Best fertility tracker out there!
I highly recommend FF and truly think it’s the best tracker out there, much better than NC and so much less expensive for the VIP version. Highly recommend. I’m very sad to hear the community forums will be going away soon
App forces an update but doesn't show update option in app store
I have used this app/website for more than 15 years. The design and functionality were perfectly fine. Suddenly it says I have to update and all of my data is inaccessible. There was no update in my app updates list and when I go to the app in the app store it only shows the option to open the app. I have an old iOS, but every other app shows me the option to update, then tells me it can't if they require a newer iOS. So I'm so lost as to how to proceed from here. Newer iOS have ruined a lot of basic functionality, so I'm sooner to go without than to update my whole iOS for an app. Maybe they are wanting to lose users... who knows. The web version will not keep me logged in and the help response from the company said that is an issue on my end when plenty of other websites I use on my phone browser keep me logged in just fine.
Hate the update
I’ve been using this app for over 4 years. I loved the simplicity and how it stood apart from other apps. I don’t even want to use this with the update.
New App Broken
Please revert the changes made to the app until all bugs can be worked out. I have server connectivity issues constantly and my data either doesn’t save at all or saves under the wrong date. I never had any issues until the appearance change. I liked when navigating out of the data entry menu saved what had been input - now I have to click the save button multiple times. Please fix the app back because it was perfect before.
Frustrating Update
I’ve used this app for over 16 years and I loved how simple and user friendly it was. After the recent update, it’s been more frustrating than helpful. Settings can’t be customized, the charts are hard to access and zoom, check boxes have become floating bubbles… it’s overly complicated and makes cycle tracking harder. Again, I’ve used this app for years without issue, now it’s just another BS cycle app that looks pretty, but that’s about it.

Used this app for years then they updated and SUCK
I used this app for 5+ years. It was great. Then they redesigned the app and booted me out and I lost every bit of my data. All of it. Then when I tried to log in their “forgot password” link never works. And emailing them got me zero response. Now I’m trying to create a new account with a different email and it won’t let me. HORRIBLE UX, worse support. Why would you all do this to your long term users? Shame on you.
Such a great tool!
I have been using this app for about 3 years and really find it useful! It has seen me through two pregnancies. I would have given it five stars but I am disappointed with the latest version. I had been using the weight charting tool to keep track of my weight loss and I don't see that the latest version has this feature. Not only is all that information gone, so is that little boost to keep me motivated. I have recommended this app to just about anyone who asks, I really do love it. I just want that chart back!!
Update made this app worse
I have used this app as VIP for over 10 years. The new update is not user friendly and I find myself not even wanting to open it to record my info. And the Lightbox feature update is practically unusable without being able to zoom and adjust the way you could before. Currently looking for another app and will not be renewing my VIP membership. Thanks for the years it was good though.

Great App
Love this app! Been using it for over 10 years now. It has helped me track my cycles and helped me track 4 pregnancies. I love tracking my cycles using my bbt and other fertile signs. I’ve tried to use other apps thinking they will be better but not the case AT ALL. Love the options and the simplicity of the app. Has everything I need in one place!

Just downloaded this app and I can’t even make an account? I keep getting and error message that says “account creation unavailable”
Not so printer friendly
When trying to look at my years of logs and share them with our new specialist I was unable to print the charts and reports properly.
Why change what works
I’ve used this app for over 14 years. Tracking pregnancy and periods. They changed the icons and colors and everything in general. I make notes and now it’s difficult for me to see the dot on the calendar. I hate the new look. I liked the square calendar. I liked the rich colors. I absolutely prefer the way I could track my symptoms. Why not have options for us to choose how we want it to look. You didn’t even give us a notice. This really stinks!!
Update took away PW protection
I don’t like how the update took away the password to log in. It was working fine and i preferred the older version before the update

My app isn’t opening up today. Do I need uninstall and reinstall? If so, will I lose all my years of info?
New update sucks
Impossible to see the icons on the calendar now, no color differentiation between DPO & CD, and the icons have changed. Ridiculous UPDATE: purchased a 1 year membership for $10 on a “deal” and it charged me $25. Will NEVER give this app any of my money again. Deceptive and taking advantage of mothers who cannot conceive.
I like this app over Flo!
I wish there was more of a community aspect! It doesn’t feel as up to date as other apps which can be good or not good however you want to look at it. Another thing I wish you could do was add more then one cervical fluid type like creamy + watery etc.. Some days are more then one option. Overall I like the simplicity of this app over others. The pregnancy monitor is super cool too!
I don’t understand
I have used this app for over a year and taken my temperature and the other app I was using, that is not a temperature app, is still more accurate. My first exposure to this kind of tracking and I thought I would learn more about my cycle. I did not. I even wasted money on the premium version. Very disappointing. I also think it’s very busy with a lot information and it’s confusing. I never understood when I was ovulating and when I was anything else for that matter. The charts were interesting but it doesn’t matter if they’re not helpful or accurate. I won’t be using this app anymore.
I love this app but I cannot upgrade it
“Due to restriction, this app cannot be upgraded” Why? Is it because my iOS has been upgraded? I’ve used this app for more than 8 years.

