It won’t let you login, just takes your username and password and then sends you back to re-enter everything. Huge waste of time and money.

Issues can’t rename computers with this app
Just curious if the next update will allow us to rename Computer so we don’t have to log into the website every time one of the reasons is because we track various computer aspects of whether a computer is working, etc. using the name function and especially if somebody changes computers, you know we’d like to keep their names associated that way

MOJOR dependability issues working form iPad with Magic Keyboard. Tech Support had zero solutions.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to logmein years ago and they suddenly stopped honoring it. I paid a premium price to avoid an annual charge and now my access is limited.
Great service
It works as advertised. The LogMeIn Central service is too expensive. Absurdly expensive.
Logging in is broken
This app used to be so good. However now with the convoluted sign in from logmein to goto and back password are not remembered and trusted devices doesn’t work. Enabling passkey doesn’t help because the passkey integration is broken. It is quite obvious that after the sale to goto many years ago the services have not been up kept as they should be. Lack of a MacOS AppStore app shows this as well. .

Not able to change account through the app. Was stuck and was forced to cancel due to cost, after years of total satisfaction with remote access using app.

Please add full iPad secondary display support. Some other apps can do it. When connecting an external monitor get rid of the black bars. This would then be the ultimate Remote Desktop app!
Broken on iOS phone 15 pro
Stays thinking and doesn’t actually log me in ironically. There’s no update to the app and my internet connection is great. Please fix this asap.

FaceID required every time I navigate away from app
Super super annoying, and makes app almost unusable. Every time I navigate to another app on the iPhone while I am in session, it requires a FaceID authentication to resume the app. This is infuriating to me as I am a multitasker. When I connect to my office computer, I will always be checking email, messages, photos, website in conjunction with working remotely. To re- authenticate 20+ times during one session is not productive at all. May have to go elsewhere after 10+ years of being a PAID customer. Still happening JUNE 2025!!
App great, service too expensive
Use the app for a few years now and it has got better as time has gone on. Connected to computers adding users all very easy and this app makes it great for connecting while on the move. Shame the price of the service has gone up so much, we are now looking for other options.
Downgraded service and no refund for providing less
Disappointed to see they are removing the file storage and not reimbursing us for providing a lesser service.
Unable to drag files
fail to drag files within folders of host computer. Mouse becomes unresponsive. Can use control function to select files but unable to drag them from one folder to another
More and more people are using pins
This app works great and saves lots of time for both client and technician. The trouble is you cannot log in with a pin. This needs to be fixed.
Poor service
Requested a receipt for payment and had a huge runaround made it very difficult just to get a receipt for a payment that I already made.

Was amazing for years. Now it’s useless
Log me in is forcing me to use Google Authenticator. The windows app won’t generate a QR code. If I generate a QR code with the iOS app, I can’t use Google Authenticator on the same device to capture the QR code. I’m on an emergency service call and don’t have any spare mobile devices.

This is a handy app for doing things on the go with one exception. If you send it to the background for longer than 30 seconds, the session ends. So lets say you’re connected to a business computer and you go back to reference an email sent to your iPad or iPhone. if you take longer than 30 seconds to read the email, the session disconnects. This is a huge hassle that ruins an otherwise great app.

Number 1 in reliability??
Whoever wrote that obviously never used the Mac client. Regular crashing for me and my team. I lose count of how many times i have to force quit it. Add to the fact the price went up drastically recently. Im not impressed by log me in.
Buggy on iPad Pro - not as refined as the MacOS app
The files transfer part cannot be used as you cannot access the folder transferred files are saved to outside of LogMeIn. The login screen doesn’t work correctly with the saved passwords screen - you have to try two or three times before it appears. The desktop control is fairly unresponsive unless using ‘Bluetooth’ mouse/ trackpad - the ‘direct; mode is unintuitive at best and does not respond well to a mouse click operation, instead just moving the cursor position. Navigating to another app for a short period means you will be logged out.
It’s the greatest possibly the best thing anybody can use

It does exactly what it says. I can access it perfectly anytime from my iPhone and MacBook. Very fast and smooth!

Does not work on iPad
I have use this for years, but it has gotten ridiculously expensive, and it’s unbelievable that it does not work on my iPad any longer! You can’t even see the whole screen of the host computer, but I can access it on my iPhone tiny screen. Just ridiculous.

Creo que es la mejor aplicación de este tipo; pero su costo es demasiado alto. Hau opciones que ofrecen el mismo servicio a un menor costo.
Too expensive
The product is great, however, the price is extortionate if you only need it for one user. I was not going to renew but was offered the prices from last year. If it goes up again I will be looking elsewhere. I believe a fairer pricing structure will help retain customers in the future.

Fiddly and annoying features
So far the app works great as a remote but it is hard to click, scroll on an open window and if you use it to play music - once the phone auto-locks, it signs you out which is annoying.
