He comprado tres vuelos con esta aerolínea y, de esos tres, me han cancelado dos. Lo peor es que cancelan mi vuelo el día antes del viaje y, en lugar de ofrecerme una solución o permitirme volver a comprarlo al mismo precio que lo había adquirido originalmente, pretenden que pague un precio mucho más alto. A pesar de que claramente estaba estresada y preocupada por la situación, el servicio al cliente fue pésimo. No intentaron buscar ninguna alternativa; simplemente repetían que “no podían hacer nada”, como si yo hubiera cometido algún error y no fuera la aerolínea la que había cancelado mi vuelo sin una razón. Incluso les ofrecí enseñar mi tarjeta y proporcionar cualquier información necesaria para comprobar la compra, pero aun así no buscaron una solución. La única opción que me daban era comprar otro vuelo nacional por más de $500. Una experiencia totalmente frustrante y decepcionante. Cuando una aerolínea cancela un vuelo con tan poca anticipación, lo mínimo que uno espera es que se hagan responsables y ayuden al pasajero a encontrar una solución, no que lo dejen prácticamente solo y le exijan pagar mucho más. Último vuelo que reserve con esa aerolínea.
Solid app with a few gaps
Overall, this is a great app. I’m a mosaic 3 member and appreciate the benefits that JetBlue provides for people traveling on the East Coast. There’s only two complaints I’ve got. First, there are some aspects of this app where the usability is a little tough. One example would be when booking through JetBlue Vacations, but there are also other places where Minor usability improvements would be definitely welcomed. The second item is that it would be nice to have the my flights section split into flights for me and flight flights for other people that I’ve added in there so that it’s easy to distinguish the two. If my wife is flying separate from me, but I want to be able to track it easily. I just take her confirmation coded out into my flights but then I have to actually tap into the flight details in order to tell if it’s a flight from me or a flight for her.

App vs actually services
The JetBlue app itself is alright, I mean it does what it’s supposed to. But JetBlue as an airline company sucks, they always cancel flights over nothing and will leave you stranded in a place unknown to you, all because of their negligence too. For example they didn’t have no crew to fly a plane, they had us waiting for 6 hours to even board the plane and another 2 hour wait for the weather to become better. After the weather got better pilot took us all the way to the run way just to turn around and cancel our flight because we was in the gate for more than 3 hours. This all could’ve been avoided if they didn’t sell tickets they didn’t actually have to sell, like they obviously wasn’t ready yet still sold them because their money hungry. If you read this far thanks.

we were traveling from Heathtrow london to JFK New York,,, due to some issue flight was delayed by 4 hours and i was flying with my family kids even little kids they were exhausted tottaly but yourr crew member didnt seem to be friendly ask us or offer us something or even for our kids so im totally disappointed with this situation

I purchased first class seat seats. The day of check-in, the purchase upgrade disappeared, and the app forced me to buy it again. It already happened twice. Then it is one hour on the phone to get an agent to try to help you… terrible
Generally Good
This app does much of what is intended: it allows you to search and book flights easily. Where it fails is in flight check-in. Most of the time, it doesn’t allow the check-in to happen with a snappy message: It’s not you, it’s us! Well, if it’s you, then FIX IT! And it does this for most of the flights I have taken.

JetBlue app is a great app but recently I’ve had to manually add my KTN when previously it would be linked already with my JB profile. What’s the point of filling everything out on our profile and then have to constantly add your KTN at check in?

Our flight was canceled yesterday and was rescheduled automatically to today! Which costed us 700$ for the extra night stay! Plus the rebooked flight was also delayed by 4 hours! This is the worst airlines ever

App doesn't seem to recognize TSA Pre status after adding "Known Traveller". Led to an embarrassing moment at gate security. Otherwise, app seems fine.

It’s been nothing but delayed flights. I had to wait 4 additional hours and never got updated that it was going to be that long until like hour 3

Seat Reservations
The overall design of the app is decent however, it’s a nightmare trying to book seat reservations. After using the app and also the website on my laptop, both of which I had the same issue, I was unable to pay for reserved seating. Once I had confirmed my payment details, the dreaded 3 dots of doom and a message saying to bear with a moment, whilst the transaction went through, however it would not. I waited for quite a while, way more than 10 minutes before I gave up.

Como ustedes también saben, deben mejorar la puntualidad de la hora de salida de los vuelos, ya que constantemente sufren largas horas de retraso. Entiendo que deben de tener énfasis en el servicio al cliente, no puede ser que cuando una persona llame para hacer un cambio o adquirir una información el tiempo de espera sea de 90 minutos, para mi eso es inaceptable, si tienen que meter más personal háganlo, pero no pueden sentirse conforme como empresa saber que el cliente debe de esperar un tiempo de esa magnitud.

Gate update on mobile pass in Wallet
Getting notification of gate change and also in the app the the info in the wallet mobile pass don't show the gate update. This must be fix in future version.
Next to No Customer Service
It is impossible to get help in the app or via chat if there is a problem. I’ve waited on chat for 4 hours at a time without any assistance whatsoever. If there is any issue with a flight you will get absolutely no help from a customer service agent and you cannot find any other way to contact someone. You also cannot submit feedback in the app without a US phone number - they literally don’t care about other customers

Es de mi entender que es una aerolínea americana pero si el vuelo es de un país con idioma diferente al inglés por lo menos las informaciones generales debería ser en el idioma de dicho país.

In the App store this says it's compatible with iPhone, iPod, iTouch, and iPad. But when I downloaded it, It's listed only in the iPhone/iPod/iTouch section of my apps and cannot get it onto my iPad???
