Booking
Booking tickets is very user friendly and family offer is attractive
Booking,customer service
This is not the first time this has happened to me. When I try to book a movie ticket, the app always defaults to the current day instead of reminding me to select the date. If I close the app and come back later, it automatically goes back to the current day without making it obvious. That is a terrible design choice. Today, I accidentally booked two tickets for the wrong day because I assumed the date I had in mind was still selected. I chose the time thinking I was booking for Wednesday, but the app had switched back to the current day. I didn’t realize my mistake until I received the reminder. This is not just frustrating—it is poor UI design. If the app is going to reset the date to the current day, it should clearly notify the user or require them to confirm the date before completing the booking. Otherwise, it’s far too easy to book tickets for the wrong day. On top of that, customer service never responds with anything other than automated replies. Because of this experience, this will be the last time I use this service.
User Friendly Booking App
The Muvi App in Saudi Arabia is a very convenient way to book seats on a Cinema. Greeat App.

Payment fails
Multiple attempts to make a payment on the app fails with either ApplePay or debit card Valid cards being used but same message if Payment failure Unacceptable
Lost my money when booking
I lost my money when booking the tickets very poor very bad service no contact details how can i get my money back
No customer service
Booked a ticket and unfortunately the date was wrong. There was no way to approach the customer service to change the date, no customer care number. Only option was to submit a web form. The reply came much later and after the movie time had started. Finally I had to forfeit the tickets and rebook the tickets for the correct dates.
Allowed children to enter spider man movie
Too many kids talking in the movie! I don't know how they let them get in? This is actually my last time watch a movie in this cinema👍
