Greatest credit union ever
This is the best credit union ever! Great customer service too
Customer service nonexistent
It take 10 minutes fighting with a automated answering machine before you can wait over 30 minutes listening to annoying jazz and robot talk before someone answers if they do
Operating while having fun
It’s incredibly easy to understand the system while drunk or after a hard day of work and you wake up 2 am in the morning 3 hours before work and you have to pay a bill that you forgot was due at the end of the week
Mobile deposit
App is decent but mobile deposit is garbage. Takes forever for your check to go in. Dont offer it if it doesn’t work. People don’t wanna wait a week for their check to hit.
Account number is confusing
The account number that the app shows is not the account number that is necessary for external transactions. There is no way to view the actual MICR. Having to account numbers for each account is unnecessarily painful.

I really like this app better than my other banking apps, this is very easy to navigate and understandable… Thank you
Frustrating
Every time the app is updated it is less reliable. Since the addition of cloudfare to the login, I am given and error message twice that requires me to close and reopen the app. I have not been able to simple open the app and log in the first time since the last big update. Considering changing banks for reliable web access.
Missing features
Needs to update cards for tap to pay and the app should be able to lock or cards as well freely!

It’s a great thing to have when you don’t have to go back-and-forth to the bank you could just check from your hand
Impatient.
Won’t even give you until the end of the workday to put money in the account before taking $30 they know you don’t have in the account. Literally won’t even give you half a day to correct the situation before taking more from you. Literally only owed $2 that morning. Same day, four hours later, all the sudden I owe them $30 more dollars. Not even four hours before greedily taking more from me.
It’s alright but
Whenever i go to transfer money to different accounts the app is always super buggy and sometimes have to restart it multiple times before it might work.

I think that it is a good idea to have digital banking so hat you can always keep up with all of your banking needs

Rating the bank not the app
You ever been to a bank that think your money is they money? This that bank I been with them for over 5 years and when I go to cash a check they want to hold your money for 7 days. The charge you to use the atm 5$ and they don’t even try to make you welcome. I really hate this bank. I wouldn’t recommend.

Combine apps
I really wish they would combine their bank and digital alerts all to one app. I could be wrong but I can’t think of any “security” reason as to why they would need to have two separate apps to manage both. I don’t know of any other banks they have these two features separate. Combine them to make a much easier, less time consuming and more user-friendly experience.