This is the best free fertility app. No ads in your face, no constant push to share very personal data with the company (Ovia I’m looking at you), easy to navigate UI. So many custom settings for free users. I have my 2 babies and now I am using the fertility awareness method, so I feel like myself and am confident in what’s going on with my body at all times. The new update looks great, it is so much easier to quickly read where I’m at on the cycle progress bar.
Point system for pregnancy is depressing
If I put in “bloated” and lose 10 points, chances are I’m not going to put in that symptom! It’s too depressing! Who wants to feel like you’re “losing” this game. And the thing is, all the times I’ve been pregnant, I’ve had bloating! So it’s not even accurate for me.
Does the job
FF is unbeatable in terms of data crunching but I really think it needs a facelift. It’s very ugly and dated looking compared to other apps. It’s still my go to but that’s what would get it 5 stars for me
App changed
Used to be a lot more helpful, ex. the conception advisor traffic light used to be in the regular free membership. Now you have to pay for the VIP to have that? You can’t just take away features. Rude.
Useful
I’m finding FF useful. Just annoying you have to pay more for more info on your cycle such as whether you could be pregnant based on your previous data and data for that month. I used FF to get pregnant along with using Ovulation sticks with my son. So the basic version of FF does help understanding your cycle better to help with planning for a baby (or not)
Best app ever
I got to change the cycle ticker background to mushrooms with a frog slider. Made my day. The rest of the app is good too
Not free
I downloaded this app because I already have a an app that tracks my cycle and it recommended to download this app to track fertility. The app I used to track my cycle is free and I’ve been using it for years. I guess you have to to pay in order to use the fertility feature otherwise it’s another app that tracks your cycle. So it was worth worthless for me.

It’s a pretty good and accurate app, I just hate that you have to pay to have specific features
Deletes custom data
Latest updates deletes custom data, making this month completely useless. Please fix and will re-rate with 5stars. Also, please add ability to edit or add list items to custom data.

Wonderful
I’ve been using this app for almost 20 years. It’s absolutely wonderful. The paid version is even better but the free version I use now just to keep track of my periods. But when I was trying to conceive, I used the paid version and I like all the options that you have with it.
Horrible update
I have been using FF for over 10+ years and have always loved the app until the recent update. It’s not user friendly, entering the specifics and medication is harder now cause the way symptoms and medication isn’t lined up. I hope they reverse back to the way it was before.
Brilliant App
I fell pregnant while using this helpful app. I brought a cheap thermometer online, that had two numbers after the point so you could read it more accurately (36.15) most are (36.1) We had been trying for over a year, I’d been tracking on this app for about 8mths. Seemed forever, but we did it. I would recommend this to anyone to help keep track of their cycles. If they’re trying or not. Cos the temp part I feel tells loads about your cycle! I’m still using it now, it’s just habit to wake and take my temp. They could make some slight improvements, but after using for a month, you get used to it.
Please fix it!
FF is my fav cycle app but.... when I click back to previous dates ff randomly keeps overwriting data. It's only when I notice flatline temps that were not previously flatline or I realise my custom notes are exactly the same on more than one day. I have no way way of retrieving my original data. Please fix it, it's messing up every cycle I temp.
Doesn’t do much without VIP membership
It’s a nice app but too many of the useful things it can do incur and additional cost, and the VIP membership isn’t cheap.

Very reliable product. I’ve been using the web app and this one is most reliable when compared to Premom and natural cycles.
Devastating Update
Absolutely hate this app now that this update was made. I don’t think anyone asked for this and this was previously a reliable app. Please change it back. PLEASE!
Realistic and educational
In my nearly 4 years of ttc, I’m sorry I found this so late. It doesn’t look as user friendly and appealing as some of the others, but it is so much more realistic and doesn’t give you false hope like many others do, it is honest and seems more scientific, which appeals to me. Helps you to learn about your body and the changes you experience throughout your cycle, and the charts show all of your info in one place which is easier to interpret. It could look a little more up to date, which is the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars. So glad I found it and would recommend to anyone trying to conceive or who just wants to understand what’s going on in there every month!
Cumbersome
I found the app cumbersome to get around. Great idea, but more work needed to make it more user-friendly
Used to be the best
I used to love this app, but now almost all of the features are only available for the VIP membership. Luckily I charted for a long time previously so I know what to look for.
New Look, Same Amazing App
A friend turned me on to FF and told me it was all about the BBT (which was great because back in 2021 that’s all I was tracking). Through the years I had hoped for an update and by golly was it worth the wait. Some of the tracker graphics are still from 1990, but the new choice to show where you are in your cycle is great! I am definitely loving the new look and how all the entered information is right there on the Home Screen so you don’t have to go searching to see if you entered something! Would recommend 10/10
Could give a warning
I’ve used this app for years to track, YEARS. I don’t think I’ve ever had a password to sign in. Update happenedi guess overnight, Now I can’t get on the app. Tried resetting password to all my emails, nothing. I’m so upset that now I have to start over and I’ve lost all my info. Beyond upset!!!
Great App
I like using this app but PLEASE sort out all the spelling mistakes and poor grammar! I can “curchase” this app? It’s been very useful though and I will continue to use.
Great if you pay
This app used to be fantastic. Features are really good but now the majority has to be paid for which I would understand but the prices are too high in my opinion. Three star review is because I would give it 5 for its features but 1 because of price so I’ve gone in between.
Great
I’ve been using FF for 15 years, so well before the app even existed. I’ve tried some other apps too over the years but I feel this is the best fertility charting app. I will say I don’t like the new look of the app interface . The old look had a cleaner look to it.
No longer good
Over time this app has become less user friendly with more glitches. I have to uninstall it and sometimes I still can’t see any data. Find another tracker before you give them your data and then you can’t see it. Literally the only purpose of a tracker is FOR ME TO SEE not so you can harvest data.
Good
I like the app but I got pregnant whilst into a VIP package that ran out before end of pregnancy and was unable to view pregnancy mode without paying again but didn’t think good enough to warrant that. Not sure whether to pay for vip again or not now we are just starting to ttc again... VIP features are really very good but essentially not necessary.
Didn’t detect ovulation
The app didn’t detect ovulation at all and I ended up pregnant that month. I input my temps, my symptoms, my ovulation predictor test results, my pregnancy test results and there was still no ovulation detected. Was told it was user error and that I could not receive any refund. Inaccurate.
