اقرب سنما لبيتي واحبها كثير لكن التطبيق له فترة يعلق ويظهر لايوجد افلام للعرض!! جربت احذف التطبيق ومافيه فايده، كذلك منيو الاكل ماتغير نفسه من زمان .. اتمنى تحديث المنيو .. كذلك اتمنى تجديد المغاسل الرخام الصناعي متقشر .. طبعاً اتكلم عن البلاتنيوم اللي مفروض انها تجربة افضل وافخم

Worst movie ticket App ever. Completely bug. I booked one movie, payment done. Then the page is going to blank. Also once ticket booked successfully, then The Manage booking section is empty. This App is full of bugs
Super Laggy and unresponsive
Almost feels intentionally slow while booking 1+1 tickets using bank offers. Lag and app performance is beyond frustrating. Seriously! What’s going on???!!

Horrible Company and Service
I’ve been using my U by Emaar card with benefits and points for a couple years now and the majority of the time I have some sort of issue with the app or the machines at the cinema where I can’t use my points or can’t use my offers! With the app I end up sacrificing using my points to pay just so I can use the 2 for 1 offer. Very frustrating how the company makes it hard to use the benefits they offer!

Needs an update for people who have unlimited movie membership card
Constantly ask for an update
The app constantly asks for non existing updates or to log online and update the password, making the app impossible to use most of the time.
Could be better
It’s a shame you can’t book the wheelchair accessible seats via the app. Worse still you can’t even book them via the website. You actually have to physically go to the cinema to book. Discrimination tbh

Not a great experience when booking ticket with EI card because of payment request going to app
It took me two attempts to book the ticket sometimes integrated with Emirates Islamic app does not make things easy it complicates things. The previous method of OTP was good

Once entered card details for buy 1 get 1 free, the card freezes and not able to avail the discount.
Interface is too good. But some modules to be added.
Dear team, great work on interface side. Very interactive and user friendly interface. But if you can add login and registration modules in the app, it would be like icing on the cake. Today, first time I booked ticket online, now if I open my app I don't have anything to login and view my ticket through app. Except this, I think you people did great job!!!
Notifications don’t reset
Been trying for weeks now to get the notifications to reset after reviewing the updates but the counter keeps going up!
Needs improvement
1- does not show movies by experience, i.e. Movies showing in Platinum 1- iPhone wallet pass is not working

I am pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency of the booking process provided by this app. I recommend it to anyone seeking hassle free booking.
Too many updates
There is no issue with app, but every week when I open to use it, it has a mandatory update without which you cannot use the app. I don’t understand what developers need to update every week ? Or they forget to bug fix the whole app in one go ? Its too lame seriously, it’s just a movie ticket booking app and not NASA satellite tracker.

This app used to be the best when smartphones became mainstream but it now severely lags behind Vox and Novo Cinema apps. Why is there no registration and loyalty program? Why can't I check all movie times for all cinema locations at the same? It's the little things that matter...

Good application
Is good application to reserve reel cinema ticket. I love it.
App doesn't work properly
Tried to use this app. It allowed me to purchase tickets but would not add the tickets to my passbook. App also locks up "loading" and does nothing...restarted app and it goes back to loading circle again and again. Might as well have used the mobile app instead.

The usage experience of the application is amazing. But have to admit that it crashes at times, however the navigation and user experience is very efficient and use r friendly

PLS DON'T BUY TICKETS THRU THE APP. When I bought tickets thru the App, I received no confirmation about tickets issuance, however I received a text message from the bank that the value is deducted from my account. I went to the cinema and I was told that the tickets are not booked and my seats are sold to other customers. The same incident happened two times. Very poor application, good only to check movie timetable.

The app is great for the iPhone but the problem is the Apple Watch app as is doesn't even work at all
