Useless app
Made a report about public nuisance. They replied and asked if they can call me, to which i said yes, then they went MIA. Useless app.

Very Bad App
Tried applying for Clearance Certificate but the app nor the website is working. The review is only 1.8 over 5 before my review. I wonder why the people in charge are not resolving the problem proactively. And after so many tries finally able to fill in the form but the payment page froze. Had to cancel the transaction and redo the form but the payment page still froze every time. Very disappointed with the app.

I-witness function gone
App removed I-witness function… extremely troublesome to make reports now… very discouraging! Going backwards…

So difficult to use i-witness now, this app is not even usable.
Poor font contrast in dark mode
Pls debug this - can’t see fonts in dark mode.
Needs to be refined
Numerous bugs that could be fixed such as requiring location when reporting on i-witness even when irrelevant for online crimes but worse, requiring selection from one of several options presented only to trigger an error that the selected address is “too long”. Surely this can be better done.

It will be great if you can include messaging via Whatsapp or Telegram for the emergency SMS. Thanks.

What does this app even do?
Improvement required for iOS Dark Mode
i-Witness reporting feature works well to submit virtual reports but unable to see header and input text when in iOS dark mode.

Unable to login
Cannot use Singpass to login! Really bad experience!

piss up a rope
completely broken, servers crash every couple of minutes, plug-ins either don't work or are often laggy and unresponsive. if you can't hire competent app developers what's the point of digitalising everything?
IWitness features
Nice features to have in the app. Makes reporting more convenient. However, please improve on the location selection. It’s impossible to scroll/ navigate the map to pick the exact location of the incident. Please learn from OneService app.
Useless app
Hard time logging in. Their webpage cannot apply PDL. Glitch on third “next” button. Download their app and still is a wrapper of their web page and I still stucked at third “next” button .
Can’t link to singpass.
This is a government app and yet no access to singpass login.
COP login is useless
The COP login cannot work even when SingPass login is successful. Frustrating.
App is lousy. News is not updated. No one is fixing the bug.
Keeps shutting down. Very unstable. Very frustrating.
