book you can create would only ship to the US
I love Moment Garden!
Moment Garden adds so much joy to my life. My favorite feature are the emails I get with memories of my babies from a year ago. It brightens up my day.
App doesn't work!
The app hasn't worked correctly in months and it's incredibly frustrating! The photos say they're uploaded but they just show as green with the app logo... And usually I don't realize it until I've uploaded a bunch. So I have to delete them all and redo it all, but not right then! Because it still won't work. I have to remember later in the day to do it, and maaaaaaybe it'll work then. But still, maybe not. We've emailed multiple times with no fix. Please please please fix!!
Memories never forgotten
I have been using this app since the birth of my son and have managed to save so many memories, videos, text and pictures. My mum lives abroad and can also keep up to date as it is like a diary. I love this app and if i have any issues the support is amazing, they reply very quick and are helpful and try to resolve any issues. You can even get a photo book printed of all you memories. I highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to save their memories!
