The application stops working
After the last update, the page freezes and appears completely white, and you can't do anything but exit the application and enter it again.
Pathetic app
Lot of issues with the app. User experience is poor. After selection of seats, unable to proceed to make payment as the app keeps asking to go back.

This is not good. Much better is VOX cinemas
The app is so slow and when selecting of seats come then we can select only one seat. Cant even select more seats. Thats why i am going for VOX cinemas near to cinepolis. Cant even select seats.

Pathetic app
I have been trying to book tickets since the past few days. Amount is deducted from my account and ticket is not yet booked. One of the worst ever app management ever seen.
Quality of app is Poor
In which country we are using the app, particular country won’t come. That also we need to select every time. Each time we need to login for ticket booking, auto logout. App won’t open fast even we have 5G network also. Very bad updated app. Earlier version is better than this. Need too much improvement in this app.

Its an RWD website not native app. Very had to create account and no option to resend OTP. Even otp comes to email.
