Not Happy
Why are you making it mandatory to download the app again and again. Why can’t you allow to share the ticket on more than one mail or WhatsApp. The app doesn’t even allow to download the booked tickets and share. Why is it that we need to have the app to show the ticket at the event.
Hidden costs
Don’t automatically assume we want the extra things like refund guarantee etc. I was shocked when I went to check out and the price had gone up without my knowledge.

Refund Guarantee? More like Refund Runaround.
I paid an EXTENSIVE amount for VIP tickets and the “Refund Guarantee” on the Shakira Live at 974 concert in Doha (which was cancelled), and front row tickets for John Legend another Refund Guarantee on the John Legend concert, which was postponed in Doha mainly because I spent SO MUCH MONEY. I submitted refund requests for both events intentionally, yet Platinumlist has continuously delayed and avoided resolving the issue. What is the point of paying extra for a “guarantee” if the company refuses to honor it when circumstances clearly qualify? My tax invoices and confirmation from PLP Events explicitly state that refunds are guaranteed when the Refund Guarantee is purchased. As someone who used to genuinely support and trust Platinumlist, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of accountability and integrity has completely changed my perception of the platform. A guarantee should mean an obligation to fulfill the promise made to customers… not an excuse for endless delays and excuses. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets through this platform. Especially the so-called “Refund Guarantee.” In my experience, it felt like an extra fee designed to take more money from customers without providing the protection promised.

Needs Apple Wallet support
Needs Apple Wallet support. Some events don’t send the ticket via PDF so we’re forced to use the app which can be slow, glitch out etc so best to support all formats.
Good Platform for Ticket
Amazing experience and service. You can find all kind of activities you would enjoy. The only watch out is not to buy a ticket that might cancel. They will never ever refund your money unless the show got canceled. I had 2 experience with them where I had emergency but they didn’t refund or even try to understand the situation despite I shared proof of urgent travel. If you are 100% confident to attend, you will enjoy their service.

Abuse of notification
Dear Apple App Review Team, I would like to report this app for abusing push notifications for advertising and promotional purposes. The app frequently sends excessive marketing notifications, engagement bait, and misleading alerts unrelated to essential functionality or account/security updates. The notifications appear designed to manipulate users into reopening the app rather than providing legitimate service-related information. Additionally, the app does not provide a clear unsubscribe or opt-out option for advertising notifications. This negatively affects user experience and appears inconsistent with Apple’s App Store guidelines regarding respectful notification usage and user consent. I respectfully ask Apple to review this app’s notification practices and take appropriate enforcement action if violations are found.

No Apple Wallet Support
It’s shocking that apple wallet support is still not available. App is slightly buggy.

Awesome app to get event tickets for concerts, shows, etc. User friendly, detailed and direct to the point! Makes buying a ticket for an event stress free.

Good app but only for confirmed plans
Good app. Lot of shows. If your plan changes then you are at the mercy of Platinumlist. Even if you have chosen refund option, refund is not guaranteed. Customer service don’t care. It’s a monopoly kind of situation unfortunately, I wish there was alternative provider for our favorite shows
Not bad but could be better
As a booking app it’s not bad, although what is really missing is the ability to view your tickets in the app or download to Apple wallet. Having to save emails, print tickets or download pdfs is a needless faff which frankly could easily be incorporated into the user account. Additionally the Apple Pay function is glitchy. This needs to be looked at, fixed or upgraded.

App freez and slow
The app very slow and my ticket take forever to load , just at the event door and app decided that does not want load my tickets 😭
Poor customer service, but easy-to-use app
Customer service is slow and not responsive enough to fix issues. Chat function, they don’t respond for 10-20 mins. Email, they don’t respond. However, the app is easy to use and take Apple Pay so that’s nice.

Better support needed for iOS features
The app does two things well- show you events & let you book tickets. But it could be so much better. It’s baffling why there’s no support for Apple Wallet & Live Activities. Wallet support is a basic must have, and it’s genuinely surprising it isn’t more widely supported.

Not Reliable
I purchased event tickets through this app, which offered a refund guarantee. Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to violations by the organizers. When I requested a refund, nothing was done. I tried calling their support line, but no one answered. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I’ve lost trust in this platform. I won’t be buying event tickets from them again.

There is no guarantee to receive the ticket even if you made the payment. I’m still waiting for the refund of the ticket that I paid for and never received.
