Add an option to sign in
Currently there is no option to sign in to your account to access the live video. There is an option to sign up and so you do. Then you receive an email that opens a page thru your email app in which you are signed in. When you choose the option to open that page in an external browser it brings you back to square one. You need to sign up again. That leads an endless loop. Would yall mind squaring that circle so I can access the live video?
Glitchy
While I love the content and format, the app is completely glitchy. More often than not pages freeze
Why the constant consent to terms?
I love this app but two things really annoy me. The first is how long it takes to load. The second is every time I long on I have to agree the app terms. Why? Set it for once and done. That part is the most annoying aspect of the app. If these two issues were eliminated I give it 5 stars.

Keeps crashing
I’ve had this app for years & this morning the app has crashed about 5 times just trying to watch the local news. Multiple times in the past videos won’t load & it keeps saying playback error. This app is getting worse & worse over the tears. Can someone do something & fix it!
Difficult
This web site is very busy and difficult to use. You are told on TV to check for further info but I never can find it
CAN’T REWIND VIDEOS
This is not a new app, I’m not sure why we are not able to rewind a video even 10 seconds… I have no other choice but to go on YouTube to watch stuff. Ridiculous… Might as well delete the app if that’s the case.

Terrible app and auto ad
I refuse to open the app anymore. You’re always greeted by a Providence Auto Body ad and I will never ever recommend that place due to how intrusive it is.
Needs an update
I have been having trouble with the app pausing and starting up again. I used to live in Rhode Island and would like to be able to see the news without the interruptions. Please fix it.

Video playing automatically
I just want to read the story and play video at my choice, app is playing video automatically when you click on a story, even with my phone on vibrate it plays sound! Can’t use at work or at night for fear of video playing with sound and disturbing others.
By all means not perfect but gets me the weather most times
App could be better if it actually worked all the time when it’s supposed to. I’ll be watching the live broadcast when it just starts and one story later it stops. Sometimes restarting it helps sometimes it doesn’t. By now you’d think the app had it together. Wish it would give me the entire broadcast the bits of it. When it works, it works. Frustrating!
Terrible
I normally do not review apps but this one is terrible. I support this news channel so I figured I would download this app. Every time you use the app and you place your finger in the wrong location a pop up occurs and it brings you to a website it is very annoying. I will have already removed the app. When a pop up blocker has been invited I might install the app again.
Clunky, slow, crashes
If you hide an interesting news notification accidentally by swiping it left, good luck with trying to find it in the app.
(Can't) "Reportit"
The "Reportit" feature is very frustrating and not user friendly. To start off, you have to scroll way down to find the link. (shouldn't it be up top?) If you take too long entering all the information or, if you have to leave the app briefly, it kicks you out and deletes everything. It also doesn't tell you if your submission was successfully sent. After attaching a video from my library it didn't show the attachment in the box and all the information I had entered just disappeared. No confirmation or anything. So, I have no idea if it went through or not. If you think this review is confusing, try submitting a (story).

The last update did away with PiP, which came in handy for me. Maybe one of the other news sources for the area would look at this?

Unusable on the iPad.
Have used for years and was fine. Most recent update to “fix bugs and improve general performance” has made it unusable on the iPad. Unable to read any article if there is associated video. Have deleted it and moved to a different local news station.

Bad Update
Glitchy. Can’t load any other stories or go into settings to prevent auto-play forum happening.
Way Too Many Ads
There are almost as many ads as there are news stories and they are in very annoying places such as the middle of the page. Also when scrolling to view other stories the page has a tendency to refresh and go back to the top, thus losing your spot. Overall it’s just an o.k. site and no more annoying than any other websites I visit.

APP no longer working
I used this app for over 11 Years. Over past week no longer works suddenly asking for info as to location & fill in zip code continue & press & nothing happens can’t get into App no news available Very disappointed my favorite news station no longer works Have to use Channel 10 this APP works fine To bad always watched Channel 12 for 30 years so in Winter when not home in RI No Channel 12 APP WPRI working
New App
This is terrible, I can’t get past the notifications and just use the app. When the screen asks me to sign up I don’t check any and then I can’t get back to the app. Guess I’ll be watching 10News
What happened?
Latest version immediately crashes when I open it. Please fix.
